Ordered prints online for pick up same day and made sure there was no autocorrection done to the pictures. They were completely washed out and not the way previous prints printed out from Shutterfly. Shutterfly cropped texted, even though it lol gone online. They credited me for the pictures and shipping, I would have reordered with them but it would have taken too long. Cvs, however will not do anything for me without a receipt since I ordered them online and paid in store. So now I have 75 Christmas cards I'm not gonna use. I reorder at Walmart and they were ready in an hour and color looks perfect. Moral of the story, don't send your husband to pick up an order that needs to be looked at before buying and expect him to keep the receipt. And don't shop at cvs. read more

I am now on Day 5 without a very much needed pain med for chronic dibilitating pain, and was told let's wait until 2:00 pm to see if we get any, they don't bother to look at prescriptions until the date of refills and therefore can't order effectively, they blame their distribution center, but the attitudes of the pharmacy employees is as bad as the supply chain it's completely obvious profit is their only concern they no concern for the effect their horrible attitude and business practices have on the customer who is all but forced by our insurance provider to use them or pay excessive amounts for prescriptions read more

I have been using this pharmacy for years. I officially am now using this pharmacy for my baby! He had an allergic reaction the night before and urgent care sent his rx to CVS. I called them to make sure it was available. It wasn't covered under my insurance and technically a product off the shelf...I am currently pregnant and ready to pop any day now. I let the pharmacist on the phone know how overwhelmed I felt bringing my one yr old into the store with no help. I asked if there was any way I could still use the drive thru and she obliged! Her name was Diana or Diane and she was so sweet to have grabbed the product we needed with printed instructions! I had such an overwhelming night before and this simple act so that I could just drive up and easily grab my son's meds made me feel so much better! Thank you again for helping a mom in need. The lady working in the pharmacy department. I believe her name is "Ana," was so vile and unfriendly. I ask to use the restroom. I was purchasing some items in the store. She proceeded to lecture me, of how they do not have restroom for the customers even if I am purchasing. This boggle my mind, since there is clearly two restroom located next to the pharmacy. Ana, did not acknowledge any customers, but proceeded to holler order through the intercom, ignoring the customers waiting in line. A man who was working in the "pharmacy department." Did not give us a time of day. We felt like we were bothering him. Not very helpful. It would seem, the "Pharmacy department ". Could use some people skills, before working with the public. Needless to say, this grouchy lady and man, did not represent CVS, in the best of light. Bad customer service with a rude employee named Kenneth, I did a self-check out on this store and the machine flagged customer service asking for an ID because I am buying an age restricted cough medicine. Then an employee named Kenneth went to help us, asked my son to avoid putting weight on the baggage part of the machine, we move him out right away and he kept on insisting that the machine stopped because of my son, even if I told him that it stopped because it's asking for an ID. Then he continued and typed a date but then he mistyped for the year and only added 3 random digits, so the machine prompt that he entered "INVALID INPUT" then he call out again that it stopped because of my son. I called him out on that because I saw with my own 2 eyes that he typed a wrong year the reason the machine stopped and prompt invalid input. But hey he just loves to argue and telling me I am getting mad because he's calling out my son. Like what?! I am just correcting him because he kept on insisting it's my son's fault even if it is him who typed the wrong year. And btw, told us to get out of the store and not let us buy the medicine. Is it wrong for me to tell him that he typed the wrong year the reason the machine says invalid input?! PS. THE MACHINE DID NOT MALFUNCTION, IT JUST SAID "INVALID INPUT" he just want to insist it's because of my son even if not and even if my son moved right away. I reported this to the corporate too because I just don't know why he needs to be like that to a 5 year old boy who moved when asked once. read more

My review is strictly on the supervisor "Justin" I witnessed him mistreat and belittle a customer for having multiple transactions in the self check out lane. I was appalled by the way he treated the customer. He was angry because according to him her multiple transactions were backing up the checkout lanes when in reality it was the registers not working correctly. They only had one cashier he was walking in circles trying to figure things out but failed to successfully execute. Instead he decided to take out his frustration on the customer. I spoke up for the lady and he decided to target me next. He's a bully that needs to be retrained. CVS this coward is a liability not an asset he needs anger management or mental health counseling. Sure it's only 11 bucks for what I'd usually 20cents . Second day same problem. Insurance is good but they are not entering the info right . So after they fix the clerical error,they tell me the doctor needs to call the insurance company to confirm meds . Stupid . They call all is cool . First off I would like to say I stopped using this CVS pharmacy along time ago. I find they are nothing but incompetent people that work there. At one time there was a gentleman named Devan that worked there and he was great, once he left that place went to shit. I was forced to use this pharmacy because it was the only place that had my medication that is on back order so they were supposed to contact the pharmacy where the prescription was and then they said they never received it. Which is a lie... I talked to Diane later on in the afternoon and she said that they would contact them again which they never did. I called back this evening around 7 o'clock and I was left on hold for two hours and 11 minutes and then they picked up the phone and hung up without even acknowledging. Yes I know it was a long time to wait but I wanted to find out how long these people would actually leave you on hold. I plan on calling their corporate office in the morning and yes I do have a picture of how long I was on hold. Do not use this pharmacy. These poor sweet people. I came in for a portrait puzzle as a gift and was so disturbed. When I got there, it wasn't ready, and after waiting 10 minutes it was printed upside-down. Why? Because these TWO people were clearly understaffed. Two people is not enough. Of course I was frustrated, but it was in no way either of their faults. Tending to customers at the register, calls for assistance in aisles, folks in the photo department like myself, children running top speed all over the place. Very slow and rude pharmacy. This pharmacy is consistently slower than other pharmacies that i have been too. More importantly, the staff are rude, particularly a female who called herseld "I J." For example, I came here to the drive thru for my mom's prescription. There was only one car in front of me, yet it still took 20 minutes. When we finally reached the window, "I J" took forever to get the prescriptions. She then asked for a credit card, which we provided. It took her 2+ minutes just to run the credit card and then she rudely asked for ID. After an extra 5 minutes she finally put the prescriptions in the box. We grabbed the prescriptions and asked where the credit card and ID is. She said rudely "Don't you have them? I gave them to you." We said no, they aren't in the bag or attached. She then said "Did you look on the ground? I put them in the box under your prescriptions." Sure enough they fell on the ground outside the car...who does that?!? I asked her why she didnt attach them to the bag or tell us before putting three bagged prescriptions on top of them. She just gave a smirk and said have a good day and waved like those ladies on a rose parade float! Felt like a twilight zone experience. This is the absolute worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with. Zeros stars should be the actual rate. Customer service? Non existent. Communication? Zero! Medical insurance is not cheap. I see my doctor Monthly. I'm given prescriptions to be filled. There's an urgency bc a few are important medications. These pharmacy techs clearly do not agree, bc they do not show any interest in their job or customers needs. I feel I'm doing my part, and these associates are not doing theirs. I was shot a month ago and underwent multiple surgeries. I was released from live in therapy and my dr sent all 12 of my prescriptions to this CVS. While waiting for them to be filled the app said "call pharmacy to fill". I called the pharmacy and after being on hold for 40 minutes the rude lady told me "we won't fill your prescriptions because we don't like those medicines." I asked the lady why it would be a problem since my dr is the one who prescribed them and they were the same medications I took for a month in therapy. She responded "those medications are fatal we can't help you try Walgreens" then she hung up. I called my drs office and they were not happy. Don't waste your time with this store/company. read more

This review is for the photo department only. We decided to go to CVS pharmacy to work on our photo slide because the other place across the street was over run with customers. The computers at the other place appeared to be old and worn. The computers at CVS Were not much better either. Instructions on the wall on how to make slide shows, etc didn't make any since to us and wasn't very helpful to us at all. We had a very hard time trying to complete our DVD. At one point we did ask one of the photo clerks for assistance with the programming. He tried to be as helpful as possible but didn't have a clue about the computers. I went in when i got my wisdom teeth extracted and Rosemary helped me at the drop off. I felt the pain coming on because of the anesthetic was wearing off. Rosemary was very understanding and helped me out with less than a 15 minute wait. I did not bring my insurance card and she made a phone call to help me out. When I picked up the medication I was helped by Miranda which was filling medication at the time came straight up to me so that I did not have to wait back in the pick up line. She expressed empathy towards me and addressed me by name. While I was waiting, I witness the same behavior for another customer and it was nice to see Miranda, with a great smile, address her patients by name as well as providing an imprint other than the normally "hello, date of brith, your total is, have a great day." She notice that this was my first time filling my medication so I was directed to the consultation window where I was assisted by the pharmacist JP. I was given a very detail consultation and was told that if I had any additional questions that I could always reach out to her by name. The pharmacist help me greatly because i was only previously given quick instruction from the dentist. I was confused until I seen JP. Also I would like to go back than thank Miranda again for offering me a disposal packet. I have children so after my pain was gone and treatment was over I was able to successfully destroy the medication for everyone's safety including the environment. Rosemary thank you agin for helping me durning difficult times and going the extra step because the cash price for the medication that I received would have been very unfortunate, if even possible to pay. I have been using this CVS pharmacy in Hesperia on Bear Valley Road for years.the only problems I have ever had are insurance issues. On one of those issues the pharmacist recommended another medication to talk to my doctor about. Over the years there has been one or two associates who were not very friendly, but they didn't last very long. One time after being at Urgent Care for most of the day and got to the pharmacy as they were closing, but they still served me and filled the prescriptions. I have checked out the CVS at target as it is closer but you have to walk halfway across the store to get to the pharmacy and that is hard for me to do. During the stores remodel they did nothing to make the pharmacy more convenient even though there is a door that could have been made accessible for pharmacy customers. I like the Bear Valley CVS better. read more
