My experience is with the store. CVS is pricey compared to Target or Walmart. You pay for convenience. I shop the weekly sales for the most part. Extra care card discounts like 40% off one regular price item and others. The store is 24 hours which is a plus and in store pick up orders are usually filled in less than 45 minutes. read more

Very unprofessional and irresponsible employes. Me and my husband came for a rapid covid test that the result was supposed to be available in a few hours and we never received the results. After more than a day waiting, we decided to call and they say we call you back. We never received a call back. We called a few times and they say they don't know where the results are. After trying to get the results several times , the pharmacist admited that they lost the results. They never processed into the system and that we need to get tested again because they don't know what happened. That's unacceptable. We needed the result for our jobs and had to go to another place to get tested at this point exposing other people because of their irresponsibility. read more

I stopped to pick up a couple of items. Joseph was abrupt and rude to me when I was confused about which register he was directing me to. I appreciate that he was an essential worker, but his people skills were sorely lacking. I am a senior and wearing a mask had me anxious. I have been going to this pharmacy for years..service was typically good. Over the past few months it has gotten increasingly worse. The pharmacists always seem to have an attitude. I always receive notifications for when my script is ready, not once but five times did they not have my script! Or they shorted me almost a half months worth of my prescription. read more

Check out at the front is great, people at the pharmacy are not as friendly and if you don't have insurance, the prices are way too high. I was charged $79.00 for earache drops that would have cost $9.95 at right aid or Walmart. This was the cheaper generic price for Cortisporin Otic Solution, which is for swimmers ear. When I complained they said that was the best they could do. If you don't have perscription insurance, don't go here. read more

Went to pick up a 90 day prescription. Got home and there were 29 pills in the bottle. How do you mistakenly forget 61 pills! When I called the pharmacy, they accused me of miscounting! I asked if they could put my missing pills in a bottle and have it ready for me to pick up tomorrow. They told me if I wanted the missing pills, I had to bring the pill bottle back the same day to verify how many pills were missing! So now they're accusing me of lying! Not surprised to see 6 out of 8 of the reviews being one star! If you have medication you depend on, DO NOT shop here. I have a prescription from November 8th for 3 month supply of Blood Pressure Medication. Doctor wrote a single prescription for 90 pills and insurance only covers 30 at a time so the pharmacist said he was going to "Fix" it so I could get 30 with 2 refills. I got the first refill and told I didn't have another one. First I was told that the DOCTOR called and inactivated the prescription (A lie). THEN I was told that the prescription was called in October, not November (A lie). THEN I was told they got all 8-9 prescriptions EXCEPT this particular one on November 8th (JUST happens to be the ONE the pharmacist "Fixed" for me). LONG story short, I have PROOF of a prescription from November 8th for 90 days supply and CVS will only give me 60 of them telling me I need to have the doctor call in another prescription which is against my clinics policies (They will NOT call in ANY prescriptions without seeing you in person and he is over an hour away/I can't take time off work to go see him as I JUST took 3 weeks off for the holidays). So I hopefully going a full month without blood pressure medicine isn't harmful as that is the ONLY choice I have thanks to CVS messing this up. (I even SHOWED him the original prescription from November 8th for 90 days and he still wouldn't make it right). If you have any prescriptions that you depend on, you CANNOT depend on this CVS. Do yourself a favor and move to Walgreens, or RiteAid or ANYONE else! read more

I love their pharmacy, very friendly people behind counter and always ask if I have any questions about my prescription. Pharmacists have even helped me when I was looking for some over-the-counter medications. The front can sometimes be a long wait-backed up. My favorite person who waits on me is Candi. Always says hello to me, knows my name and always ask if there was anything I couldn't find or needed help finding. Awesome employee!! read more

Horrible location, I only use this location for my prescriptions, it is very close to my home. The pharmacy staff is horrible, lazy, mean, nasty, they forced me to pill pack and now I know why all these brick and mortar stores are going out of business. if you do not like your job find one you like but do not ruin the business where you work with your horrible attitude or better yet if you hate your life you have options!!!!! read more

Yesterday I dropped off a prescription through the Drive Thru and once I got home CVS called me with a question regarding the prescription. They told me that they had to call the doctor prior to filling the script because the doctor did not put down the strength. I thought that this was good due to regulations and CVS being right on with the laws. So, today after work the prescription should be ready and I can just pull up into the drive through and pick it up. How convenient is this. Definitely a great store - everyone who works at this CVS is great. read more

The store clerk made it seem like a chore to ask for a pack of cigarettes this morning. I was appalled by the repeated eye-rolling and huffs and puffs, while I maintained a respectable demeanor. After I had asked for a brand of roll your own cigarettes she immediately said they didn't have them in stock. When I could clearly see them as I left. When I came back she asked for my ID back, now realizing she did not even check it the first time. read more

Love this CVS! Always greeted when I walk in and the store is kept pretty neat! There's a cashier that I absolutely love. I wish I knew her name but she was so friendly and personable! Terrible pharmacy. I use this pharmacy on occasion as it is close to my work and every time there is a problem. They have lost a prescription and said they never received an online refill request before. This current time I was told it would be 45 minute wait. When I returned 2.5 hours later it still had not been filled. I said I would come in and wait as I am not going to be back in the area tomorrow. He then got an attitude with me and said it would be at least 45 more minutes or longer and he discouraged waiting. This was my last time attempting to use this pharmacy. read more
