Prices in Walgreens I've found are otherwise NOT competitive at all, Aside from Rite Aid, They are pretty pricey. I do however love their seasonal section. Most of the decor is 10 bucks or less and they have a lot of different candy options in the same aisle. They were selling pumpkins at the end of the season for a buck at the register. Cashier was super friendly and helpful to assist when one of my devices needed a charger I couldn't find there.

MOST Walgreens are great places to shop, with great deals, staff, and selection. MOST Walgreens have good parking (those not in the city), and have the same clean, organized feel and size. And then there are SOME locations with issues. At first glance, the exterior of this location looks great and the interior was organized, large, and clean when walking in. BUT, I was looking for Valentine's Candy, and this was RIGHT on the way home. There was NONE. Yeah, it's the night before Valentine's, but come on! Plus, they were completely out of a few of the other things I was going to purchase. I just put everything down and headed to CVS. The store's organized, the staff are friendly, and the parking is good, but don't expect to find everything you need all the time. 3 stars.

CVS West Central Street, Franklin, Ma. is my #1 pharmacy, I have unintentionally had my prescriptions filled at other pharmacies over the years with different Doctors who were clearly not awake or paying attention to where I would like my prescriptions filled, and they lacked the personality and the Friendly service (with a smile). The pharmacy at W.Central CVS is not the only attraction for me, the great staff that they have running the rest of the place is Friendly and Always Helpful when I call upon them for something I need. An employee has even helped me when she was literally done for the day working but stopped to give this old man a hand in finding some things I needed... and that was not the only time with the different employees over the years. I recommend CVS West Central Franklin Ma .. It has almost become a second home for me.. I walk in and they are smiling , and they say Good Morning (whatever time of day it is).. and when I am leaving - Have a nice day /evening.. weekend.. They are all Fabulous people there willing to help with your needs.. When I am shopping at other large stores.. I find myself comparing them to the CVS on W.Central Street Franklin, Ma. Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Medway, MA Walgreens…read more I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at the Walgreens location in Medway, MA. I am a regular customer at Walgreens and have consistently appreciated the convenience and service provided at these stores. Unfortunately, this visit fell significantly short of those expectations. Upon checkout, I encountered two cashiers who seemed unfamiliar with the computer system, leading to an unusually lengthy transaction. This alone was inconvenient, but I was also subjected to an unexpected request to be ID'd twice. This was particularly confusing, as I have never been ID'd for purchasing any items at Walgreens before, especially not this particular item. It felt excessive and out of the ordinary for this type of purchase. To make matters worse, when I expressed some frustration, the front desk staff member with a beard responded dismissively, telling me to "calm down, buddy." This was not only unhelpful but also unprofessional, further escalating an already frustrating situation. I would like to understand why I was ID'd for a typical purchase and whether this is a new policy. Additionally, I would hope Corporate Walgreens would take steps to ensure that its employees are properly trained in both the computer systems and in customer service etiquette, to prevent situations like this in the future. I have now emailed Corporate Headquarters about this location. Take your business to CVS.
