Seems the line for pick up at the pharmacy seems to always be long with people asking 1,000 questions I feel they need a separate line for those people... I just get my prescriptions and go never taking more than a few minutes to pick up and go... I think they are slightly understaffed in the pharmacy so that could also be the issue, the Covid drive through also holds things up as people should go to a doctor for that test as to get it done correctly, you can't just expect people to shove something up their nose properly and send it out as it's more complicated than that... read more

Only giving 1 star because there is no option for zero stars. I ordered 2 items for "same day photo pick up". The first item was not ready for 3 weeks and the 2nd item was supposedly ready for pick up today. Yet, when I went to the store, they allegedly had no record of the order. The Staff Is Pretty Good Here Open 24/7 Can Get Sketchy Late Night Fully stocked with a wide variety of items, this place comes in handy in a pinch. Always nice folks working at this location, helpful and courteous the big drawback is how overpriced everything is, unless it's on sale your getting ripped off. Convenient however. read more

I was in need of a drug important to me medically that was not available in so many pharmacies. Litzie was GREAT! She got it for me with help from Eugene the pharmacist she initiated a call to my pharmacy to transfer the prescription and she was on top of it for me. And she resolved an insurance issue. Sayid (store manager) and Marissa (store employee) made my experience at this location amazing. They were short staffed and the photo machine was down BUT they STILL helped me with my same day calendar order. They were so incredibly helpful when they really did not need to be as the store was really busy. If you're in the area, I recommend going to this location. They actually care!!! read more

Do not use their drive-thru especially if you are paying by credit card. I use a particular credit card to pay for any medications and medical expenses. Surprise, surprise my credit card information was stolen twice at this location. Thief tried to charge things with small charges from Walgreens then tried buying thousands of dollars of stuff in Paterson and the entire area, including over $2000 from Nike and attempted thousands of dollars in purchases. It has to be the Pharmacy staff since the perp used the phone numbers and addresses that Walgreens has on file. I do not trust the pharmacy staff there. read more

Horrible service in the pharmacy. You wait 30 minutes to be attended just for them to tell you that the prescription they called you to tell you was ready is actually non existent and everything is filled... System is always down. Wait times are always long. read more

The pharmacy never picks up, and I try to call every hour after THEY mess up my prescription. If I could get over there, I would. I called the lady at the store and I asked her if they ever pick up their phone because even their hours are in accurate, her response is "Sometimes they do" with not a single hair of sarcasm in her tone. Great location since it is in the same strip as the gym I go to and around the corner from work. A good place to stop to pick up little things I may have forgot to bring to work. The prices are the same as any chain drug store. The people that work here are friendly and the store is always clean. read more

I had a horrible experience with an employee there who refused to take my Fedex drop-off package. I have been dropping off many of my packages there for a while now. The employee said we cant take Fedex drop-off even though it clearly says I can on the front door of the store and on there website as well. I went to another Walgreens, they took my package with no issues. read more

The employees were professional, polite, knowledgeable, fair, reasonable and helpful during my last visit. Also, this store is clean, neat, and well-stocked with supplies. I was able to find an ample supply of surgical gloves, vitamins and other items, when other store did not have all that I needed. read more

Understaffed & clueless! I got an email that my pictures were ready for pick up. I came by the store over 40 mins later, waited another 15 mins for someone to help me, but they couldn't find my pictures until I saw them sitting in the printer not packed. Then they needed to called "the photo guy" to find envelopes that go with my pictures that took another 10 mins! They are always accurate with my RXs, but it is always packed after work. For shorter lines and faster service, go to the CVS in Fair Lawn. I stick to Walgreen's since it is right on my way home from work and the store is by no means bad. Tons of useful products and seasonal items are always present and the staff is satisfactorily friendly. read more

I had placed an order for 2 calendars online. According to an email, they said one calendar was done the one I did the previous day early in the am. The one I did today did not hear it was ready. When I called to verify that bofth were ready the one I did today was ready and the one from yesterday they could not find and when I got to the store I had to wait for them to finish. Located on Broadway/Rte. 4 I frequent this store because well it is convenient and right across the street from my favorite grocery store Pathmark. I have no complaints about the store. It is usually clean, well stocked, and I find everything that I am looking for when I need it. The only thing that confuses me is the point system through the Walgreens Card. I asked some of the associates and even they couldn't tell me how it works and I still cannot figure it out. I just know I whip it out when I need to some points or money taken off. Not sure if it works just like CVS's rewards card or not but hey it works for me read more

One of the best Walgreens around. I come here even though I have a Walgreens so much closer. Very clean, very professional staff, only downside is the area is the Broadway area is a little sketchy at night- however, there is ALWAYS a police car in the parking lot there. read more

I would give 5 stars if it had NYX cosmetics, everything else I find it here, is very convenient because is one 24 hours if I need something in the middle of the night I know I will find it here, I can go to another walgreens that is closer to where I live but I rather come here because everyone is very friendly specially Samantha in the cosmetic department. read more
