Was helped quickly when I came in expecting to pick up an order but could tell the online system was causing a headache for the woman behind the counter because the next 2 people had the same problem. When I'm doubt call and speak to a human directly and you'll have no issues. Also to note the pharmacy section closes from 1:30 to 2 daily for their lunch break so take that into account:

Remarkably, I was greeted when I came inside -- rare for any store, unprecedented for a gas station. My issue came when I tried to use their coffee machine. Like many places these days, Leo's has machines that grind beans while you wait, for a fresher cup. Well, both machines were broken, so I didn't get to try the official brew. Fortunately, they'd brewed a pot and gave me a free cup for the inconvenience. It was passable, but not great. So, four stars for the store's appearance and kind service. So I simply asked why they couldn't cash it. The two young male workers got extremely rude and started yelling at me with attitude. even threatening to come around the counter. I told them to calm down that I was simply just asking a question and they continue to yell and told me to get out of their store. I felt so threatened that I ended up throwing my straw that was in my hand out of nervousness because he was starting to walk around the counter. I've never been treated so poorly in my life by two males. I love the ladies that are in there during the day. But I will never go back because the way that they came at me aggressively and came around the corner at me and were so close to putting their hands on me, actually scared me, and then they proceeded to follow me out the door yelling at me.

A little orderly lady was asking for help, and He (Phil) was talking to her so loudly. The customer was ready to make a purchase and he GRABBED the item from her hand. Not only Telling your customer to leave the store, but loudly screaming at her. Telling her to get out! Customer was outside crying and humiliated.
