I have a very small dog (less than 3 lbs) who has very severe seizures due to a heart problem. She…read morehas to be on a Phenobarbital Elixir to control them. Previously, I was getting a premixed version of the medicine from Walgreens. I had been calling in her refill for over a week and she was down to just a few drops not even a full dose. They didn't seem to care and was definitely not in any hurry to fill her medicine, which I can only assume is because she's a dog. Of course, she goes into a full blown seizure, one of the worst I've ever seen. Her seizures last sometimes for 12 to 18 hours. Walgreen's couldn't transfer her medication to any other pharmacy because of the classification of the medicine. My vets office and I were both frantically calling every possible pharmacy within 3 counties. No where had the medication in stock. Finally, my vet got in touch with Moss Compounding Pharmacy aka The Pharmacy and they realized how dire our situation was but they also did not have the premixed medication in stock either but they said they could make it for her. I had no idea at the time how much of a blessing this all actually was. As soon as I administered my dog Moss's compounded elixir to her for the very first time her seizure actually stopped. Little did I know that the premixed version wasn't even helping to combat the seizures nor was it helping her when she was suffering a seizure. It was just drugging her into a daily fog that made her miserable. She would run and cry from the premixed version because the taste was so overwhelmingly bad, much worse than any terrible tasting cough syrup you can imagine. Since, Moss has been compounding her medication she doesn't even have to take it twice a day to prevent seizures. Since she is a registered support animal she is with me all the time and I know exactly what it looks like before she goes into a seizure so I am now able to just administer her the medication as needed and now since I can do it this way she has not once gone into a full seizure in almost 7 months. She isn't in a drugged hazy state all the time which allows her to do her job as my support animal. She's so much healthier and happier. She gets to run and play again and not spend her entire day sleeping. She doesn't even get upset about taking her medication because it doesn't taste bad. It barely has any taste at all except a hint of orange flavor. Moss Compounding Pharmacy showed me and her real compassion and that she was just as important and not just a dog or another prescription number. They also gave her back so much better quality of life and by her quality of life improving so has mine. Thank you Moss Compounding Pharmacy and the staff at The Pharmacy.

I went through this last time and contacted the district manager, Jason, who says on his voicemail he is located in Columbia. This time I have had horrible pain and nausea and have been diagnosed with a collapsed left colon, and already have several other illnesses connected to my autonomic neuropath. Justin told me he only had access to the CVSs at Florence, Darlington, and Hartsville. So I asked how Jason could be District Manager and located in Columbia then. I asked Jason to call me back and gave him my phone number. He has not called me back to explain this and he and CVS on Irby Street's Justin have hung me out to dry. Ladies and gentlemen this is not doxxing them because this is their business songs and CVS needs to learn customer service. CVS Irby Street's number is (843) 665-4175 and CVS District Manager Jason's Business Number is (706 ) 513-9929. I would like to remind them that putting out any of my information would be doxxing because I am a private citizen who simply expected good service from CVS and not only didn't get it from the store, I did not get it from. The District Manager. I am taking the nextstep now and calling their Corporate Office at 401-765-1500. Not a good idea to mess with a Southern woman.

EACH TIME, CVS either lies about when it's ready or lies about 'oh, we didn't get the orders.' Funny...they got the order for the OTHER meds the doc sent, and I called the doc BACK and they sent it in a SECOND time and the doctor CONFIRMED it. I sent them a note saying to quit lying about it; the doc's done sent it TWICE. Their response? They blocked my online account. REAL PROS, huh? "Let's lie to victims of violent crime and upset them and when we piss 'em off, just block 'em online. Yeah yeah! That's what we'll do!" ...so that's exactly what they did. I'll have to pay more someplace else I'm sure, but that money's going to people who can actually do their jobs, which is to fill prescriptions. Not lie multiple times about it, not blocking online access when they figure you out. a NEGATIVE 5 rating would be about right!

That was at 11 a.m. it's 4:38 p.m. and my medicine hasn't arrived yet. The worst part i told them my family member could pick it up around 12:30 p.m. and they informed me that I had to cancel the order in the system so that means I have to wait for them to release the hold on my card and who knows how long or many days that would take. I've been without my meds for over 2 weeks and finally got the money to get my meds and CAN'T GET MY MEDS. How stupid is that, no wonder your stores are closing you hired the wrong people, especially the ones at 1500 S. Irby street Florence, SC. Horrible service. I WANT MY MONEY BACK! Because obviously the customer isn't always right nor do their needs matter. Your delivery has been canceled but all the while the system said the medicine was out for delivery. But now I can't get my meds when I should have had them yesterday. WTAF! I need my medicine and money back
