It was in actuality her fault because when she went to do the refund the price reduced and tried to return $4.32 like it was supposed to be on the first transaction. This is not the first time this manager has been extremely rude. I go to different Circle Ks almost every day and this one is by far the worst at choosing employees to promote to management. I'm not sure why you would make a miserable person the one in charge. This lady has never been nice in over 20 times I have been here. Who immediately tells the customer they are wrong and no less than 3 times tells me to go to a different Circle K?!?! This is not her store, she doesn't own it. But apparently she believes she has the right to speak to customers like they are idiots. Guess what, I didn't make you apply for that job. If you hate it there so much that you can't observe basic human decency and admit a mistake instead of talking down to me in front of a store full of people...Just crazy. Very disappointed. I hope the owner at a minimum talks to this Jasmin and let's her know that kind of behavior is not okay. This is a grown woman probably in her late 40's to early 50's, time to grow up.

I mean...even the brisket sammiches taste different here. This is one of their smaller locations, so it feels a bit different from the bigger stores most people are used to. Basically, this is a gas station with a lil something something extra. The brisket sandwich wasn't as good as the big stores. It just didn't have the same flavor or quality I've come to expect. They've changed the ordering process over the years. Idk exactly when since Ive been mostly living in FL for work but before you'd order at a kiosk and get a ticket, but now there's at least a register at the counter, which makes things a bit more straightforward. Outside of the food, it still functions mostly like a typical gas station stop. Gas prices are generally better here, and the fountain drinks and ICEEs are still cheap. On my last visit a couple weeks ago, they didn't have the cinnamon rolls with nuts and staff mentioned they weren't sure when certain bakery items would be back. That was a bit disappointing since those are usually part of the appeal. Overall, it's still a convenient stop, but just know this location doesn't hit the same as the larger Buc-ee's stores. Manage your expectations but it stays crowded and you can still get some of the most popular Buc-ee's items.

I went in for scheduled flu shots (keyword scheduled,) at 6:30 & 6:45pm for my kids. I checked in at 6:33pm & there was a rather long line in front of & behind me. I had to fill out paperwork which was essentially the same questions I answered online and that was kinda annoying. We sat there until almost 7pm before the pharmacy tech even looked in our direction. Finally I got up and as soon as I did the pharmacist came up and greeted us. The pharmacist was ultimately very nice and the flu shots only took 2 minutes but that wait was a little ridiculous. I'll keep shopping here but I don't highly recommend the pharmacy.

I timed picking up my prescription today and it took less than a minute inside the store. Yesterday I pulled up exactly 1:29 directly after the previous car left at 1:28. Only for the lady to be rolling the window to close for lunch. I put my hands together as if begging for her to assist me since it wasn't 1:30 yet. But she looked at me and kept lowering the window.
