I sent them a note saying to quit lying about it; the doc's done sent it TWICE. Their response? They blocked my online account. REAL PROS, huh? "Let's lie to victims of violent crime and upset them and when we piss 'em off, just block 'em online. Yeah yeah! That's what we'll do!" ...so that's exactly what they did.
