I have celiac disease and I've tried to ask them to check for wheat in my medications. They have refused to do it and one woman who still works there even nastily yelled at me "Oh my God we can't deal with this every time you have a prescription!" I then informed her that I have to deal with it every time I have a prescription and will for the rest of my life. She then nastily retorted "I know ALL ABOUT your condition" . I then said "If you do then you'd understand that I can't have gluten in medications, it's not just about food, and all I want you to do is check like you would for a wheat allergic person." She was very combative and nasty and rude and disgusting. She has acted this way to me several times, yelling and screaming at me over various interactions I've had with her when I haven't done anything to provoke it and I've done my best to be calm and polite with her. One of the more recently hired people can not pronounce medications and didn't submit my hydrochlorothiazide to my secondary insurance and then claimed it got rejected. When I called up my insurance they said it was never submitted. The insurance called up this CVS to get it straightened out themselves and had to inform the tech that she had never submitted the medication. They said they had to argue with her that she had submitted the wrong medications and not the one they cover. It finally got straightened out but I'm slowly moving to a different location. I still have a few medications being sent to this one but I'm letting each doctor know that this is not my pharmacy anymore as I see them. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS FROM HERE I drove up about 1:25 PM trying to get a prescription for my mom who just had a procedure done and at the moment has a severe cough. Her prescription is at this location. We received a text message saying her prescription was ready. Here I am at the window drive-through trying to get her prescription. However, they were unable to pull up her profile and see what prescription was "READY" for her. 2:30 PM hits and they tell me they can't help me until after they come back from lunch at 3 PM, keep in mind that I was sent from another location to this location stating that her medicine was here and ready for pick up. The lady ( pharmacist) rudely closed and shut the window and left me talking to myself. She said that she would come after lunch to finish helping me. This place sucks and this is not the first time this happens. Do not get your prescriptions from here. no one should go through this much trouble to get their medication. I needed Benadryl. I rarely shop at CVS, because of disappointing experiences. But at 10:14 PM, my experience changed. I walked into the store, I was immediately greeted by a cashier. I went to the kiosk, received over $50 worth of coupons?! And I found exactly what I needed. As I approached the register a very nice young man informed me I could check out at another register. It was the same cashier that greeted me. The cashier was Krista. She was extremely nice and friendly, even noticed I had a CVS coupon in my wallet! Considering it was 10:14 PM, she was by far the best cashier I've experienced with CVS. And she deserves a Sunday off! She is a stellar representation of CVS, I will reconsider CVS for more of my shopping needs! I highly recommend anyone living in the Copperfield, Bear Creek area to shop at CVS, especially when Krista is there! read more

The madness continues at this CVS. Never mind the wood that has replaced the glass when you walk in the store making it look like a total ghetto CVS store. It's been like this for months because I drive by it almost every other day. Since they closed the Walgreens next door I was forced to go back here for convenience and my first time back I remember why I hate this place. The pharmacy techs can't read nor count meds. And if you talk to one, another gives you a different answer. This has to be one of the most poorly managed CVS stores in Houston and I highly recommend avoiding it at all costs. read more

I received a call this morning from this cvs that my prescription had arrived and to come pick up asap bc it needs to be refrigerated and they didn't have room. when I arrived at the window the girl said they had no record of my prescription, even tho someone had called from THEIR STORE to tell me it was there. She searched for a second saying she couldn't find it, I asked if she could find out who called. She became irritated and said "how am I supposed to do that?" Sweetheart idk maybe ask your coworkers? I told her idk the person had kind of an Indian accent. She told me no one Indian works there then told me I need to pull out of the drive through because "I have a line now". She was extremely rude. I asked her why is she getting an attitude bc I had been nothing but nice the entire time, only asking questions bc I was confused. She said she didn't have one and reiterated that she has a line. Who cares about your line when you're supposed to be helping a customer whose prescription y'all have lost?! Just disgusting. I pulled inside and another lady and gentleman helped me instead, they were very helpful and were able to find my prescription quickly! But the girl at the window shouldn't be working there if she lacks empathy and doesn't know how to talk to people. read more

Finally after 2 years of rude service from a particular pharmacy technician trainee named Anderson! I am switching locations. It's just sad bc this location is so convenient for us but always running into the same rude worker, we just had to finally do something about it. A unique shopping experience shopping at Located CVS Pharmacy 6079 Hwy 6 N, Houston, TX 77084 Open Closes 12AM Phone: (281) 855-5461 I was this CVS at 8.50 pm to pick a prescription in drive thru line. I had a car in front of me. When that car pulled away,I came up to the window and waited 5 minutes no one paid attention to me even I pushed service button on the drive thru window to get their attention. 2 female employees who looked at me . We had eye contact but no response. I waited another 5 minutes for service and at 9.00 PM both employees came to the window. one employee gave key to the other female employee to lock the drive thru window looking right at me. I knocked at the window to ask if they have problem with drive thru window and should I come inside. To my surprise they ignored my presence,pull the curtain down and turned around and went back to what they were doing. At this point I parked my car to go inside and wanted to talk to manager on duty. There was no one at cash register or behind the counter mending the shop. I went to the photo section to see any body / GM there, again no luck. There were a couple of customers browsing in one aisles. I went to look for a cashier or any employee to register my complaint. I found one female employee pushing a cart with some items re stocking. She was wearing a red color jacket. I believe she was the employee she stocked a couple of items and graber some kind of container to put in milk showcase. The service is very poor. The pharmacy technician told me that my medicine will be ready in 30mins. I said it is ok and wait. After 30 mins, i check and she told me that she is too busy to get my medicine. What is the problem, about 5 customers behind me come and get their medicine within 15mins, why i have to wait for 1 hour. read more

Curbside pickup is a total fail. Pointless to use the services when I wait outside for 20 mins, second time I had to go inside and wait for the staff to prepare my order. The pharmacy is rude. My doctor has sent in prescriptions time and time and they haven't "received" them, so now I'll be leaving the country without my meds. Thanks for not helping or caring or even trying a little bit. As soon as we walked in we heard them say "I'm not answering that" (the phone) after we tried calling and waiting for 20 minutes on hold we now see why we were on hold! Why can't anyone be nice anymore? We will be switching pharmacies asap. Go somewhere else if you can help it they are terrible. Staff doesn't care, unprepared, hard to reach. So I had the worse service here. Since there's nothing at the grocery stores for the "hurricane" that is coming, I decided to visit my local pharmacy. And there was a long line. And the cashier that help me was by himself ringing up all the customers when the other employee was outside getting the carts. He came in and saw the long line of customers. And he said loud "y'all know this is a pharmacy not a grocery store" that was so rude and disrespectful. There was not need to say that. I know is a pharmacy not a grocery store. But they have other things here in this pharmacy not just medicines. If is a pharmacy why they have make up line and earrings. I couldn't see his name tag. Great location. Pharmacy is pretty slow to fill prescriptions, like most CVS locations.

I've been here countless times and I always have to wait an extremely long time while sitting in the waiting area 30+ minutes. My issue today is that, there were no customers at the drive thru window or inside, and FIVE pharmacist(s)/ pharmacy tech(s) working. The employee that took my Rx goes to verify they have the Rx in stock, and after seeing her go to the back, hold the medicine in her hand to read the label, she puts it back on the shelf and comes to tell me they have it in Stock but it will take 20 minutes to fill... Really? Over 40 minutes later, I go to the counter to ask if someone can go fill my prescription because I need to get back to work, and I'm told, "It's ready." I'm extremely pissed off because no one had the decency to tell me it was ready and they saw me sitting and waiting. read more

I took a roll of film in here to be developed and after a drawn out and confusing customer service experience with a clerk who actually said "I don't really work here, so I don't know," (clearly they no longer teach their employees how to handle film) they got it figured out telling us they would call or e-mail me when my pictures were in. It took over a week for them to call, which was fine however when we finally picked up the pictures it didn't have the cd in it that is supposed to come with all photo orders, they have this information made clear all over the photo developing bag and it's why I chose to go CVS for this service in the first place, the cd was the only thing I really even wanted. Which then led us to another crappy customer service experience on the phone where they answered and when we told them what was wrong they put us on hold for about 20 minutes in total, periodically coming back only to put us on hold again only for her to come back and simply with no offer of compensation, that they didn't have my photos in their system anymore. Her excuse was "I thought I'd call you to come pick them up because I thought I'd have the cd done by then, but we got busy and then we got busy today too so I never got around to it." .... Are you kidding me? Is that a joke, did you really just say that? That's your excuse after you let me walk out the door paying $15 for singles with no cd!? There was no offer on her part to make it right or make amends, I had to make it clear to her that something needed to be done to rectify the situation before she relented and said she would call Kodak to get the cd. My fault for trying to go through them in the first place to get my photos developed, I guess. But then, while I was at the store, I also needed to return some beauty products that I unfortunately didn't have a receipt for. I had checked ahead online to see what CVS's return policy was on items that didn't have a receipt and it said that all beauty products were guaranteed and that they accept returns without a receipt as long as you had a valid ID to offer. So I tried to do just that, and the lady at the counter called the manager, once the manager came, he said that at their specific store they do not allow returns without a receipt unless it's a CVS brand item. He was apologetic. That policy would make sense if it was actually CVS's policy. You can't just say this is your policy on your website and then say another thing at a certain store. Bad customer service. Does not get the job done (properly or at all). ***** Edited Review***** The lady called back and said that the cd was ready for us to come pick up, offered us our money back for the pictures, and then apologized profusely. Though I'll still never go to this CVS again for pictures (or anything, really,) I amended my review to have two more stars just because I appreciate the gesture and her effort to make it right even if it was after an initially disappointing customer service experience. read more
