I am shaking SO BAD because of my anger towards these people. I ordered online, and instead of using my benefits card for partial payment, it took it ALL from my credit card. It's happened TWICE. It won't happen again. Besides that, they have given me the WRONG prescription TWICE! At least I checked them first. And their website of Medications is always a mess. The employee's are usually nice and helpful. It's how the business is run that sucks. I just wrote a NASTY letter to corporate, but it doesn't matter, and will be ignored. This store is SLOW!! Doesn't matter if you go drive thru, in store it sucks!!! They won't tell you if your medicine is out of stock! As a diabetic, I am still waiting a week for medication! I tried calling the store and was left on hold for over 30 min! I drove there (not even 5 min away) just to wait in line and be told my 10/8 refill is still NOT IN STOCK!! Wtf!! The pharmacy is not open 24 hours like they say , ​ they are often out of a prescription drug that I have been prescribed, Methylphenidate , SomeSome other CVS stores have it but the drive is 20 minutes each way , Walmart Pharmacy often has it At first they said the problem was the pandemic , then they said the problem is is that the government limits how much controlled substance can be processed through their store , then they say it's a Manufacturing problem ​ so they remind me like the government that's makes UP whatever story is convenient rather than seriously looking into the problem in my humble opinion read more

There a select few people working in the pharmacy that are good but you're lucky if you encounter them. There's others that ruin the experience for everyone. There is one older woman that will scream out your prescription details in front of everyone and can't seem to keep anything together (I haven't seen her in a while) and another woman that is incredibly rude. Prescriptions are never ready and some pharmacy staff will readily blame you for any delays or issues that no other pharmacy seems to have. They often have an attitude and seems bothered at the smallest tasks. If you can avoid them, you should. I've tried overlooking these issues for a long time but I'm now planning on changing my pharmacy location to a more helpful and competent option. read more

This is our go to pharmacy and I have not had any problem with staff or service but...the parking lot and entry is a grubby mess with cigarette butts, litter and a disheveled look. Certainly at some point in the day there could be some tidying up, I notice this every time I visit. read more

Got kicked out of the store for bumping over a display. The clerk started to pick it up and I offered to help. She refused the help and I continued shopping. The worker then came up to me and accused me of stealing. She said there were more products on the shelf before I knocked it over. I offered to empty my pockets to prove my innocence, but again she declined and told me to get out of the store. As an African American war veteran, I feel I was profiled at thier store and wasn't even given the chance to prove my innocence. Thanks cvs. I now know where the bigots work in gardner. read more

Attempted multiple times earlier in the day to get in touch with the pharmacy to verify a patients medication list, however, was unsuccessful. Finally after attempting a last time later in the evening, was on hold for approximately ten minutes before a pharmacist/tech answered. The male that answered the phone was rude and unprofessional. When reporting the requested medication list, the male read the orders inappropriately (i.e, did not provide in full the dose and directions) and when requested a pick up date, the male responded in an inappropriate and unprofessional tone. read more

They are the best pharmacy around they are always willing to answer any questions you may have, with great detail if need be. Sometimes the wait time is long but it is one of the busiest cvs' in the country, so what else is to be expected I didn't have to wait longer than 15-20 min for my script. read more
