Rating "f" as best grade. I've explained what prescriptions I need to pick up today. The red head lady insisted on what I needed. I told her no. She gave me major attitude. I asked to speak with pharmacist Cathy. Red head lady said I wanted them all canceled. I said no, only certain ones. She repeatedly asked if I wanted flue, Covid or hep shots. I told her no. She then asked if I wanted for her to stop asking. She then told me to sign for the meds. I said no, not until I knew what meds and what doctor prescribed them. They were wrong. She got mad and walked away. read more

I have made countless trips to this pharmacy in the past 6 months, and haven't had a single less-than-stellar experience. The workers are all so kind and cheerful! They're very accommodating and helpful. I would 100% recommend this CVS location! read more

The pharmacist is amazing. My son needed an antibiotic and it was out of stock everywhere. I was going to have to wait even after trying to get it transferred another cvs. I couldn't get it and she called to check on him because she felt so bad. read more

Sara and the staff in the pharmacy tonight were beyond kind to process my prescription quickly tonight so I didn't have to go home & sleep after surgery without the pain meds on deck. This may seem like what SHOULD happen but I was turned away from Walgreens, so I took my business to this location & I'm so glad I did. Convenient across from Homewood Flossmoor High School, they have a tremendous gift card selection! Convenient for the location, the coupon program keeps you coming back! No alcohol (since across from a school) but great beverage selection that is refrigerated. This store is very good at stocking items featured in the weekly sale paper. read more

Truly remarkably horrible service and staff. Matthew, who I believe is a manager or shift manager, smells horrendously bad. The cigarette stench is horrid and he is so incredibly unkempt, which I understand is not in regards to his service, but if you work with PEOPLE you shouldn't smell awful to the point I need to hold my breath when I pass you in the aisle. I've witnessed him treat customers badly, especially those who use coupons. Those who work in customer service need to be able to work with ALL types of customers, even those who utilize many coupons. He demonstrates incredible immaturity with the way he carries and presents himself, this includes his phone ringing every so often with a very loud and obnoxious song as his ringtone, texting and talking on the phone while working, and actively sending voice messages. I understand that we are human and phones are a necessity, but while at work it should be out and away and maybe an earbud to listen to music, not engaging in a conversation over the phone when there are customers that need assistance. His temper is also off the charts as i've seen him yell and scream at the children that attend the high school across the street, H-F. (In addition to the children at H-F, Huma shows her racism when black students and customers walk into the store. She always walks where they are, policing them and being more rude than usual) How is that allowed?? He's gets an attitude whenever there are teenagers in the store, it's so unprofessional. On the very other hand Chris (Christopher) is a very kind and attentive associate that provides excellent service and solutions that leave me satisfied and happy. I don't pick up prescriptions here so I can't give a review on the pharmacy. I did rip into one associate in particular, but I hope this serves as representation of the type of associates this establishment deems fit to work in a customer service role. There are a handful of good associates here, but the bad ones overshadow them. I don't recommend coming here and as an alternative, recommend the CVS in olympia fields. read more

This new CVS was built where a church use to be. The church was actually shaped like a open bible standing horizontally, so it sucks that the unique structure is gone. Anyhoo, This CVS is really clean, well organized, and the service is nice. I haven't used the pharmacy because I still use Walgreens. It's located right across the street from Homewood-Flossmoor High School, so the students often stop there after school. It's location is very convenient and accessible. I hope that this CVS stays clean and nice through the years. read more

Just wanted say that several months ago when there was a change in pharmacist the transition was brutal. However, I believe in giving praise's where they are due. I went to take a COVID test at the drive-up Saturday. Requested an appoint and received on within an hour of my request took the test Saturday and had my results by lunch time on Monday. Test was negative, very grateful. I am very happy with this service and I hope this process is this smooth for all1 read more

This pharmacy is a nightmare. The staff is pleasant but overworked. My prescriptions are rarely ready when promised because they are out of stock. They don't tell me this until I go pick up my prescription which is usually a few days after I order it online with a confirmation of next day pick up. It's awful. read more

AVOID THE PHARMACY. After 10 years as a customer I must part ways. I have not had a prescription ready on time for the last 10 pickups. Twice now I have called for a status, waited on hold for up to 20 minutes, told by the pharmacist that my prescription was ready, only to find that I was lied to. The staff is nice, but clearly overwhelmed. Management needs to step up. Customers are fleeing. read more

Worst experience ever with the manager. A FRIEND and I went in to get our Arm and Hammer detergent for cheap. Note: we are FRIENDS and COUPONERS. We decided to go couponing together. We went in and grabbed our detergents and went to front. The manager said, "I'm going to have to limit you because we have little in stock." I said okay. I grabbed 4 and my friend grabbed 4.. then she said, "4 per household.' And I'm like we DON'T EVEN LIVE TOGETHER. and she just kept repeating herself. So I just left everything there. My friend and I have 2 DIFFERENT CARDS. we DO NOT LIVE TOGETHER. We were just going couponing together. I will be calling corporate cause I NEVER had a problem until I went to Flossmoor. ***On the other note, We ended up going to the one in sherriville Indiana, and they were lovely and actually. helpful. read more

This is the WORST CVS I have ever been to. The other day, I went in because they had some great deals and they sent me some valuable CVS coupons. At checkout, I had two similar, BUT DIFFERENT CVS coupons and notified the clerk. When I noticed that she didn't scan one of them, I politely notified her. She aggressively and rudely told me that she had and pressed total. Knowing that that total was incorrect (because I always calculate my total plus tax before I get to the register because I've had CVS clerks here skip coupons MULTIPLE times before), I paid and then showed her that on my receipt she missed the coupon. Even though it was clear that she did not scan my coupon (the proof was on my receipt), she still insisted she scanned the coupon and then started talking to the next customer and checking him out. Adding to this experience, I have had two other experiences at this CVS where one of the managers missed coupons and then told me that they didn't apply (when they clearly did). I will no longer be going to this CVS and advise anyone who likes using coupons/ saving money not to visit the CVS on Flossmoor Rd and Governers Hwy in Flossmoor, IL. read more
