Requested delivery like I always do. Delivery scheduled, then abruptly canceled. When I called to find out the problem, the woman was too interested in whining about my prescriptions being in the bin for 14 days than to just renew them. I moved quickly to ask how they'd solve the problem, but she kept whining about "14 days in the bin". Grow up. Do your job. Serve your customer. read more

The convenience of 24 hours is almost not even worth it. Literally every month I try to fill my prescription they end up giving me the runaround about how they need to order it. Then tell me they cant fill it (after they said they could) after my doctors office is closed so I cant have it sent somewhere else. The lack of communication and management is ridiculous. I'd give them less if possible. They are rude and cruel. Laughed at me when I asked a question. The consultant at the desk argued with me then turned at and made the staff laugh at me like I was a joke. A lesser human being because I have to take certain meds. Then she turned around and violated my HIPPA rights in front of the entire staff. I told her I'm going to a different CVS she said good idea, your a B word.. I'm so angry she should be ashamed of herself for treating a patient like a lesser human being. Then calling the CVS at Mill St they confused me. Went here to pickup some gum really quickly. They had what I was looking for at their normal high prices. They do have some good sales here every now and then, and that can make it worth it should you decide to buy 3 of something to get the better price. Super rude customer service at pharmacy. Went to pick up prescription doctor sent over on the same day I always pick it up. Woman told me she couldn't fill it and I was trying to get it early . Said we filled it on 11/30 so you have to wait till tomorrow. I even said the drug to make sure she was looking at the right one (I fill two regularly). Again she Insisted I was wrong and wasn't kind about it. I got home and the fill date was 11/29 one day earlier than she said. So she was wrong and didn't bother to check when I asked if she had the right drug. I have picking it up on the same day for years. If the were nice about it I could forgive it but they are not. read more

I have been here over the years when someone in the household gets sick in the middle of the night, since they are 24/7. Staff are friendly and helpful. They need to improve their supply chain and keep cleaning supplies in stock. We need these items more not less during a pandemic. There is ample parking and it is near Route 2. read more

I have visited this store frequently through out this summer while dog sitting for a family member & each time I have shown up unfortunately I have had mostly change, in which I always apologize, these ladies are so friendly non judgmental, very understanding & helpful at all times. Super nice staff! Not at all their fault that corporate doesn't hire more help in the pharmacy at night.. or daytime it is a pretty busy city they are located to begin with so the demands obviously higher plus being the only place or pharmacy open all hours it's convenience.. Any time I go there the staff and pharmacist are more then friendly and willing to help you get anything you need. Don't take it out on the staff they are just doing their job, complain to corporate about understaffing the workers who are actually there doing their jobs! read more

I would previously have agreed with most of the comments, up until now. I moved to Leominster 4 years ago, I selected this CVS because its pharmacy is open 24 hours which is very convenient. Unfortunately, I learned quickly it's not that convenient if they don't properly staff the pharmacy. I am pointing the finger at UPPER management for putting enough people on in the pharmacy. I will say despite the frustrations with the long lines and prescription refill delays, the staff is always very courteous and they always try to do everything in their power to remedy the situation. This forced me a few months ago to complain directly to UPPER management that they hire great people at this location, but not enough to support the demands from the volume customers this store receives. I will say since then, they have improved, not as convenient as I would like, but they have gotten a lot better in recent months. Actually, since then I've never experienced a delay. Now, that's service! Also the store staff is always great too! read more

This store is in a great location. Close to route 2 and all.The biggest concern is that when waiting to pickup meds at the pharmacy side of the store, there is nothing that signals to other people to wait behind. Often times, you are giving the person in the pharmacy personal info, such as meds you take, your address, etc and there might be a person right behind you who is able to listen to all of that information. Very disturbing. They also don't do a good job of knowing who is waiting for meds when they tell you to wait a few minutes. You have to constantly be asking if your meds are ready. They need a bit more order in the pharmacy. read more

Avoid if possible. This location is a mad house. It's a rare circumstance When script is ready at the quoted time. It's rather frustrating after waiting 45 minutes in drive-thru only to get "we are short staffed, your script isn't ready." Even though it's been a three hour wait already. That is the norm. I've tried to switch my families script to Mill Street even though its a further distance. The staff in front are nice and extremely helpful. Sadly, the pharmacy is just so busy, they don't have time. read more

Great location, close to route 2. I like the fact they are open 24/7. I don't have to schedule my day to pick up prescriptions before they close. The staff I friendly and courteous. Parking can be difficult. And yes sometimes I have to wait for prescriptions, but they are open 24/7 when other pharmacies are closed. read more

Mark in pharmacy is great and helpful but unfortunately the ladies interacting with the customers acted incompetent and we're not courteous to the patrons. read more
