A little orderly lady was asking for help, and He (Phil) was talking to her so loudly. The customer was ready to make a purchase and he GRABBED the item from her hand. Not only Telling your customer to leave the store, but loudly screaming at her. Telling her to get out! Customer was outside crying and humiliated.

CVS has made it easy to pick up prescriptions with their app. You just present the q code and they do the rest. The ladies working on the drive through window are extremely nice. And I like that the Pharmacist take notice of what you are taking and if any new drug could be contradicting. It's comforting to know they have your back. And I don't find their prices higher than anywhere else. I have trued a lot too. I think the convenience is a plus too.

There's too many people all of the time and they aren't very courteous when checking out your groceries. They smash all of my groceries on the conveyor belt. And it damages the food that I just paid for. They don't seem to be understaffed but the staff that they have doesn't seem to care a lot about what they're doing. Definitely will think twice before going to this Kroger again.
