This pharmacy is so lovely! It is so nice to have a…read morepharmacy that isn't a big corporation like CVS. Cure Pharmacy is exactly what I've wanted ever since Baxter's closed. The owner is so kind and personable. He definitely goes out of his way to make sure the customer is happy. That kindness ranges from helping me exchange cash for a roll of quarters for laundry from another shop on the street or just following up on conversations we had the last time I was in there (I applaud his memory!). I'd definitely recommend choosing Cure Pharmacy over CVS any day.

A traditional pharmacy experience in a modern society!…read more Generation X & Baby Boomers alike will come to value, appreciate and absolutely adore the "personal" service you receive at Cure Pharmacy! It's a traditional local town pharmacy were the pharmacists "wants" to know you personally and genuinely cares that you feel better. This level of service is something you'd come to expect from the local traditional pharmacy which no longer exists. In modern day society we have the likes of CVS, Walgreens, etc were your prescription is automated and you "drive thru" because those big box franchises are simply providing you an automated service. Get your medicine and get out our face! That's the big box franchise way. At Cure the pharmacist/owner actually, and genuinely, cares about your well being. How do I know this? My first experience was nothing less than absolutely stellar!! The pharmacist spoke to me like I mattered and when my doctor failed to electronically send my prescription the pharmacist went above and beyond to call my doctor to inquire about my electronic prescription. This isn't something I expected and would have done myself but the pharmacist showed genuine empathy toward me and expressed real delight in helping me so that I wasn't pre-occupied or worried about my prescription. WOW!!! Just WOW!!!! I haven't seen or experienced service like this since I was just a teen. If any of the Goshen locals are still missing the old Baxter family pharmacy that closed down, rest assured Cure is here to fill that void and in a profound way with care, compassion, empathy and love. Never have I felt such genuine care filling medicine in decades. I thought when I walked through the front door I stepped through a time machine because who cares like that in the 21st century, well the Cure pharmacist staff does! THANK YOU Cured Pharmacy staff (owner) because I'm now a new devoted customer.

What a Crap Show! I…read moreusually love Walgreens since it's part of the NYC Duane Reade family of stores but boy was my visit to this place a complete disaster! First off let's be real, the bread and butter of these big box pharmacies is in fact the pharmacy. We don't come here for the butter but for our much needed drugs to heal those ailments we have. I came visited for a simple flu shot and arrived with 2 people in line at the pharmacy. Pharmacist was flustered, frustrated and even barked at two of us that were there for the flu shot that she's too busy and we may have to wait upwards of an hour! Whoa!! Why have us make an appointment in advance only to say you don't have the time for us!?! The line did start to get large from the point I arrived and when I finally got my flu shot I was a bit concerned the pharmacist was so frustrated with her job that she might inadvertently give me another Covid shot because someone arrived after me for exactly that. I had to ask, "I'm here for the flu shot, that's what you got in your hand right!?" If there's a mom and pop small pharmacy in the area I completely encourage supporting that local small business because these big box pharmacies while they have a place in our world sadly it can be a mixed experience.

So utterly frustrated and angry with this pharmacy. While…read morethey are very friendly and helpful most of the time. there are things that makes a business impractical or in the case of a pharmacy - inadequate. My family has used this pharmacy for years, even tho they have bankers hours. We always prefer smaller businesses to the larger chains. Recently, with an ailing mom, Accucare has really hurt us. We were waiting on an important pain med, and each time we sent relatives to pick up other needed meds, that drug was not included. After validating with the doc that the script was submitted, we sent my neice to get it and a new antibiotic late friday for the weekend. She was turned away without either drug - a problem with insurance? I called frustrated Saturday and found out that the drugs were still inexpensive but the pharmacist was waiting on a call backs from the doc or insurance but no call to us. Now I live an hour away and they close at noon on Saturdays.....I had to do a 2 hour round trip in a rush to get my mom these meds. Each issue was financially meaningless, but the meds critical. So, niceness aside, this is unacceptable in a pharmacy. ESPECIALLY since it is was late on a Friday with such limited hours. Can you imagine? "No we don't have your moms meds and we close soon." We are all moving to one of the larger pharmacies that have longer hours and where they would fill and let you know the new cost if insurance was denied.

Accucare was on the list and was very nearby so we tried them and I'm so happy we did! The comparison between them and a Rite Aid or a Walgreens is like night and day - they're fast, accommodating, informative and treat you like a human being - not just another number on line. We recently purchased a nebulizer for my toddler that her doctor prescribed and upon picking it up, the pharmacist recognized this was going to be for a tiny human and that there was no toddler-sized mask included, so he went and found one in his storage and gave it to us for free so she would be more comfortable receiving her treatments. This place is top notch!

I'm not sure how many times I've tried the pick up service through the years, but it's been years…read moresince my order was correct and/or wasn't cancelled. Either way, the products I wanted were on the shelves most of the time. Staff can be moody but a lot less so than they were years ago. I've had a few pretend not to speak English until they realized I'll just ask for help in Spanish, which gives both of us a good laugh before they help, usually in English. I won't hold that against them because they probably feel their hands are too full. It's not as if they are sitting on their butts or twiddling their thumbs, but it is something that's happened more than once with different staff in different departments. I did have an issue with something ringing up incorrectly at self-checkout a while back. The lady manning self-checkout said she needed a manager to give her permission to change the price. I watched her go ask the manager for assistance. I watched the manager, who was chatting with someone organizing bins in another checkout lane, make no attempt to come over and assist for over 20 minutes. I went into the checkout lane next to the manager and heard her just talking about home and gossip without a care in the world, but she turned professional when I came out of hiding and asked when she planned to assist me. She pretended that she didn't know I had been waiting until I pointed out that I had not only watched her be asked, I had been listening to the last few minutes for her conversation while I waited. The lady manning self-checkout apologized after the manager finally came over, and I told her she did her part, and it wasn't her fault. She said she was nervous I was going to take it out on her because that's what customers usually do when this happens, which leads to suspect this is a game that manager regularly plays while leaving their staff to take the brunt of the customers' rage. It's no wonder the staff have a bad reputation for customer service. One of my last visits was during opening. None of the self-checkout registers had any bags, which isn't abnormal. I went to one of the other registers and grabbed one bag from there. I probably needed at least four for the amount of things I had, but there were so few and relatively a lot of customers for an early morning, so I left the rest for the others. A lady who was staring at me came to the woman self-checkout and said hide the bags because "they" take them all while she looked at me. I don't know if that woman was a supervisor, but I know she was out-of-pocket. I took one bag. I really should've turned around and took three more in spite. I feel I was profiled a few times at this store, whether due to race or age, I'm unsure. I reported it once and never saw that employee again, but I never received an acknowledgment much less an apology for it. This isn't my favorite Walmart location for a host of reasons, but I think Walmarts in general might be cutting back on inventory in their brick and mortar stores. This might be in an effort to push customers to pick up and delivery services, but this particular store is horrible for pick ups for years.

There is a Subway and AuntieAnne's inside, which is great. We were in and out in no time. The parking lot can get a bit full, this place gets busy depending on what time you visit. Overall, it's Walmart and we greatly appreciate the reasonable prices here.

After 4 days we had yet to receive our order and contacted Sam's club for resolution. We were advised the order was shipped that day and we would receive in a few days. For compensation they emailed us a $10 gift card to use at Walmart. Shipping was $12 and we get compensated with a $10 gift card to buy more things from them? What a horrible resolution to our complaint. However, I wish that was the last of our issues with this order. We received the order today and they shorted us 35 envelopes and spelled our family name wrong on all the cards! I sent them a message advising that we would not be utilizing their services in the future..which is the only thing I can do at this point. So..my original review was one star. However I am changing my review because of the following. I received a professional response via Yelp from a Sam's Club rep apologizing for the issue. I replied to the email trail I had going with their service department also explaining the problems with my delivered order. The rep replied advising I would receive a 100% refund for my order. I am very surprised on how fast their service department worked and was very happy with their proposed resolution. I am used to receiving horrible service from large companies and Sam's Club/Walmart is one of the biggest in the country. I am very impressed and would love if other companies would take as much pride in their service as Sam's club does.
