I mean... it's Costco. The only thing not to love is the crowds. If you can go during the off-hours then you will have significantly more room to move around. People love to shop in large groups here so I recommend avoiding peak hours as the lines become wrapped around the warehouse. The warehouse is clean and well staffed. The samples are always top-notch. Meat, produce, deli and bakery are all leagues above any of your local grocers. Great deals to be found all over, and you can't beat the return policy. read more

Pretty much your average Costco experience. Busy during peak hours and hectic, but has everything you're looking to get. Food court food is always good, but the seating area is limited so we ended up standing to eat our food. There is a car/tire center for maintenance but unfortunately no gas pumps. read more

Tire center: stay far away, they increasingly make life difficult with every interaction, they have virtually no inventory, long wait times for appointments and don't care to really help. It's not worth the small discount you get on your upfront purchase, in my opinion. Go to a tire specialist for better faster service, not the Rotisserie Chicken specialists. read more

The Costco Tire Shop in Nashua has been a complete disappointment and I would caution anyone considering their services. Despite being a loyal Costco Business Plan member for over 10 years and spending at least $10,000 annually at this location, the level of service and carelessness shown here is unacceptable. The supervisor Edwin was outright rude and refused to install new tires costing $1500 just because the cardholder was 15 minutes late--an unprofessional attitude that shows a complete lack of customer respect. Moreover, the staff at this location behave as if they are installing free tires and often display a poor attitude and lack of hygiene. My prior experiences were equally horrifying: once, they completely forgot to torque my tires, which almost caused a deadly accident, putting my family at serious risk. On another occasion, they canceled an appointment just one day before the scheduled date, which I had set three weeks in advance, simply because they didn't want to work on my truck. We have now severed all ties with this shop and are taking our business elsewhere. Such poor customer service and reckless behavior are not worthy of a loyal member's business, especially one with such a long-standing relationship with Costco. If you value your safety and expect proper care, steer clear of this tire shop. read more

Returns Counter gave me a hard time when I went to return a can of KIRKLAND peanuts that cost $7.39. Told me they wouldn't accept the return because the can was empty and it had to contain at least 50% of product for a return. Making up the rules as they go. read more

I visited Costco in Nashua NH on Sept 2, 2025 with the intent of getting a membership and looking at hearing aids. The store is about 45 minutes from my house. After standing in line at the hearing aid section for a considerable amount of time (I wanted to get a hearing test), I gave up and decided to get the membership. Once I mentioned my interest in hearing aids, the woman would not stop pressuring me to get the $165 membership. After and intense 7-8 minutes of this during which I said "No" at least 10 times, I told her if she wouldn't sell me the membership I wanted ($65) I would leave. After the lengthy application process and I paid, I was told I would have to come back for a card in a week or so bacause the equipment was broken. I waited another 5-10 minutes for her to find someone to cancel the transaction. Not impressed. Goodby, Costco. read more

If I could give them zero starts I would. There's a line out the door for membership issues and they're up there just chatting and chatting away. Numerous people ended up just giving up and leaving. We ended up waiting for what felt like probably an hour only to get up there and be told they can't do add me to my husbands account because my husband and I are military and our IDs are from our homes of record which are different from each other since we joined the military from the states we grew up in. Ended up cancelling his membership and leaving. Completely frustrating and the staff there were completely unhelpful and insincere. Incredibly disappointing. read more

Safety at this Costco I have been a member of Costco for 20+ years and shopped at Costcos in Ohio and California. I have never felt unsafe despite the long lines and crowds of people. This is the first Costco where I have been hit multiple times by a couple with their cart while I was waiting to check out with an armful of items. A tall Caucasian man in his 70's thought it was funny to keep hitting me with his cart. Despite the great items I have purchased from this Costco, it is not worth it to sacrifice personal safety and to be harassed in this way. I am not sure why people who behave like are not being banned. I've also found the employees at this location to be unhelpful and unfriendly. They should really train the food sample servers how to talk to a little kid. This guy 'Joe' was really rude when my daughter reached out for some cereal sample cause she didn't take it from the "1st row". While I can understand why he might want folks to take from the "1st Row", yelling is highly inappropriate specially to a young kid . When I looked for his name tag, he started following and harassing us. Also lectured me that he had to teach my kid cause I am not being a good 'parent'. Not sure where this type of audacity is coming from. Also he said kids are not supposed to take food sample and then failed to show where it's written. So a line starts to form in the tire center cause someone was talking long with a one person working. I everyone's waiting in line, then this one Karen wanted to ask if she could just get her keys cause she didn't want to wait. The guy helps her lik3 there aren't 3 ppl in line in front of her. So now we wait longer. It wasn't even a real quick transaction like handing her, her keys. He had to walk to the back, get the paperwork and keys. There's a new supervisor working here named Jonathan. He's extremely rude, condescending and makes up new rules as he talks. After speaking with the manager (Bob or Rob - can't remember which it was), he confirmed that what Jonathan was saying are the rules, aren't in fact the rules. Jonathan then went up to the podium and proclaimed to the other supervisor, Tim, that I have a lot of attitude, yet he was the one marking snide comments and telling me that even though I'm not listening to his rules, that I'll still be able to get out of here safely. Not exactly sure why my safety was brought up, but in the last 15+ years that I've been a Costco member, I've never felt like I've needed to be concerned about my safety. He continued his attitude problem and making up rules with other customers, talking down rudely to them, etc. Costco, if the behavior that Supervisor Jonathan is exhibiting is the new normal, then you will lose me and others as members. Came back here after almost 2 years away, and have to say...this NH location beats the pants off the (somewhat bigger) Costco in Everett MA where I usually go! Prices on a lot of things are 10-20% lower (e.g. coconut oil, bulk nuts, etc), and they carry some stuff that the MA location doesn't have. And the snack bar somehow has better food all around: pizza, hot dogs, frozen ice cream, even the frozen latte! This place takes 20 minutes longer to get to, but might be worth it at least once a month. read more

Rude and unprofessional optometry staff! I have been a customer of the Costco optical department for years. When Dr Messa passed away a few years ago, Dr. Doan moved in and took over. I called Dr. Doan's office to fax my medical records to my opthalmologist for a pressing medical issue. Dr. Doan's receptionist made this simple task one of the rudest and most unprofessional encounters I have had to date. I called the optical department manager, Tobias, and asked if he could intervene and see that my records were faxed properly. He tried to reason with Dr. Doan's office staff but was rebuffed as rudely as I was. In his words, "Apologies sir, but she was as rude and arrogant with me as she was with you. This store is GHETTO. I had an ugly experience there about 2 weeks ago after joining as a new executive member. I didn't know my way around then I noticed the men working on the floor with walkie-talkies acting like a bunch of security guards and they followed me around and harassed me because I had a small bag of pistachios in my cart but I was told I was "in the wrong section" so I needed to remove the pistachios from the cart. This was even after I told them I was looking for the customer service desk to obtain my membership card because I had signed up online. I told them I am not a thief and have never shoplifted in my entire life but I guess they found that hard to believe because they obviously profiled me as a black woman. One of the money disrespectfully grabbed the pistachios from my cart and took it back to the shelf. I am very well educated beautiful black woman with 2 master's degrees, I earn a six figure salary, I drive a BMW and a Lexus and live in my own home worth close to 1 million dollars with a swimming pool. The worst of the bunch was a young black male cashier with eye glasses and shaggy hair who was wearing a flowered shirt and whose name I learned is David. He yelled at me for all to hear stating "Miss, you are not supposed to pass through there!" while he was still ringing up items for other customers so I wondered whether he doubles as the store's security guard. Mind you I am 52 years old but I look pretty young but that was no reason for him to disrespect me like that. I know his type that tries to disrespect black women in public in order to show off to white people that he obviously kisses up to. Frankly, I think he needs to get fired. When it came to the actual shopping the associates were quite unfriendly when you asked them where you can find a certain item. The store is also not well stocked with a variety of toiletries, body wash, body lotions and other items. I ended up spending about $300 that day in shopping at the store, but I frankly don't see what the hype about Costco is all about because they have ZERO customer service. We are living in the age of economic boycotts so Costco should not get too comfortable. Social media has become very powerful in bringing down businesses that are racist and do not value their customers and Costco might just be next. When you scroll through other previous reviews by customers they have similar complaints to mine. I am seriously considering cancelling my membership with Costco and taking my hard earned dollars where they will be respected. read more

I've been going to Costco for years. Never thought to review them. I don't know why because I LOVE this store! Their meat is "bar none" out of all the "warehouse club" stores! Seafood, believe it or not, is awesome! We buy Choice strip steaks and the price is usually $ 6.99/lb. and very, very good. They even have Prime cut steaks, but honestly the Choice steaks are awesome. They have Beef tenderloin cleaned or uncleaned. Trust me, buy it cleaned, it's worth the extra price per pound. We have bought Prime Rib on several occasions. They have the biggest scallops, that are super sweet. I bought haddock and was a little worried it wouldn't be so fresh. Wrong.....Super fresh. They have king crab legs, and every other seafood you can imagine. We have bought laminate flooring, a "Snap On" power washer, you name it. Their fresh produce is awesome. I have bought some of the best peaches I have ever eaten here. In case something isn't exactly to your liking, their return policy is very reasonable. Great place to shop. They are a little distance from us, so we don't get there as much as we like. But that's OK...it's worth the trip. read more

If something is available at other stores and Costco, Costco is my ultimate choice. They have lots of parking space and yet you might struggle to find one. Because it's always busy. The staff is super friendly and goes a long way to help you with your needs. Kudos to the Costco Team. Keep up the great work. Highly recommended. This Cisco location had a real cold fish vibe, maybe the location? I can't say.... the staff wasn't very welcoming, the people shopping had a bit of an attitude about them very stuck up. Their noses were soooo high up in the air we couldn't figure out how they could possibly see where they were going. The store was well stocked with products just kind of unfriendly. We went to the food court for some ice cold frozen yogurt which is usually delicious but today was a bit of a let down. Pro tip #2: Purchase your food at the register and you can just pick up your food at the food court so you don't have to wait in line again. Pro tip#3: You can ask for their monthly coupons if you forgot yours. Both times I've shopped at costco I've experienced unsatisfactory customer service. The first time was when I was registering for my costco card. I waited in line over 20 minutes and then when it was finally time to go up and register for my member card, at first I was told to come back the next day to register. Fortunately after arguing for some time I was helped to register. The 2nd time was last week. I waited in line due to covid 19 measures (which is fine). When I reached the front of the line the costco worker ( an older male) asked me if it was my first time shopping there (it was not) and then asked me to show him my costco card (which I did). But I wondered why he had asked me this question when he did not ask the other 5 people in front of me. Did he recognize their faces but not mine, out of all the people that shop at costco? Really disappointing, i go to Costco very often mostly for there coffees. this costcos coffee is a waste of money every time. the coffee is pure foam. gone in 4 sips, and it's really hard to sip? for some reason?? i've now stopped buying the coffees here. and let alone that, the staff id mostly rude when you ask for anything at the food court. they gotta fix something there with the staff, and also get a new coffee machine. once they were happy enough that day to replace our coffees for the smoothies. they were disgusting. it doesn't help i'm allergic, but they didn't even blend it completely. full strawberries, really sugary too. don't waste your time. also it's SO FREAKING CROWDED. We've been going here for years. We have an executive account & spend about $500/month at this location. They just decided to 'enforce' their account holder only can shop policy. Im checking out and then told I can't buy anything because it's my wife's account, not mine. I had no clue this was even a thing, I've been using the same Costco card for years. We live a half hour away and I tried to explain this but they didn't care at all. They basically told me to go F myself. Terrible customer service. If you want to enforce a policy I didn't know existed in the first place fine, but give notice or a little leeway if people are caught off guard. Just because my wife didn't add me to the account I was told after shopping w the card for 2+ years that I couldn't with a full shopping cart. Total bullshit.
