Everytime we need a prescription filled this place drops the ball and today was no exception. Dropped my prescription off 2 hours ago which they said it would be ready in one and call me if there were any issues. I walk in and the same person who said they would call me says, oh it's out of stock and will be in tomorrow... The only reason I used you today was because my regular pharmacy was also out of stock. Their heads are always so far up their backsides, I don't know how corporate hasn't done something about it yet! read more

Usually people are nice but one lady with braids gave me an attitude and closed the window on me and the night before I was told to pick up my medication in the morning said it was too early and the pharmacy texts haven't been working lately but nobody does anything about it. Crazy! read more

went in to pick up a prescription this evening. I am always able to use my VA veterans discount as I am a 100% disabled Vietnam veteran. tonight i had to pay full price as the clerk, after conversing with the pharmacist, said my veterans discount had expired, Never heard of anything so ridiculous. After talking to the pharmacist again the clerk returned and said I needed to contact someone to correct this. I guess they didn't feel it was their responsibility to correct what I am sure was their own error. The pharmacist didn't even have the courtesy to address me directly. Always a problem in this store. Customer service from the pharmacy is non existent. read more

The pharmacy staff on the night shift are AWFUL. Spoke to two people regarding a prescription that was out of stock and they told me they had no way of knowing if nearby pharmacies might have it. LIE. The day shift employees have done this for me numerous times and have even transferred the prescription immediately. The night shift employees told me I would have to call another pharmacy, find it and then call them to transfer it. Why can the day shift employees manage to find and transfer it but at night it is all up to the patient? read more

Wish I could give them a lower review; sent request for two (2) prescription refills on June 3, 4, 5 for medications that I was completely out. In case you are wondering why waiting so long, the medications are controlled substances, can only refilled after 30 days, and therefore cannot be refilled until then! Speaking to the pharmacist, she stated they lost power on Monday, and did not know what happened on Tuesday or Wednesday, and never notified me of a delay to make other accommodations. I did receive email notifications for all three days from CVS. After further research, discovered that both medications needed updated prescriptions that CVS stated were sent to the doctor's office. Contacted my doctor's office on Thursday who reported they never received a request from the pharmacy and who submitted update prescriptions on Friday morning. Considering this has happened more than once for another medication, the individual I spoke with stated they never have received a prescription from that prescriber, who I have been seeing for over 10 years. When I requested to know who the prescriber was for a prescription filled in on April 17, had nothing to comment on her lie! Called corporate office for CVS and requested to speak with Karen S. Lynch, CEO of CVS Health. Spoke with an assistant in the executive office, who could not provide a solution to the problem, but only transferred my prescriptions to a local pharmacy after telling me she was sorry for what happened! After speaking to a number of individuals at CVS Caremark, who could not help after a week and a half, the last person was able to provide assistance. This was after giving my personal, confidential information to the agent, that was needed for my security, while more than half of the agents I spoke with did not know what HIIPA was or their rules for privacy protection, only to check on the status of the prescription! read more

Calling to order a prescription should not take over twenty minutes, people should be able to do it on a 15 work break, but don't try to talk to a pharmacist, they will be at lunch. The Robo phone Nazi has endless loops of unnecessary captured audience advertisement. It seeks to hold you captive and only provides anxiety attacks for its customers. Then they have an app, that is far better, but also poor in implementation, for the same reasons. When ever a CVS store asks if you would like them to call your doctor for a prescription order, the answer should always be no! They haven't done so for my family in years, when you say, "Yes", your doctor will never receive the request. Three of my doctors didn't nor my wife's'. When you talk to the CVS store management, they pass the buck, tell you that you need to contact customer support. Why bother, there are other pharmacies available. Sad, I been a loyal customer since 1990, when this store was next to K-Mart across the street. Customer service should not be a painful endeavor for any customer. As far as the store, they are as good as any five & dime store, just another convenient store. read more

... Called to get rx filled ... had to call twice to have it filled correctly. Told me it is filled for the amount needed and it was ready. Came in an hour later ... waited in a long line to be told it wasn't ready. I didn't ask for it to be expedited. I was told it was ready @ 4:15pm. Arrived at 5pm .. not ready! Text sent finally ready but had to wait in the line again. Horrible processes at this location. I'm thankful I don't use this location on a regular bases! CVS get it together! read more

I realize it's common for any drug store, chain or not, to have its pharmacy department in the back, both for convenience of storage and to get you to walk through the entire store to look at other items. But as I walked through the first half of this particular CVS, it really felt more like I was walking through a Dollar Store - and the prices in the Dollar Store would be better. Once I got to the back of the store for the more common drug store items (cough and cold, health and beauty, etc.), I was subjected to the usual CVS prices, i.e., above average. Yet again, at checkout, a receipt a yard long, with multiple coupons telling you you can save a buck the NEXT time you're in the store. This is as competitive as you can get with a Walgreens right across the street? read more

Customers come in without masks even though the store has a big sign on the door about state regulations that forbid people to enter public places without some type of face covering. Cashiers see these people entering and make no comments . Once outside , I called to complain about the lax attitude around public safety and I was told there is nothing they can do !!!! How about telling people they can't enter without a face mask ?? There's something I can do though , and that's to take my business elsewhere! read more

It's a typical CVS. Mostly clean, same prices as all the others, same deals... The pharmacy is very friendly and knowledgeable (huge plus, right?). The drive up window is very quick service if you have kids in the car, too! However, DO NOT get milk or other easy-to-spoil products here. I'd even suggest staying away from the frozen foods too (ice cream, etc.) as we've had multiple incidents with spoiled milk and thawed/refrozen ice cream. I won't be shopping there again for last-minute dairy products. read more

This CVS has THE WORSE pharmacy .. poor service, terrible communicators and just down right rude. Long lines of people waiting for to pickup prescriptions and what do they do - close a registers. I have moved all my scripts to a new CVS. I really wish I could rate this particular CVS with 0 stars instead of the 1. Best for you to find another pharmacy. read more

Well this CVS is very Dirty and need to be clean from the Inside out the Carpets are very Dirty and could use a Good Vacuum at least 3 times a day and the outside parking lot should be cleaned at least twice a day with having 4CVS locations in Haverhill And making a Fortune of The Good People of Haverhill this Place should be spotless and have a full time cleaning staff working there and not a just a under payed associate who already work hard for very little pay come this place is Gross and stop using the excuse that it's open 24 hour for not Cleaning much at all and nothing has Changed since my last review last year this is big Business for you only out for the buck sad read more

Recently my doctor called in a script for me to this pharmacy. Not wanting to leave the house I called the pharmacy and asked if they had my script. They had no record of it as of yet which is common for my doctor to take awhile. so I waited an hour and then called back. Again no script the women was so nice she said they normally do not call anyone after 9pm but told me she would be on until 11pm and would be willing to call me back if I wanted. I told her that would be great if she could. After hanging up the phone I remembered the Doctor being kind of off and asking me if that one was by the market basket. On a whim I called the other cvs. My doctor had sent my script to the wrong pharmacy. The other pharmacy said they would be closing soon and could fill it for me or fax it over to the 24 hour pharmacy. (this is my regular pharmacy). With in 10 min I had a phone call from the lady who offered to call me and tell me when my script was ready I also got a text message to tell my my script was ready. The women knew that I would be getting the text message but, she also knew she promised to call me. Wonderful experience!!! read more
