Left Racetrack in Jefferson, Ga today with tears of physical pain this afternoon. First I want to…read moresay it's right next to my work and all the employees except for the store manager are awesome. The store manager is always rude, talks down to you, is very loud, has no boundaries, and has no customer service skills. This afternoon I went to purchase multiple items. As I'm at the register trying to tell the young kind cashier what from behind the counter I need, the store manager comes up right next to me. At this time the store manager decides that she needs to stock the chips that I'm blocking at the register. She doesn't wait for me to finish my transaction and leave. She was right next to me legs kneeling sticking the chips inches away from me. I told her that I was standing right here trying to check out. I told her she could stock after we were done and I could leave. She ignored me and just smiled. She continued to reach around me coming inches away. I'm recovering from surgery on my leg. The doctor cut me open and put a rod, 7 screws, and 2 pins. It is very sensitive to the touch. Painful to any more than a touch and will put me to tears if it is hit. Due to this, she made me very uncomfortable and fearful of her continuing to come inches away from me because the chips had to be stocked whether I was in the way or not. I told her to get away from me. She didn't move and just smiled. Then when the sweet cashier returned with my item I went back to our interaction to let her know that the product was right but the quantity was wrong. The store manager hit me in my injured leg. I told her what she did. She said she never touched me with a smile on her face. She still never would move away from me. At this point, I'm in pain. I start screaming, yelling, and cussing at the store manager to get away from me and not to touch me. It didn't matter what I did or said she refused to get away. I paid for my items and left.

Seems to me if you are having "business lunches" and you are bringing her to a business drunk than it is your business. when I asked for the owners information so that I could speak with him I was told that he doesn't want customers contacting him with trivial things. I have been in the store a few times since trying to catch the owner but was informed by one of the older ladies.. who for whatever reason are no longer there... that he has moved out of the area. Even though the store is near me and makes sense for me to shop there I don't think I can handle it anymore. to be left standing in line because someone is calling their lotto numbers in is beyond uncalled for and when the lawn care guys come in the store the girls there act like its a frat house. Just had the cops call on me for parking on the property. So I'm a truck driver and I paid for…read moreparking hours before arrived. When I arrived there were no spots available at all but the app said it was 4 spots still available for purchase. I parked on the lot, went inside and asked for assistance in finding a spot. I was told that the lady responsible for that wasn't going back outside after dark. (Please note it was about 19:30 with the sky clear and bright enough to see the clouds in the sky) I said, "she need to come out now to find a spot if that is the rule at this store." She then rudely walked away. I went back out to search again and found nothing. I came into the store a total of three times asking for assistance and no one was willing to help. I was out of time on my 14 and couldn't go anywhere else so I moved to the front parking lot near McDonald. About 30 minutes later the same lady that said she couldn't come outside made her way outside to call my company and the cops on me about moving. She said I will have to find parking in the rear and I told her if the spot I paid for was available I wouldn't have to park up front. She proceeded to argue with me about the parking spot a paid for until the cops arrived. The cops were pretty cool but they asked me to leave because they said I was trespassing and if I didn't they would put me in cuffs and take me to jail. REALLY??? OVER A PARKING SPOT??? I said all of that to say don't spend your money at this location. These people are underpaid and overworked with a chip on their shoulder. Shoutout to the guy who did try to calm the situation and the girl leaving work at the time. I appreciate y'all and the Brasleton Police Department. Please bypass this location and don't pay for parking there because if you get there late and someone is already in it they will get it at your expense. I will also be pushing this matter up to the corporate office for the treatment of a paying customer. Safe travels everyone
