However, I had the opposite experience at this store. My order was placed before noon. I arrived around 2:36 for pick up. Once I notified the store of my arrival I waited 10 minutes patiently thinking they may be busy. The email says notify them if they haven't delivered in 5 minutes but I assume if they are busy you are just hendering them. After waiting 5 more minutes I went inside. The cashier was just standing around looking at her phone. I asked for my order. She looked and looked. Finally she found it. I asked was she not informed of my arrival and she said "uh uh". Anyway, lesson learned for this location.
