When the Indian guy that runs the register is there he looks and watches everyone like they are up to no good. It made me uncomfortable. It's like that small town all eyes are watching you if you're from out of town feeling. If you know what I mean. This is a good area and I think it's a bit much... Anyway, my kids love getting ice cream from here because of the ice cream bar. They have a roping bar and there are no rules or signs anywhere about usage. Topping are included free with ice cream purchase and everything racetrac has station I have ever been to. But on our visit today, the Indian guy (Sorry I don't know his name) thought that since my son put a spoon of peanut butter chips in the lid that is provided for the ice cream, and held it under the cup ( it's clear) that he should charge us for the extra topping.

Just had the cops call on me for parking on the property. So I'm a truck driver and I paid for…read moreparking hours before arrived. When I arrived there were no spots available at all but the app said it was 4 spots still available for purchase. I parked on the lot, went inside and asked for assistance in finding a spot. I was told that the lady responsible for that wasn't going back outside after dark. (Please note it was about 19:30 with the sky clear and bright enough to see the clouds in the sky) I said, "she need to come out now to find a spot if that is the rule at this store." She then rudely walked away. I went back out to search again and found nothing. I came into the store a total of three times asking for assistance and no one was willing to help. I was out of time on my 14 and couldn't go anywhere else so I moved to the front parking lot near McDonald. About 30 minutes later the same lady that said she couldn't come outside made her way outside to call my company and the cops on me about moving. She said I will have to find parking in the rear and I told her if the spot I paid for was available I wouldn't have to park up front. She proceeded to argue with me about the parking spot a paid for until the cops arrived. The cops were pretty cool but they asked me to leave because they said I was trespassing and if I didn't they would put me in cuffs and take me to jail. REALLY??? OVER A PARKING SPOT??? I said all of that to say don't spend your money at this location. These people are underpaid and overworked with a chip on their shoulder. Shoutout to the guy who did try to calm the situation and the girl leaving work at the time. I appreciate y'all and the Brasleton Police Department. Please bypass this location and don't pay for parking there because if you get there late and someone is already in it they will get it at your expense. I will also be pushing this matter up to the corporate office for the treatment of a paying customer. Safe travels everyone

I just moved from Flowery Branch to Winder- I have a BP by me which is awful, and stopped here to get on the freeway- $4.20 a gallon for premium!!! In November of 21...gas it up, but not that far. I can go to kroger or just down the street to a QT and premium is $3.80 or certainly under $4 a gallon. Cost $128 to fill up my suv as I was late and hitting 85, so maybe because BP is ripping us off, the employees get yelled at - which I could understand- but this location has been consistently high even prior to march 2020 and was here once in the past 5 years and the other day. There are literally 5 gas stations around here- BP is always highest. Odd. Hate to take it on a business owner, but if it were my franchise, and my costs were high- not my profit goals- I would at least have some great food inside, great kiss your butt service , even apologize for the prices- ( IF BP corporate is to blame) outside of OPEG. There were several employees stocking shelves who neither moved to accommodate me wiggling my cart through the narrow, choked aisles, and others yet who didn't make eye contact nor offer a greeting. The only staff who acknowledged me was the nice older gal who rang me up, the high point of my stop here, not just because it meant that I was leaving, but she was genuinely friendly. There was fast-food trash on many of the shelves, crumpled wrappers from Bojangles, gas station coffee cups etc.. I found it ironic that there was one aisle with trash cans (for sale) flopped around it, yet there was actual trash all around the store. The layout is clumsy, the customer service was next to non-existent. I think I'll stick to the dollar store down at Hamilton Mill. Their check-out may be slower, but it's easier to navigate, cleaner, and more helpful.
