The front desk employee named (Ajay) is extremely rude to the whole line of customers. I shop at this store a lot, and never seen such a childish and rude behavior before. He was yelling at the customer to use the self check, and when an older customer asked for help he kept yelling at her, I felt really bad for her. Almost every time I go with my kids, he always stares at us and follow us in the store, and never ever try to help if we ask for help locating an item. Hey CVS, how about remodeling and upgrading some of your stores? You have a giant, brand new store in Wrentham which outshines this old, outdated dumpy location. Who cares if its 24 hours, the aisles are so cramped and jam packed with stuff, you can barely move and the place is consistently nasty inside and doesnt look clean. They make staff work by themselves on an entire shift and burn them out with the same pay as working with someone else. I just want to start off by saying that I am not the easiest customer. I have to use every coupon possible to save every penny possible and not many cashiers appreciate that. There is a gentleman named Matthew at the Franklin CVS that's open 24 hours. He's always there at night and always there to help. Tonight especially he had extra extra extra patience and me complete my purchase and I was very happy that he accommodated my coupons. Worst customer service.... Ever. They continuously followed me and my friends around pestering us. They accused us of just walking around and not buying anything and kept asking me friend if he was going to actually buy what he was holding. This is an excellent CVS location! They do a lot of prescriptions, but they are well organized and helpful. The store is well maintained. I have found that they pay attention to the lines and bring help up quickly when lines are getting long. It is not a superstore size, but they still have a lot of services. I have had good experience in the photo area, getting passport pictures quickly and painlessly, as well as regular and larger format prints. We have also had good service getting flu shots in the Minute Clinic. read more

This is specific to the Minute Clinic within this CVS store. At around 4pm on a Sunday nite, I needed to seek medical care (bronchitis, possible pneumonia). CVS Minute Clinic in Franklin was not taking any new patients (they close on Sundays at 5:30pm and their schedule was full until closing time). I found urgent care place ReadyMED in Milford and with a closing time of 8pm, I went there. I must say that having had a fabulous experience at ReadyMED (you can find my review about them on Yelp), I learned a great deal about what I need from such a place...I have used MinuteClinic before and it's been okay, however the comparison with ReadyMed is quite eye-opening. I required a chest xray as part of finding out what was wrong with me and MINUTE CLINIC doesn't have this type of equipment onsite. Had I needed a urinalysis, MINUTE CLINIC doesn't have this type of lab testing onsite. GOODBYE Minute Clinic! From now on -- only ReadyMed! This was my LAST CHANCE. I was going home and stopped at the first CVS-like store I saw, which was Walgreens. I was looking for some food items, Valentines Candy, and a few other items. Walgreens had barely any of what I need. So I stopped at this CVS, only half a mile down the road. This CVS is large, open 24 hours, organized, and has a minute clinic. The deals didn't seem to be great as Walgreens, but there was much more Valentines Candy. April at checkout was very friendly and helpful as well. The parking lot was busy, but open spaces were available and the lantern parking lights were pleasant. Great CVS I'd return to if ever in the area again, 5 stars. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It just took 3 cashiers (2 were very nice, the other was completely rude) and 30 minutes of my time to attempt to buy formula. They were never able to complete the transaction and I could not wait any longer as my 6 month old son was having a fit in the car. I used an enfamil coupon for my formula but they messed up and had to void repost the transactions multiple times. After I told them I just wanted my coupons back, they told me I couldn't and asked me If I could go out to my car and feed my baby and then come back in. Seriously!? The fact that they made a mistake is not the issue but the way they reacted to the situation was completely uncalled for and downright rude. read more
