Updated review: There used to be a time when I shopped at CVS so much, but times have changed and prices have increased due to inflation that I only stop at a CVS location for necessities. It also helps when I receive coupons either in my email or on the CVS app for extra savings. I stopped at this location after work to get a couple of oral & feminine hygiene products. After I found what I was looking for, I waited in line to use the self-checkout. Self-checkout was quick and easy. After applying the digital coupons that was saved on my account, I reduced the total price of $15 to about $5. Every little bit of savings helps. read more

I read these reviews and was slightly shocked because I had a completely different experience. My review is in reference to the pharmacy staff. I was driving to a few different CVS prior to this one and search of a specific medication. This CVS filled my prescription in such a timely manner while I waited at the drive-through window. They went above and beyond to make sure I got my medication swiftly. Pharmacist doing what pharmacist do amazingly though x 100! Thank you! read more

Nice clean, modern CVS. Being a self standing building, it has plenty of parking and lots of room inside for shopping. Went in to check on their body wash products and to use my weekly "percent off" coupon. They had a large variety and selection of body wash and the shelves were nicely stocked. I love using their self checkout stations, they are so easy and so quick ! read more

I am updating my review but leaving it at three stars. I can take it or leave it. Definitely not the nicest CVS I have shopped in, but not the worst either. I came here to pick up a prescription but the pharmacy doesn't open until 10am. No big deal because I wanted to grab a few things anyway. I wasn't greeted upon entering the store & quite a few isles need to be vacuumed, yet some isles look great. It's a mixed bag for sure. An employee stocking a shelf said good morning to me & that was nice. Parking was easy but it's early. I was the first person in line when the pharmacy opened & the clerk was very sweet. I was in and out in five minutes. There is a drive through for the pharmacy too. read more

CVS has so many things in it. I 'needed' some pre-event coffee, chocolate, and nail polish... if I had not been in a time crunch I could have perused even further to find more random things I 'need.' Starbucks has its own separate little refrigerator, with a ton of different coffee options. Very convenient. But wait! There was even more coffee options in the 'coffee' cold section, including those little shots of organic coffee and a coffee that was only sweetened with monk fruit - how cool! I did grab a Chobani smoothie that was delicious (pre-event protein!). I also easily found the low-toxicity, vegan Sally Hansen sparkly nail polish I wanted. Checking out was a breeze using the self-checkout, which a kind employee encouraged me to use to lessen the checkout line. Nobody ever answers the phone here ESPECIALLY in the pharmacy. I needed information on my prescription since when i went there, their systems were shut down and nobody can seem to tell me anything but try again tomorrow. Insanely unprofessional. I have been using this cvs for several years and really like the pharmacy staff. They are friendly and professional. I am m partial to cvs coming from New England. Unfortunately this location is so understaffed and overworked I left for Walgreens after css as fling for 2 straight days and getting no answer or follow up on a critical prescription pre-surgery. My wife even called a district manager who was very considerate and he tried to contact pharmacy and he couldn't get through either. I was forced to use Walgreens on Sheridan and they were amazing. No less than 4 people offered to assist, they filled order promptly and professionally. I feel for the cvs staff as they obviously get no support. read more

Every time I have called this pharmacy I am put on eternal hold. 49 minutes today, I hung up. Last time it was 42 Minutes. Just wanted to find out is my new prescription was ready. When the prescription is ready you don't get a text message Either. Time for a new pharmacy, my time is also valuable and I have little if it as well. read more

The usual standard for a CVS store, with a plus, they have a parking lot. Items are well organized and tagged accordingly. Small staff, however, it seems a quiet store, so maybe that's enough to handle the number of clients that come here, there was no waiting lines, and there were a few clients shopping. CVS please hire some more help! There is always just one person processing pharmacy pick ups and she is helping both drive through lane and walk ups and it's like 30 min wait anytime customers come for prescription pick ups. It is not acceptable customer service there should at minimum be dedicated person for both lines. Customer time is valuable as well. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE The pharmacy staff has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I arrived 9 mins early through the drive through window for a COVID test that I had an appointment for at 10am. The lady asks me what I need and told her. Very abruptly and rude was like come back at 10. There were no cars behind me so what was the reason? People need to understand that if they don't like their jobs or don't want to work how about finding something else you'd have a better attitude at. I've gone to Walgreens several times to get tested and have arrived almost 15 mins early and I'm able to get it done without any issues. Avoid CVS and their rude staff by all cost read more

I find the purpose of the drive thru is for convenience and to get this expedited... here.. there is no such thing. Service is insanely slow even for just a drop off or scheduled pick up. It took 3 days to fill my prescription for vitamin D pills! You can't get anyone on the phone if you actually want to talk to a real person. Staff is nice but these wait times are ridiculous. Hire more people!! No one should have to wait in a drive thru line for 30 mins. read more

I was in this CVS two days ago trying to print pictures with a promotion that they have for .10 per picture for 100+ pictures. After not being able to use the picture kiosk because the apple cord was broken and the other kiosk was being used, the women who was at the cash register told me I could download the app and send it to this CVS to print or wait for the second kiosk to be available, I mentioned I needed to use a coupon code and she said I could use it either way. After downloading the app, signing up, going through all of my pictures, and choosing over 1000 pictures to purchase (which took about 45 minutes) the app then told me I could only do $49 or less through the app. At this time the second kiosk was free so I got on and spent about another 30 minutes choosing my 1000 pictures again, I pressed my cart and checkout and thought it would give me a place to put in my coupon code, which it did not, it completed my order and printed my receipt. I did not know what to do so I looked for an employee to ask and nobody was at the register, I'm in the back of the store I found Tera. I explained my situation and she got very defensive and said "that is not how we work here, those coupon codes are only for online". I explained that the women that was at the register tell me I could use the coupon code, she just rolled her eyes and shook her head no. I then explained that when I tried to do it online it wouldn't allow me to purchase more than $49 at a time, she told me "that's impossible" as if I lied. I went to get my phone and showed her what it said, after seeing I was telling the truth she said "well then you should place multiple orders of $49". This story goes on with me arguing with her due to the fact that the coupon was only useable with a minimum of 100 pictures she was very rude and even raised her voice to me in front of my two year old daughter. I go to this CVS at least 4 times a week and have never been treated or spoken to like I was stupid by one of their employees. In the end she let me use the coupon, but not only did she do it with attitude, she also made me prove the I had the coupon, which was not a barcode but just an add on their website. All of this was TOTALLY unprofessional and if I can avoid going back to this CVS I will. read more

Absolutely atrocious customer service at the pharmacy. I tried calling the pharmacy while driving home from work to have a prescription switched to this location and after waiting on hold for over 20 minutes I decided to drive to the pharmacy instead of directly home. I made it there before they ever answered the phone. When I walked in they were able to speak to me in person right away which had me wondering why they never answered the phone. First thing I noticed was that the cashier is extremely friendly. The store seems organized and well stocked. This location is right next to my new office, so I'm sure that I'll be the Duke in no time! I've not used their pharmacy or photo departments, so I can't review based on that. read more

I have yet to go to a pharmacy and that is fast and fantastic. No matter what company, no matter what city there is always some kind of hold up with prescriptions. It is as if it is a government conspiracy where all of us are being tested for how patient we can be under varying circumstances thrown at us at the pharmacy line. That said, this particular CVS does not cause any more havoc than any other. They are not slower or ruder and all in all I have never had an experience that is out of the ordinary. Everyone should have a CVS card period end of sentence. There is nothing to lose and everything to gain in this situation. Just a win, win. I've heard- though never confirmed- that if you do not have a card, and if a card is scanned for you, it is not just a random- behind the counter card for everyone to get a discount on, it is someone's card- as in you are assisting the sales person in getting more CVS points, which seems like a victimless crime however- it is not company policy. How does that make any sense at all? If the purpose is for you to have the card so that the company can do whatever algorithmic marketing campaign- then the clerk at the front scanning every person all day- is obviously not the point of the card. And- why cry about paying full price when you don't have a card, when all you have to do is say you want a card. The card is free. When you get it you don't even have to register it. So now it is your personal unregistered CVS card that you can use for all your purchases anonymously which is still not the intention behind the card, but at least more legitimate. I have never encountered a time when the card was not offered, and cannot imagine that in my millions of CVS excursions where every single time I was asked about the card that some "lucky" guy was not offered this opportunity prior to being charged full price. Dear CVS, you have done a phenomenal job of training your cashiers to offer your store card. The store is always neat and clean. It is easy to find whatever you are looking for. It is smaller than some other CVS locations in the area, but this is not a negative and can often be found to be a positive. The pharmacy technicians are much friendlier than at some other locations. Perhaps other locations are so horrific my standards have lowered- but no matter what, this one is better, and +1 is +1. read more

Jerks. That's all I can say. Bought stuff on sale (or so I thought). At the register, the cashier ("Luis") asks me if I have a CVS Card. I didn't, so I said no. Normally, drugstores will scan one they have behind the counter, so you get the discount. This guy instead charges me FULL price. I caught it, so I asked him what the heck he was doing charging me full price when the items were on sale. "Well, you said you didn't have the card." Are you kidding me? I made him void the transaction and give me a darn card and then ring it up with the sales price. What an absolute jerk! Will never come here again. read more

CVS very poorly in run pharmacy. They lie. Their apps even worse but as pharmacist told me app is machine. Gave them full prescription for 60and they only had 22. 1 week later they had not ordered rest of my prescription so I have to wait until 3 more days in late afternoon for remainder of script. Total of 10days.. where do they get off making a full 30 day prescription into a refill at their convenience. Ohh and they don't do orders on the weekends. Don't bother trying to call main stores and head people. We all know where their heads are. I could go on and on about all the other things that they caused me grief over. If you're wondering why I haven't gone to another pharmacy, it's because my insurance company only deals with who they want. I was so much happier with Walgreens. I'm66 I really yearn for cozy, friendly,all knowing neighborhood drug store. The people who work there are great but store policy is cold and robotic. They have no compassion written in the rules. I've used CVS for medication for year and NEVER had problems, but this CVS is a hot mess. They have messed up my prescriptions so many times I wonder if they know they're a pharmacy. I'll call a day ahead and go into to pick it up and they haven't even started on it. Oh, and I absolutely love that it takes me at least 20 minutes to pick up a prescription even though there's never a line. They don't even greet u. U stand at the counter with your thumb up your butt and they're all of 2 ft away from u, but u can't even get them to acknowledge your existence . Then when they finally come over and rudely ask u what u need, they can NEVER find it! The worst is that I've asked them to stop calling me (ever) b/c I work odd hours and need sleep, and they call me multiply times even when I don't even have meds to pick up.
