Worst CVS ever can never find anyone to help and Elana / Alana or whatever her name is in pharmacy is always rude and condescending switching scripts that are supposed to be covered by insurance to OTC and then fighting with me the insurance never covers that... and to just buy it and stop bothering her she's even deleted scripts and told me to get another prescription if i think it should be covered when the original one was after sending me to 5 different cvs' to try to fill it.. read more

Walked in this morning and nobody was in the store to help me find what I needed . You would think that the children's medicine syringes would be near the children's liquid medications . Both employees were upstairs hanging in the office One employee was polite and helped me the other one was rude ! I am having hard time to understand how pharmacists who worked to assist people with their basic needs of medicine don't even care!!!!! Came here to buy painkillers and antibiotic for my mom after surgery, been asked to wait bcs:they are going to the lunch, and then extra few hrs bcs they need to call somewhere, and then when I came again after waiting - pharmacist lady gave me unpleasant look why I bother her, explaining that she is short of stuff and didn't even call yet.. read more

How can you close a pharmacy? People need to pick up their prescription when they can. I understand there is a shortage of staff but this is ridiculous. I got here at 1:32 and they wouldn't give me my PAID prescription so literally just a pick up. read more

The pharmacists always give me an issue. I dropped off two prescriptions and was told it was a two hour wait , ok cool. Came back the next day late around 6pm, there was only 1 medication available. Pharmacists explained she tried to reach the dentist because there were instructions left on the prescription. The pharmacist was unable to make contact with the dentist, so instead of calling me, they waited till I returned ! Unacceptable her or the staff here should have contacted me ! Unacceptable and unfair , not the first time I've had an issue with this pharmacy ! The Pharmacist is rude and needs to learn how to communicate better with customers! read more

It's alright. I have been there before some of the workers are great then there are others that are not so much. The management has been superb and I never ended up using the pharmacy here. I am referring to management too when I say the workers. read more

This place is by far the best pharmacy in the neighborhood. The people that work in the pharmacy are decent people that are kind and considerate. I have yet to meet a bad one in the whole bunch. Sure just like any other pharmacy I occasionally have to wait for my prescription to be filled but I'd rather go here than anywhere else. Some of my prescriptions I take are opioid related and other pharmacies have looked at me funny because I take opioid pain medication. While I'm at it I just want to say that the staff in the store are just as nice as the people in the pharmacy. If you need help finding something just ask one of them and you're bound to get the right answer more CVS pharmacies need somebody operated like this one. Great job keep it up. read more

Wow. Where do I start? The pharmacy is always quick and they always remind me when I have a refill. The employees are extremely kind and caring. I went there tonight and Josh was working and he was extremely helpful and looked up all the deals for me and made sure I got the best price. When I got outside he was putting the carts away and actually helped me carry my bags to the car. Josh needs to be promoted or get employee of the month. I won't go to any other CVS. Go elsewhere for your pharmacy. They charged me 1.5x what Walgreens did. I thought I was confused because I paid $73 for 2 drugs at Walgreens and then they said it was $73 for the one drug and $39.99 for the other. So I thought I was the one confused. When I got home and looked at my Walgreens receipt I saw I paid $73 total. This place is a rip off. Also they have no private room and inject patients in the middle of the aisles. read more

Please do yourselves a favor and find another pharmacy. After a doctor visit early this afternoon I was given two prescriptions which were required to me filled immediately. At 5PM, I picked up only one of the two without an explanation for the second. When I spoke with the pharmacist, I was told she did not receive a clear copy of the second medicine, did not call the physicians office and was too busy to contact me. I called the physician's office and requested they send a second prescription. Three hours later, I called the pharmacy and was told they were closed and I could not get my prescription until 10AM the next day. It was suggested I have the prescription transferred to another store. I contacted the other store and was told that prescription was not transferred. After calling the Broadway store again, I was told it was too late and they couldn't reach the doctor to confirm the medication. I would still have to wait, in extreme pain, until at least 10AM the following day. When questioned why I wasn't notified through their application, I was told they sent a text message to my home number. Really!? A text message to a home number when they have my cell? Unfortunately, this is one of many horror stories with the CVS Pharmacy located on Broadway in Fair Lawn. No living creature should be treated in this manner. I understand they may be very busy but that's not the fault of the customers, hire more people! Or how about just treating your customers like human beings, we are your customers, without us you will just be another Walgreens which is where my prescriptions are getting transferred tomorrow. I hope Walgreens buys out all the CVS stores also! read more

Large store with plenty of parking, the grounds are clean and landscaped. The store is well stocked, isles neat and maintained well. Pricing is better then Wallgreens and check out is a breeze. read more

Conveniently located on Broadway on my way to school. Some of the service leaves a lot to be desired, but I do find what I need. But with any CVS I find that you spend more than what you get a discount on or extra bucks to put money in your pocket. read more

My family and I go out of our way to shop in this CVS rather than the one in our own town. The reason is because of the efficient and caring staff who always ensure first class customer service. The store manager, Jackie, represents what good management is all about. She is friendly and always approaches customers to see if they need assistance and to make sure they are satisfied with their visit to her store. She is a hands-on manager, meaning that you see her stocking shelves and rushing to open up a register herself when she sees a line of customers waiting. We have quite a few prescriptions filled at this store and the pharmacists (especially Linda Post and Arti Desai) go above and beyond the call of duty to be of service. You will not be disappointed here! read more
