I am being truly open about this CVS I am not an employee, nor am I paid to give an opinion, nor am I a competitor of theirs.. surely if I were a competitor it would not be a positive review. CVS West Central Street, Franklin, Ma. is my #1 pharmacy, I have unintentionally had my prescriptions filled at other pharmacies over the years with different Doctors who were clearly not awake or paying attention to where I would like my prescriptions filled, and they lacked the personality and the Friendly service (with a smile). The pharmacy at W.Central CVS is not the only attraction for me, the great staff that they have running the rest of the place is Friendly and Always Helpful when I call upon them for something I need. An employee has even helped me when she was literally done for the day working but stopped to give this old man a hand in finding some things I needed... and that was not the only time with the different employees over the years. I recommend CVS West Central Franklin Ma .. It has almost become a second home for me.. I walk in and they are smiling , and they say Good Morning (whatever time of day it is).. and when I am leaving - Have a nice day /evening.. weekend.. They are all Fabulous people there willing to help with your needs.. When I am shopping at other large stores.. I find myself comparing them to the CVS on W.Central Street Franklin, Ma. He was yelling at the customer to use the self check, and when an older customer asked for help he kept yelling at her, I felt really bad for her. Almost every time I go with my kids, he always stares at us and follow us in the store, and never ever try to help if we ask for help locating an item. Not a pleasant experience at all because of him!

Another wonderful CVS Pharmacy…read more Another store that has that AWESOME remodel, like Dedham & Newton Highlands, which is extremely AMAZING (in comparison to other CVS stores and other pharmacies). Clean, new, and includes all essentials at good prices. Store is organized, and everything is priced well and correctly. This location has a drive thru pharmacy as well, if this is your pharmacy that may be useful. Only problem (I had the same issue yesterday with another CVS): the parking lot of this store is fine, but is tiny. If you pull into any of the parking spots near the storefront, it is incredibly hard to back up out, and it is very confusing to know how to exit the plaza if you aren't from the direct area. Signs, and expansion of the parking lot would be useful, yet for now it works pretty good for me.

Drove there to learn that not only was it not ready, but the printer was broken. I was told they would reach out if the printer got fixed and my order was ready. So I drove an hour to the party without it. While at the party I got a text telling me my order was ready, so I drove back. When I arrived the woman behind the counter was shocked to see me, and said "I feel very badly, as it's still not ready. That wasn't a message you were supposed to get". So yet again I left without what I ordered and needed. There are no words for how much I dislike this store and its inability to actually treat its customers properly.

Unfortunately, this is not the case with this pharmacy. Before I even went there, someone had told me about a bad experience they had there, but again, I usually assume it's just because they had a unique experience for some reason. The very first time I walked in there, with 4 prescriptions that I take daily, and have been on for a long time. The girl at the counter who scans them in was very nice, and has been in all the subsequent visits I made-she has nothing to do with why I don't care for this place at all. After the girl scanned in my scripts, they were handed over to the pharmacist. When she looked them over, she came to the counter to inform me that one of them she would not fill, that she had spoken to the doctor about what she felt the proper dosage is for this medication. The next one she said they didn't carry but didn't offer to order it. The third one, she said they also didn't carry but she'd see if she could order it or not for me. I asked her if she knew whether it would be available the next day or if it took a couple days, and she informed me she was going to see if it was able to be ordered, and then decide if she WANTED to order it. All of this since word one, was said in a very rude tone, and I hadn't said anything to make anyone upset-and couldn't understand why she was that way. I ended up taking 2 out of the 4 scripts elsewhere which of course was not what I had wanted to do. I went back there another time, because they are unfortunately the closest to me, and there was a different phatmacist on. This one also was very rude when she brought my script back to the counter, and told me the wording on the script had to be changed in order to fill it the way it was meant to be, tho no other pharmacy had ever had a problem with the way it was worded. My scripts are always the same, and printed off the computer. So I'm not sure why the wording was OK for 2 other pharmacys I'd been to with these same meds. I ended up going in a 3rd time to fill the one script I knew they had before without any issues, and met a third pharmacist who had the same attitude as the first two. I've decided that as much as this place is the closest pharmacy, because I don't drive, Id much rather wait and have a friend bring me to another one, and save the hassle.
