This review is for the pharmacy. The majority of the employees at the pharmacy from technicians to pharmacists give the impression that what they are doing for you is a major favor. The past several prescriptions I needed filled were "pending" for weeks. I had to go in and wait in line only to be told to go wait in the "consultation" line. An employee, not sure if it was a pharmacist or technician they didn't OD themselves, finally came over I was not provided a reason for it pending. Only that it was pending. Upon sharing my experience with a relative, they informed me that corporate has a bunch of complaints about Hebron Pharmacy related to customer service and laziness in prepping prescriptions. If there are any other pharmacy chains that read these reviews please we're all begging you please open a location in Hebron this CVS pharmacy sucks. Could be 12 people working behind the counter filling prescriptions You're still going to have to wait hours only to be told oh we haven't received that yet when you know that they have. Or it'll only take us 15 minutes 3 hours later you determined it's better off to just come back the next day. To be fair everything that has nothing to do with the pharmacy is excellent. So for anyone that wants to open a pharmacy in a small town and instantly capture 90% of the customers please Hebron Connecticut is waiting for you. read more

The worst customer service; they will literally close the pharmacy window in your face if it's time for them to have lunch. I came from the hospital and was in line trying to pick up my prescriptions for postoperative pain and antibiotics and the told me to come back because it was their lunch time. The guy in front of me was their last customer before their 130 lunch. I still have anesthesia in my system so I will have to ask my son to go back after their lunch so I can get the medicines. Next time I'll have my surgeon work around them. read more

The facility needs cleaning. From the entrance to the rear of the store where the pharmacy is the floors are bad. For a company worth $83 billion....surely they can toss this location enough for a cleaning crew. read more

The pharmacist I talked to on the phone was incredibly rude. They keep you on hold for a very long time before even picking up your call but will answer the phone very quickly if you select the option that you are a doctor. So it isn't that they are unable to pick up the phone; it is that they don't care about customers or customer service. I switched to a locally owned pharmacy and get MUCH better service there. read more

The service at the pharmacy has been poor for a long time, you will often find the drive thru closed and the reason is they say they are short staffed AGAIN! this happened Friday evening and I had to go inside. When the drive thru is open your waiting in line for someone to assist you , Then if you go inside there is a long line! A pharmacy worker went on the computer told me I was all set to pick up my perscriptions and in a few days when I went back I was told I need to call my doctor first,this woman should not be in pharmacy! no one takes your call anymore if you have a pharmacy question so leave a message. The other flaw is the shelves are not stocked HELLO who does the ordering? the coupon machine needs to be replaced it is junk! always out of order,other CVS stores have nice updated working machines and never an issue hopefully improvements are in the works. read more

They have gone completely to self check out. CVS doesn't even station any one at the checkout. Pharmacy is closed in the middle of the day when I can leave work. They are out of distilled water. I asked where to find it, the clerk said they have been out for months. How can a pharmacy be out of distilled water, and still operate? read more

The service at this CVS is just awful. I'd rate it zero stars if I could. The pharmacy is staffed by miserable, rude people who seem to hate their jobs and customers. Store management is indifferent and takes no responsibility. Absolutely the lowest. I moved my prescriptions to Amazon which has excellent customer service and lower prices. For a cvs, this is pretty decent. Not crowded since it's located in Hebron. Price may not be the best but it's standard across cvs but you know they will have something if you need it. Parking spots are always available. Drive through pharmacy which is very convenient. There's gas station, Dunkin donuts and grocery stores on the same street. Only hold back for a 5 star is that each time I've been there, I've had to wait in line for more than 5-10 minutes since there's only 1 or 2 cashier associates working in the store. Compared to many of the other cvs I've been to which are bigger or in the city, they would have self check outs available which would make it a lot more efficient. Nobody likes waiting, especially when it comes to buying something. read more

This is a newer building and it's very nice inside. Always organized and clean. The pharmacy inside can get pretty busy sometimes, but they also have the drive through option. Nice to have right in town, makes it easy to get all my weekend errands done without having to go too far. read more

Waited in the drive through behind another customer and also there was another behind me ( A person disabled and very ill) it was 5:45 when we arrived. The minute it turned 6:00pm and as it was our turn to get our medication the metal security screen came down. I pushed the call button the lady behind apologized and said the Pharmacy was closed. I asked if I could at least come into the pharmacy to get my wife meds, she said ok if I hurry, as she knew we were waiting long. As I started to drive the man in the pharmacy ( the one with a large birth mark on his face said "No the pharmacy is closed" Think about it I'm waiting for them to serve the person in front of me for 15 minutes ( They were super slow) then it's my turn with no warning they closed it down. The person behind me was even more upset as her husband had a severe infection and now was unable to get her medicine because the Dude in charge has literally no compassion or empathy. Just a drone. I guess he's competing with artificial Intelligence. Just a machine with no consideration to how long we waited, how dire our needs were/are and the time on his watch meant more to him than Human Life. He is a complete Jerk! I feel for those who have to work by his side. I hope someday he finds himself in a jam and I'm driving by and he needs my help. Karma Baby Karma. I get the exact same medication every month. The past 6 months in a row they were out of stock. I was sent to another cvs 15 miles away. This is getting ridiculous. Seems because they are the only pharmacy in town they don't care or don't know how to order. When the huge senior living apartments are open this spring that place is going to be a mess. The service here is ridiculously slow. It took my family 45 minutes to get two prescriptions filled. Then we had to call via phone to get the rest of our prescriptions filled(to have us come back later) they rarely have what we need In stock, which usually requires more than one trip and lost of hours of waiting. read more

New building is great, drive thru pharmacy is quick and they have what you need... The staff is also efficient so you're never waiting in line too long which is too often the problem with most CVSs. read more

Really nice staff for the most part. Went in one day with my toddler and overheard the employees talking about her, saying "Oh no she's going to touch things", insinuating she was going to mess up their freshly stocked shelves. She's a toddler, and although she may mess something up here and there, we always clean up our messes. They are also ALWAYS out of stock on pretty much everything we go there for. read more
