WORST Publix Deli on Earth. Laziest and rudest customer service I have ever seen. Deli counter refused to cut new fresh Turkey for me and instead opted for me to get the "prepackaged" turkey that was cut hours ago instead. I insisted getting fresh turkey sliced "shaved" as the prepackaged one was thick cut, she refused my request and proceeded to ignore me. I am not sure what DEI program this person was hired from, but I would definitely request my money back. read more

I visited this Publix because it is a larger store and needed to find certain items that my regular Publix did not have so took a chance in this one. *They are well stocked but did not find what I went to get they did not have it. *Lacks the famous super customer service and friendliness or helpfulness you expect from the chain. I was almost run down by an employee with a shopping cart if I did not move out the way I would of been hit, in another aisle I was trying to reach for an item and an employee had the restocking cart in the way seeing me struggle didn't not offer to help or move the cart me having to move it out the way very hard to push but the only way to get my items as I was going to ask for help the employee turned his face away like he had nothing to do with the cart. Even the manager was not the friendliest so I see why the employees have that attitude. I would not go and shop there again I rather shop I'm my little Publix that everyone is nicer. read more

This has been my go-to Publix since moving to Hollywood, Florida. It's always been really nice to shop here. I've found plenty of parking, and the employees here were friendly and helpful. The store is always clean, and they are well-stocked. The only reason I don't give this location five stars is due to the period of time between July 2022 until now November 2022 when there were not enough shopping carts for their customers. They had some construction going on, and I guess they lost or had some of their carts stolen?? Regardless, during this time it was extremely inconvenient to try to shop here. If you didn't grab a shopping cart while in the parking lot, then you'd be standing at the entrance waiting for an available one for at least ten to twelve minutes. However, as of late November or early December 2022, I noticed they finally got some new shopping carts in. It's about time! read more

Publix has created a solid reputation by offering incredible customer service, great BOGO (buy one, get one free) deals and we cannot forget their subs, which are affectionately known as "Pub Subs." Coming from New Jersey, a state known for their great subs, in a way it hurts me to state that a supermarket has some of the best subs in the area. But it is also a 100% true statement. Publix subs are very good. My go-to sub is probably their Italian sub, which is truly a tasty offering. I also enjoy their roast beef and cheese sub. I would definitely recommend upgrading it by using Boar's Head meat. It is definitely worth the small upcharge. It is also great to see Publix expanding beyond the boundaries of their home state of Florida and spreading throughout the southeast. Not only am I happy about it, but I am confident that the communities that Publix opens a location in are very grateful for a Publix opening by them. I would definitely recommend this particular Publix location or any Publix location and I give it five stars. read more

Super large store with everything I want. I went in to get some almond milk and almond creamer. This store has a wonderful produce department I also bought pineapple, apples, bananas, and lettuce for my next meal. I also bought Hubby his black and white cookies. This Publix seems to be one of the better ones around my area. Though it does feel smaller, every time I need some foreign item for the receipts I like to try, I always find what I need here. It's well lit which is something I'm picky about in my grocery stores. I mean what do you have to hid in a gloomy grocery store? Any way they always have full stock coupon books and a scale and red box. Parking is a drag, but what Publix isn't. Mascarpone cheese find it here. Cheese during thanksgiving time for the Macaroni and cheese, you will always find it here. Linvil the store manager has helped me on a few occasions and he is their prize possession. read more

I stopped in here a few weeks ago to pick up a few items. It was my first time here in years and I was glad this Publix is still a good one. This store is so big! Finding a few items was a challenge because of it's size. I eventually found what I came in for but some help on the floor would have been appreciated. At least I am familiar with the layout again. So many isles & such a great selection of items. The cashier lines were long but typical for any Saturday in any grocery store. The deli was jammed and the deli clerks were working hard. The bakery was also jammed but again it was a Saturday & to be expected. The people were nice so that's a plus. I like this Publix and I will be back. I don't love the parking lot because this plaza is hectic & everyone seems to be in a rush to get somewhere. Again, typical of many plazas on any given day right? After all these years, this is still a good Publix. True, I would have loved some help if anyone was available to assist, but it all worked out & I'll be back when in the area. read more

Located in the Sheridan Plaza, this Publix is large with clean, organized aisles. There's also a small seating area by the deli where you can sit and relax or eat a quick lunch such Publix's freshly made hot or cold subs, wraps, flatbread pizza's, and hot cooked chicken or mojo pork meals. The bakery department, next to the deli, is quite large. With a variety of breads, cakes, pies, cookies, etc. it's hard to walk by and not choose something. The cashier who tended to me was friendly. Other than that, there's nothing more to say...it's a typical Publix supermarket. I only come here if I'm in the mood for a Publix sandwich after I'm done with class. Though they no longer have the Cuban sandwich on the menu, the associate would still make it for me when I request it. I like to add a personalized twist to the Cuban sandwich by adding honey mustard, provolone cheese, lettuce, banana peppers, and black olives...yum! read more

Customer service is pretty bad at this location. There is also this panhandler in the parking lot with a walker that is super annoying. Many problems with this Publix. There is no self check-out for starters -- where there is at Dania Beach and Aventura (Aventura's customer service is 10 times better too). I had this encounter with a young male store employee who was carrying a rolled up rug down the aisle in the deli section and wouldn't move in the slightest for me, the customer, walking down the aisle. Who does that? He could have turned sideways, or said excuse me but he went barreling through expecting me to get out of his way. I was not happy and spoke to his manager -- who weakly apologized. The employees don't know the inventory very well either which isn't surprising the way things are in this post pandemic world. I would much rather go to the Publix at Young Circle or Sunny Isles but went here but won't make that mistake again. read more

They have a huge sign saying that walk ins are welcome for covid vaccination, however when we walked in at 20:00 (being that they close at 21:00) we were told by the pharmacist that they were done for the day and they were usually done with their last appointment. From the individuals working the deli to the cashiers; they are purposely slow. They seem to have no sense of urgency or pride on what they do and don't complete their task on a timely manner. This is my go-to Publix. Went in today cause I had an issue with my receipt. I'm very patient and don't mind waiting. However, I'd been standing in the line for about 8 minutes as there are 3 different lines and the cashier go from person to person. Nicole at customer service is having an entire conversation with her customer, never acknowledged me by saying, I'll be right with you, however another person of another race walks up, and she immediately acknowledged them buy saying, she'd be right them. We have been using this Publix for over 20 years and although I have encountered many different individuals at Publix we have NEVER had such a horrible interaction with a Publix worker. At the deli while we were waiting for our number to be called we got to listen to Joy complain very rudely and obnoxiously about her job, the customers, and the other staff. The other team member (whom she was complaining to and about) was Carlos. He helped us and apologized over and over again to us and the other customers about the way Joy was treating customers and talking. This is unprofessional and not a good representation of Publix.
