Absolutely terrible customer service. The young black guy at the drive thru was completely rude. And when I asked him a question didn't pick up the phone to reply to be just looked off in another direction and replied to me. He was upset and lost his temper when I told him I couldn't hear him replying to me. And violently picked up the phone receiver and yelled through it to answer my question. Very very disappointing. Long story short, after speaking with her about an exchange/return I politely asked for her name and she said Shomanic(?). I asked if she could spell it and her exact words were "No, I am not!" I then asked if she had a name tag (so I could see how to spell her name) and again her exact words were "we don't have to wear one" with an attitude. So rude!! I've never had to wait in line at the drive thru, there is always someone at the window and they don't make you sit there like other pharmacies. My dr had an issue faxing over my prescription for some reason, they never received it so she had to call it in after the second failed attempt. They also seem to not have a lot of medication in stock. They've called me two different times to call my Dr and get the script sent to a different pharmacy which is kind of inconvenient because I live next to this location but I understand. My family of 5 has been a pharmacy customer at this location for over 10-12 years. Over the last few years the pharmacy customer service, employee attention to detail and a overall lack of professionalism has become unprofessional at best. The pharmacy has extreme turnover and many employees appear unknowable, under trained, rude and incompetence seems to be the new way of business. The Recent staff, especially the new manager seem to careless about the medical needs of their patients. I have tried to get resolution to issues through their customer service line, hours on hold with no follow up as told I would be receiving or follow through without continuing to escalate. They have taken a good pharmacy ruined it. The retail employees are generally friendly and helpful; polar opposite of the pharmacy staff. I highly advice avoiding this pharmacy! The one just a few miles down the road is a wonderful experience. The pharmacists goes out of their way to be timely, friendly and actually seem to care for their patients. read more

Don't use this location if you need to take a Rapid Covid test Suppose to have results in an hour , that is the whole purpose of the test. I had a very important meeting to attend , because I had been exposed to someone positive I wanted to make sure I would not be a carrier. After 3 hours I received no phone or text message. So I called and the tester had gone home without posting my results. Man! With 1.5 stars already, what point can I make?? This area has quickly turned into Harlem with this corner 2 steps from the worst. This CVS cares for something, I'm sure, but do they actually seek out laziness & aim for a perfect 1 Star? I think so. They always have a pile of Kroger shopping carts piled up at the entrance to their parking lot & Krogers is all the way across HWY 249! They "always" have that female sitting at the edge of this parking lot, just staring? Whoring?, I can't tell! I'm not going to find out, but who sits the same spot daily while doing NOTHING? Bait-and-switch is a form of fraud used in retail sales, but also employed in other contexts. FRAUD Get this, they don't treat me well as a person that spends $$. But I heard that one of the cashiers was held at gunpoint and robbed one evening. The next time I saw her, I asked if they offered her counseling and a few paid days away for the difficult experience. Yes on the counseling, but no on the paid opportunity to stay away from that scary place. Who the hell can afford to take off work unpaid? Cvs can afford to pay her a few days! A gun in your face is certainly not in any job description. And CVS, I asked her about this experience. She didn't gossip. You are a terrible employer! I have been a long time happy customer of CVS. I also have CVS Caremark benefits and love the ease of their systems being connected. -They have a phenomenal iPhone APP ~~~the app let's you choose coupons to send to your card! But every time I go to the store, my manufacture coupons that I select do not show up to the cashiers so I am stuck asking them to make it work since I trust their company application? No, call the 1-800-#. Then they only give you a coupon expecting you to spend more money, instead of the cash you should have not put out! -they have a printable coupon center ~~~| multiple times the printable coupon center does not work and print out actual coupons that are advertised in the damn store! -they have only a few personnel that make me happy to be there! ~|~~~ the staff argues even when they see the coupon that says "sent to card" I'm sorry my hands are tied, can you call the 1-800-#. And spew policy! Policy belongs to cvs, my policy is if ya piss me off ya start getting fewer chances I come back. Or they are just flustered or embarrassed to be stuck with the app not working. Have the app offer a scannable option if you can't make the load to card feature work. (Ya overcharged me today). ~~~~ honestly, Brock in the pharmacy kinda rocks! But who doesn't like a compliment about having white facial hair? -- let's talk about the 1-800-##. I have asked the district manager to call me multiple times. The guest relations department states that he/she closed my case without calling because the coupon policy was followed (the in store printer doesn't work) haha?? So I requested a call again, no response and it's been 2 or 3 weeks. That's when ti offered feedback to my company which I work for , that I would love if we considered another pharmacy provider for our company of 70,000 team members. They want reasons! Don't come here if you value your time and energy. The pharmacy drive-through line is always unnecessarily long and you should plan to be there for at least 20 minutes before you're serviced or spoken to. Even with them taking this much time they still don't explain anything to you or talk to you about much to make sure you understand what's going on with the process which is very unprofessional considering you don't know who has it has it done it before. Coming here is always a terrible experience. These people postponed my prescription pickup two days on a row for a generic product. They never have their shit together. read more

I Requested for reprint several times, the cashier agreed to reprint, manager stated that is not how it's done, I stated how would I know the photo is printed on puzzle and all pieces are in package. Since I am paying I need to see puzzle assembled with photo. She told the cashier this not how it's done, I shared in December puzzle printed at this location and remained assembled. There is nothing like turning in prescription from your doctor while ill and get home with refills you have not taken in a years in your bag. I complained last year to stop refilling my prescriptions, I'm a big girl I will call and refill myself. Now the texting have started again, I called and was told I was yelling and rude by a Angie J; when the pharmacist picked up he started to blame me that the refills where activated again.
