Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes completely ignored while the cashier sat there on the phone, before I finally drove off to go inside. I'm still standing in line waiting for two clients in front of me. It's not even busy, but because they're taking their sweet time and don't have a second pharmacist, there's now two more people in line behind me. (Line 5 deep now and still no second pharmacist) I'll be picking up my meds at Target moving forward. Horrible service. read more

Very rude girls in the back and over all very bad service communication with doctors prescribing medication. Waiting over 18 hours for Medicine to be authorized and be prepared while my daughter is home with very bad nausea. Called pharmacy from Walgreens and they stated they called our doctor since day prior to confirm and doctor stated he never received any calls from them. Seems like girls in back don't care for their clients health and well being. I never leave reviews because I'm always all about improvising but these girls are better organizing shelf's inside Walgreens . "Not pharmacies had some dirty yellow fingers possibly from eating Cheeto chips all morning" I definitely will not be ordering from here any more. If I could Zero stars I would seriously over 46min min on hold for the pharmacy and each time they would pick up not even a hold or a you have these many calls ahead of you can you please hold just kept putting me on hold. Welp called Walgreens corporate they are contacting the district manager! However it won't be handled for 5-7 days. They suggested I have my insurance call again! I did they told my insurance the dr office has to call with the amount of codine I have left. My dr's office did and Walgreens said ok we will fill it on the 27th that is when I will fill it. My drs office said okay what if we call her in a different kind of pain med and they said ok it will be filled on the 27th. So pretty much I'm stuck till the 27th. Hopefully by then I won't need it lol but like I said I have ibuprofen even though surgeon and Dr said not to take it because it thins out your blood. I'll try tylonal and if it doesn't work I'll take ibuprofen! Doctors offices have absolutely no control when it comes to this store. Well most Walgreens up here lol they are god and do what they want. Regardless of insurance and what the drs say! I asked my doctor about changing to like cvs I got told the insurance would flag it and I'd be waiting even longer. So, I'll survive. I did buy tylonal pm to put me to sleep at night and I'll wait. If pain gets bad enough(which it shouldn't) I can go to er and they will help a girl out! I'll save my last pill for if my over the counter stuff doesn't help! It's bs!!! This place has to of gotten the award for worst pharmacy ever and now, guess what? they stopped being 24hrs. This store is #1 in angry short staffed, burned out employees, very long lines, and WAS the only 24 hour pharmacy in the entire area --within 50 miles at least. A person would be foolish to keep getting their Rx at this abysmal store or even shop there for that matter. This Walgreens is 24 hour and not very far from my house so I come here often during the night. I normally need last minute items like milk or shampoo when I shop here but I also always find myself here around the holidays. Today is the night before Easter and I needed stuff for my kids Easter baskets because I couldn't help but give them their baskets early. Now I'm last minute shopping at 10pm for quick replacement baskets. I was able to find plenty of items to put inside their baskets. They had a lot of stuff still in stock and available. I wish the prices were better on some of the items but I couldn't be picky. I have used this store for prescriptions but it's been years because I normally use Kaiser. When I have used Walgreens the 24 hour service is nice and so is the drive thru that they offer. read more

There was a middle-aged lady working overnight shift on Thursday night/Friday morning who seemed to be having a bad day and was very unpleasant to me from the moment we made contact at the checkout. I was wanting to return a iPhone charger that didnt work, and i presented her with my reciept. She asked me if I was planning on buying anything in the store, to which i said i was. So she said that she will do the return when I'm finished shopping, to which I declined and said I would like to return the item right now. She snaps at me saying that she will do the return when I am done shopping, and this time I told her i change my mind I dont want to buy anything & would just like to return the defective item. So this lady snatches the item and the receipt off the counter and begins examining the receipt, and I told her i have the phone number for the rewards account on the receipt if i need it, and then i voiced my concern about her demeanor and told her i felt she was very rude and being really weird and that it was a little uncalled for. So she stops and says, and i quote, "okay if you're going to call me weird, you can return this somewhere else or return it later," i assume "later" meant later on after her shift has ended. At this point, I admit i got very upset and began asking her what her problem was and i was cursing at her as i left the store. i dont know why this lady was acting so rude, it kind of seemed like she may have been on drugs or something. She looked as if she was really hyped up. At no point in the interaction did i speak to her in a rude way or treat her disrespectfully, UNTIL i offended her by questioning why she was being so rude and weird. Naming this pharmacy the WORST pharmacy in the high desert would be a compliment . I literally tell my clients when they tell me this is there pharmacy to switch. I got off the phone today with HELEN and she was completely rude, she kept cutting me off when I was trying to explain the situation . When all I needed her to do was call the sister Walgreens on amethyst " mind you that I already called and spoke to staff there and they were very friendly and helpful" to get my clients prescription ready and she refused! The customer service there is despicable and not just HELEN but every other staff member I have come in contact with past 6 months. The only pharmacy worker that I have ever had no issues with is KELLY. Not only is the customer service deplorable the wait time in line is ridiculous! I dropped off a patient to pick up meds and he was in line for 45 minutes !!!!! And mind you I already called and they said the medication was ready for pick up ! Last week I had a client who walked there and they told her that they did not have a script for her . She walked in 101 degree weather to let me know that they did not had her prescription . When I called they said they made a mistake and the medication was available for pick up so she had to WALK back over there in 101 degrees she was completely red and sweating profusely ( I could not take her back overs there due to me having patients waiting ) . They need a whole new set of staff there I am COMPLETELY dissatisfied with this pharmacy . I would really appreciate a manager to reach out to me . Though this is a really conveniently located I have only been once to pick up some pictures I had developed. Hands down Walgreens has the best photo developing prices, it gets done fast and matched with online coupons you never have to pay retail. They also have good cigarette deals for you smokers, we come here to stock up for my husband since they have the best marlboro prices. Closeout specials on candy and other stuff is also good. Walgreens is my favorite drugstore by far but this location isn't that great. Kind of run down, a pain to get in and out of, staff not around or too busy to help. I like Walgreens but will go to other locations from now on. read more

There are two things that bother me about this pharmacy. *One has nothing to do with me personally, but while we we waiting, a young black lady asked to use the restroom. She was no one can use restroom after 8:00. It was 9:05, and this seems strange for pharmacy that advertises as a 24 hour pharmacy. * We are from Orange County, temporarily working on assignment in Victorville. We were told by the OC pharmacy that we could fill the prescription at a Walgreens 24 hour pharmacy. On Wednesday, we filled out all the paperwork, Walgreens confirmed that be contact with our OC prescription that everything was in order, would be filled and available for pick up Thursday evening. On Thursday evening, we went to pick up the prescription, we were told that it wasn't filled - Maybe they might be able to fill it Friday, but since we're going back to OC Friday, we didn't want to trust them again with keeping their word. I had to go without my medication - just for one day - but it isn't good for my health. Walgreens never contacted us to say they wouldn't fill my prescription as promised. read more

Came in at 3:30....guy said they couldn't do it online because of the type of prescription it was but he would take care of it and to come back in an hr. Came back at 5 and he said they can't fill it because it's a day early and to come back today at 8 and it would be ready. I come in at 8:05 today and they said they need to fill it still that it's not ready. Also why hire a pharmacist that you can't understand? Literally have no idea what she says when she come to "talk to you" ...will not be getting anything filled anymore after this...should be criminal the way they treat people who are just trying to get medication prescribed by the dr...no wonder people are just walking in and taking what they want t these places read more

My 16 year old daughter went in there to pick ul a prescription and the lady told her to put her phone number in when it wasnt working she told my daughter "we wouldnt have to do this 10 times if you would have got it right the first time" like no lady dont be so damn rude.
