So I waited my 20 minutes, got my prescription and then promptly transferred future prescriptions to Publix that does not close for lunch. Aside from their lunch closure - don't even get me started on how rude these people are - I am (was) your customer. Start treating people that pay your retail operation as a customer and with some small level of gratitude if you can find it. Perhaps you can search for gratitude while at "lunch".

Talked with the manager and I was told that they just can't hire enough people. I don't know what the problem is at this store, but it is clear that corporate needs to come in and clean it up. I should have looked first but I thought Keurig's were a popular and safe brand. The one I had many years finally gave out so I thought I would get another one. So, I returned that one and got the K-Elite. I did check, and the reviews were 50/50 on it but I took my chances because I didn't have any other options for what I wanted. After I get it home I realize that it looked like it had been opened and resealed. Yes.....it was returned and they put it back on the shelf!!! I plugged it in just to see and yes, the power wouldn't even come on....The bottom of the filter holder wasn't even there and there was no filter....I have always purchased my small appliances from Target. NO LONGER!!!! I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't put mine back out there too.

I replied I'm fine but if I got rid of this pain I'd be a whole lot better. He inquired as to what kind of pain. I acquiesced instantly and shared my experience and he shared his experiences as well. He stated his go to for relief and escorted me to the pain relief aisle. I'm so grateful for associate like Shawn. They are fare and few in between and they are rare. He is most definitely an asset to the company. He relayed a deeper message and not a isolated view. I took his actions as to say, the associates at Walgreens care, whether you're in Georgia or another state, we got you! On check out the young lady possessed exemplary customer service skills and pleasantness. She was thorough in communication. I appreciate a good visit at any place I go. It was in and out with no stress just left me impressed!
