Hesperia CVS told me my prescription was transferred to Target CVS Apple Valley. When I called AV, the tech did not have my prescription. When I called Hesperia back and spoke with Amanda she got upset with me. I told her the other tech said to call her. My prescription was needed last night when I came into Hesperia CVS. I called to about the availability of a prescription and the pharmacist I spoke with was really rude and it was totally uncalled for. I work in customer service, I get it. I'm the one that usually defends people like maybe they had a bad day or something. I never complain about someone. But this pharmacist took it too far and I will be stopping by tomorrow and retrieving his name for the corporate complaint. There was no reason for him to get rude and start judging me. He was treating me like I as a junkie or a criminal. The o my reason I called in was because I was on my way to work and I knew I wouldn't be back in time to stop by., so I figured I'd Ahwaz and sea if they had the inventory like I have done countless times. went back intoday for a prescription i drpped 3 days ago for a simple inhaler and they all the sudden couldnt find it and when they did they said their systme was down and could give me nothing.MIND yuo i got this from urgent care because i was having coughing attack so bad i would throw up and blood too. Worst CVS I've been to. I placed my sons prescription on a Tuesday and lady at the pharmacy said they where going to text or call once prescription was ready never received anything. I sent my husband to pick up the meds on Wednesday and turns out they never gave him the eye drops my son needed. I called the next day and asked for it but apparently they had to call the doctor to confirm medication but they didn't do it until I had to call them. Now Thursday, made them put me in hold to make sure they made the call to the doctors to get the information they needed. I don't think that I have to be calling to make sure they are doing there job. It took them 3 days to give me any response. read more

Worst store ever. My insurance forces me to use CVS, and the service sucks. My orders are never ready even when the website says they are. The generics are very low quality. Never met a helpful staff person there since I've been having to go there. They simply do not care about their customers. I just had my first experience with this pharmacy and with CVS as a company. The pharmacist Brian who works at this location is wonderful, he has a wonderfully bright personality and takes the time to make a mundane chore (going to the pharmacy) more enjoyable and comfortable. He even remembers many of the customers by name and greets everyone as friend. Thanks to him, his bow tie and the fact that CVS is tobacco free I'll be continuing to frequent this CVS! read more

LITERALLY the the most incompetent pharmacy people I have ever dealt with in my life. I'm surprised they haven't killed someone yet. I am not even exaggerating to say that every. Single. Freaking. Time. I pick up my meds from this place they screw it up. They've given me the wrong dosage, the wrong quantity, they speak English but somehow they don't actually understand English. My partner and I were discriminated by store manager Ana on Monday 1/17/22 when he came up to me and spoke to me in Italian about my insulin prescription that he tried to get for me in the back pharmacy while Ans was helping me up front conduct a return transaction. She got upset because she thought we were speaking in Spanish but we weren't. She immediately refused to finish my transaction. She also called the back pharmacy and told them not to give me my insulin which I can die without because I'm diabetic. I had to go and call my doctor and have him send my insulin prescription to Walgreens across the street because Ana refused to give me my life saving medication. She also discriminated us for being gay and also for speaking a foreign language. She thought we were speaking in Spanish and we weren't. It's funny that us Hispanics want to have the freedom of expression to talk in our first language Spanish but we can't allow others to speak in their language. Furthermore a medication should not be denied to a patient because their lives may depend on it. We get prescriptions from doctors for a reason. This store is problematic too because it takes them forever to refill your prescriptions. Their drive thru is either closed early at 5-6 pm or it's always backed up plus the store isn't open 24 hours like the Walgreens across the street and if you call them, you can never get through. I have shopped numerous pharmaceutical stores in and outside of the area. At this location, for a goodly number of years, I have only experienced one bad time...and that was my fault due to a misunderstanding. Quite honestly (!) I have had prescriptions filled rapidly on all but rare occasions when they were out of a particular Rx. They always obtained it within a reasonable amount of time. The pharmacy department has often gone out of their way to see to my needs. I have been a customer long enough that I view negative assessments with a HUGE grain of salt. When I see "worst" or other descriptive panting, I consider that as one misfortunate time. read more

Brian, the pharmacist is by far the best, he is the most caring, attentive, and friendly pharmacist I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He always has a beautiful smile, and a wonderful attitude, and he makes me feel special. I never have to wait long, and his assistants are also very professional. My wife, and myself have never encountered a pharmacist who takes such an interest in making his customers feel good. Just left this store. First of all, I walked in and there were two associates (one may have even been the manager actually which is even worse). A short female with reddish brown hair and chunky blondish/white highlights greeted me and didn't even turn to look while she was doing it. I found it to be so ingenuine and rude. I've worked retail... matter of fact, for over 8 years before real estate and customers were ALWAYS our first priority. Apparently NOT at this location. When I brought it up to the associate that was checking me out for the one item I bought (he was one of the associates that was next to her when I got that half-@$$ greeting), he said that the company has them focusing on other tasks on Saturdays (his name was Mitchell). WHAT?! That's the excuse? It takes SECONDS to turn around and say "welcome to CVS" or "hi". I was literally a few feet away from this female when it happened... they were right by the cashwrap! My Wife and I were recently trx to the high desert for family and other reasons. But Before we went to the CVS we were used to the CVS in Winnetka Ca on Vanowen St. Now there is a CVS that cares. Not Only Did the Pharmacy Manager Make sure we would NEVER EVER be out of our meds it was as if we were like an extended family...But there is Another CVS that is Good at what they do and need to be recognized for service. The CVS on Bear Valley Road in Hesperia Ca has a lot to offer. We told them of our unique problem and they made sure that it would be taken care of. Walked in to use ATM and I needed change for 1 $20 bill. The cashier said I can't give you change, you have to buy something in order to open my cash register. Since there was another customer behind me I said I'll let her go so you can give me change. He said no I can't do that you have to buy something. I said money is money and won't hurt to change the $20. If he would have said I don't have enough to give you change that's understandable. So now I won't ever come here again. I work in customer service and the customer isn't always right but this situation was ridiculous. Worst experience to follow an already aweful day and worst customer service...Annoyed and disappointed. I should have gone to Walgreens across the street. They have always been super friendly and offer cash back at the register. CVS doesn't. No stars!!!!!!! read more

Thursday very early morning dropped off dr. prescription for 3 scripts. Conf'd all 3 names of them with lady in pharmacy. She sd wld take 2 hrs. Came back over 4 hrs later & another lady told me and kept insisting (why did I get a text saying everything was ready?) I only ordered 1 script & that's all they show. I sd I walked the dr. script in and conf'd all 3 script names with lady, which is clearly listed on the one prescription piece of paper. She sd I would have to wait again. Told her I would be back for all 3 scripts. She apologized & sd okay. Came back couple hrs later and another lady sd they only filled 2 scripts (got another text saying scripts were ready), but were calling dr. right now while I just arrived because they needed to clarify 3rd script. Basically, they waited until after doctor hours to call? Next day on holiday Friday, they said they could not get a hold of the doctor. If they would have done their job when I dropped off the 3 scripts Thursday early morning in the first place, I'd have my meds and not be suffering. So, I now have to wait with severe pain now for 3-day holiday weekend. Apparently, they can't read the dr.'s writing, but they could for the other 2. Real rating is a zero..This is the most horrible pharmacy i have ever been too...slow, rude and completely unhelpful...go anywhere else...my daughter had her wisdom teeth out and we went thru the drive thru so I could stay with her. After I get in line even though I'm a CVS Caremark member and had my information a very rude pharmacy tech insisted that I needed to write my daughter's name, dob , phone number and address on each prescription on the back of the scripts so I did that and tried to give them back...then another tech who didn't speak clear English said no I had to write it on the front so I did that. Then she had to check that they had the pain medication....i was in line 30 minutes then the original tech came back and when I asked how long it would take she said 2 hours because the pharmacist was going to lunch at that point. I asked if they could transfer to a different cvs that could do them sooner since my daughter was in pain and she said she wouldn't so I asked for the scripts back and she gave me issue since she said no one else could do them faster.
