I really find no reason anyone would go here unless that happen to be in Target for whatever. This location gets 2 stars from me because the pharmacist was helpful answering questions, otherwise it would be 1 star.

As to the store: excellent service and very friendly people. There is only ONE guy who needs customer service improvement but even he is far from the worst person for sure. Store is always neat and tidy, and it is always wonderful to be acknowledged as a customer when entering an establishment. Just the "welcome to hot spot" line alone makes me want to further my business with this location. Working in retail most of my life as well as being a human being I can testify that sometimes simply knowing that you exist in life makes you feel like a king(or queen) and THAT is what customer service is all about!!!!!

As always, their prices are VERY friendly on most things I buy compared even to Super Wal-Mart. Their jugs of Lipton Diet Green Tea (with Citrus) for example - which we drink like mad people - are only $3 as opposed to $3.50 at Super Wal-Mart. Their liter sodas - name brands - are now up to $1.35 which is still a HECKUVA lot friendlier than any convenient store {and it's the size of a convenient store so it's pretty convenient}. I buy my dog biscuits here for $1 a box so that cannot be beat. And I usually buy my dog food from here as well. I love their off-brand [Clover Valley] for oatmeal and mini-wheat cold cereal. This new store has the friendliest people working there...as most of them came from the old store which was in the strip mall that now seems abandoned. I always hit Dollar General before getting groceries to see what I can save on. I highly recommend this store for the penny pincher in you! :-)

In addition, the gas prices tend to be fair, even though the locations are often just off the interstate. My husband and I often visit Florence because we have family here. We were disappointed with this location, as so many of the specialty coffees we loved were out of order. I sampled one of the flavors that did work, and it tasted off. We ended up just buying gas and going to the bathroom, then skipping coffee altogether. I hope the coffee machines are working on our next trip, and if so, I'll update my review then!
