For some terrible reason FedEx using this backwards location as a drop off point when their drivers "misplace" or are too lazy to deliver packages. STAY AWAY!!! Incompetence is contagious and rampant at this location. Four wasted trips to be told, "maybe the girl in the morning gave it back to driver" really?? This pharmacy and their team went above and beyond for me today! I came down sick today so was in bed...I told my husband that the pharmacy closed at 2 today as it was Saturday. I woke up in a panic, saw it was 1:48pm. My poor husband that was tasked with all of my to do list for got to go. He jumped in the car and head there......and he might have made it if it wasn't for that dang train. I call the pharmacy and begged them to wait for him. They had no problem waiting for him. I am editing my review. The owner called me and he was awesome! A very kind and compassionate man. I will continue to use this pharmacy and I will be transferring all of my medication here. I went in today to pick up my prescription it was a compound hormone made for me. It was also $150.00. I need the medication but we couldn't afford it. Fred walked up and yelled at my husband and I for not getting a prescription made for me. I understand his frustration but he was rude and embarrassed us. I guess when he said I am not trying to be mean that was his way of condoning his actions. When you have to choose to feed your family or get your medication, you feed your kids! All Fred accomplished today was to insure we never use Magnolia Pharmacy again. read more

Writing a review for a pharmacy seems strange, primarily because until visiting Magnolia Pharmacy none seemed to differ much from the others: I came to expect an attitude of indifference on the part the staff. My visit to Magnolia Pharmacy changed that perception of pharmacies. Here I found the staff helpful, and that they were willing to take the time to offer consultation on my prescribed medicines. The store is clean, the staff is attentive and friendly, they have an automated refill system that works well, and I have found the entire experience of doing business with them a pleasurable one. No one likes being sick and even less having to go buy their own drugs for recovery. This is a darn good pharmacy, they stay on top of their jobs and your needs. They will call you if it is or is not ready or available. They double check to make sure you are the actual ones placing and receiving your medication, and they are very professional and caring at the same time. I called to get a price for my doctor that on my medication entered into their system and the price is $72 and when I got there to pick it up they charge me more and I called and spoke to the guy in charge and he basically didn't have anything to say about it and just said sorry. read more

Gotta Say the personal service here is great! I was hesitant to use them at first thinking I could get a better deal at a big chain supply company. I found that was not at all true. The prices were very comparable and sometimes less expensive the other larger chain stores. The place is extremely clean and the service is quick. Great pharmacy that offers flu testing for only $15 can't beat that! Beautiful facility as well.

Very disappointed. My physicians office sent over a compound prescription on Thursday evening on a medicine I needed to start taking Friday night. When I called Friday the pharmacist told me it would be 24-48 hrs to get ready but there's not a compounding pharmacist on Saturdays but if I wanted to pay an extra $50 to have my $100 medicine ready by Friday he could get it done. I have a hard time affording the $100 for the much needed prescription alone. I guess only people with money deserve their medicines in a timely manner.... read more
