I had a little incident over the weekend and needed a tetanus shot. I really didn't want to deal with with an ER so I first headed to HEB's medical clinic and was told they were busy and going to lunch - - ohhh really, sorry to bother you... at work! So I left and went right down the road to the CVS. Signed in on the electronic screen, waited for 20 mins and went right in. The PA was great - - she made my experience so pleasant (well, as pleasant as a shot can be). I think her name was Taryn or something like that. Anyways, I wouldn't hesitate to go back if I had a minor issue. I was skeptical as this was my first visit to one of these but very happy with my experience. read more

Pharmacy staff is excellent! I'm there a lot picking up scripts for my mom. Everyone I've interacted with is friendly and helpful. A couple of the staff make a point to ask after my mom -- very kind! read more

Care was fine. Wait was forever. After charging me my co-pay, they mis-allocated funds and said i owed them money. i checked my credit card statement and low and behold, i paid them more than they are saying i did. CVS you continue to disappoint. read more

I moved here from Chicago and has gotten sick many times. I saw the doctor very many times there. She is very kind and caring. I went to Walgreens once for when I was sick she was so rude and would not see me. When I have insurance. I have been a loyal customer to Walgreens for years. But now after such great service from the lovely Doctor who currently works there I am now switching to CVS. Walgreens should pick a better doctor to represent them. read more

I have a 20 month old, so maybe this clinic isn't the best for this age group. The doc was quick to take a strep test obviously so I would be charged more, but didn't get a good look down his throat when I told him that there was obviously something wrong with his throat. The obvious thing would've been to use a tongue depresser and a light to see what was bothering him before going straight to a strep throat test. My source of the internet was a better indicator of what my child had than this clinic. I was able to use a flash light and my finger to figure out that my kid had Thrush, obviously the strep test is going to be negative. This visit was not the best and I will probably not return. Huge waste of time and money. read more

The manager was weired. He came behind us till our car when we were putting bags in trunk to ensure we are not cart stealers and also told us keep the cart aside. Seriously how can he behave weirdly. We r not thieves. read more

I've held off on writing a review for this place, but they're consistently terrible. It's as though every employee has been instructed to wear resting bitch face, and emulate some farcical caricature of a disgruntled employee. I have to agree with most of the reviewer, The Pharmacy has the worst service, one pharmacist who cares for customers is Ms D she's very kind an caring, knows how to teat people as well as doing her job. the rest of the folks working there need major an attitude adjustment and what customer service is , They feel like they're doing you a favor and not a service, oh and when they screw up as in Ms Jayne did don't wait for heart felt apologize, that would be pulling teeth. Worst pharmacy ever!!! Pharmacist and clerk very rude and uneducated. Impossible to get anything from here in a timely manner. I would highly suggest going down the block to the other pharmacy, helpful and sweet staff!! I transferred my prescriptions after several failed attempts here. Will never go back?? read more

Minute Clinic. $170-nurse practitioner-prescribed Advil. AND THEN SENT ANOTHER BILL FOR $70 for a strep test and I was never informed of a fee when I specifically addressed all charges. Absolutely horrible. My throat began to swell up worse after the visit and so by the time I could barely breath I went to see and actual MD and she gave me a steroid shot and a prescription for Tylenol with codeine, penicillin, and a steroid. The visit and the 3 prescriptions from a MD was $170!!! All visits I am quoting are without insurance used) Dr. Haley Nguyen. She was wonderful, much less expensive, and actual doctor, and very highly rated on Yelp, unlike this pharmacy. Shame on CVS for ripping people off like this and delivering poor healthcare at the same time. read more

They weren't rude, but I wanted to do an even exchange and was not able to. Even though I bought the product at a CVS pharmacy it wasn't THEIR'S so they couldn't exchange it without a receipt is what the employee said. It's only at CVS pharmacy that I've experienced this kind of bs. I literally wanted to exchange my item for another product that was the same price, same brand, and same purpose. I'm sorry but if I'm bringing in an unopened product that was purchased at another location, I should be able to exchange it. I wasn't asking for a refund. Also I vaguely remember a dispute in the past where somebody else was trying to make an even exchange for an item they had purchased at this location the day before but couldn't due to their bs policies, pretty sure they had the receipt too. Basically I think they just don't want to deal with the hassle and tell their customers they can't do anything which isn't right. I think I'll try to avoid CVS pharmacy because their return/exchange policies are horrible. read more

The pharmacy might be ok but they certainly don't know anything about the Minute Clinic or how to get a hold of them. They couldn't transfer the phone to them nor assist in any manner regarding that service. read more

Dont ho here unless you have atleast 2 hrs to wait!! Went to the clinic for a sinus infection! Waited 45 min after checking in and there were a couple of people before me that had already left! The dr came out and called a couple names off of the people who werent there anymore and then said that hes going to lunch for an hour. read more

Went there for what I already knew was ringworm. Got there to find out that they can't prescribe anything stronger than Lotrimin (over the counter for 9 bucks), because the person you see is no where close to being a doctor, or even a nurse. You can buy it literally anywhere. Walmart. Anywhere. She wrote me a script for some BS medicine, which I never filled. I paid a 35 dollar copay. I later received another 35 dollar bill for literally nothing. The woman spent maybe 5 minutes talking to me...took my blood pressure and temp for some reason. I wasn't sick...I had ringworm. And they charged me 80 dollars total. I could have gone to some emergency clinic and actually got an oral anti fungal for 100. Overpriced, useless, and misleading in what they are able to do. Their website specifically states that they treat ringworm. Take it down if all you can do is prescribe Lotrimin. Ridiculous. 80 dollars for FREAKING RINGWORM. Seriously the dumbest thing ever. read more

First of all I waited 1.5 hours to see the dr. When I did see her she barely spoke the whole visit. I was very detailed and emphasized how i had been waiting on a call back from my own dr but had been waiting over a week and also mentioned I was leaving town in a couple days and needed a quick prescription. Still she didn't say much. Doesn't tell me about what she's doing or finding out or what will be happening. She's asks for general info like my bday and address and silently fills out stuff on the computer and then asks for my copay. She asks me how I wanted to pay and I said cash. And then has the nerve to say well credit card would be better. After I paid she still doesn't say anything about what she's prescribing or if she was even prescribing me anything until I ask her when do I hear back from someone is my prescription going to be ready today?? She says no you will have to wait for results to come back in three or four days....... DID I NOT JUST SIT HERE FOR 20 MINUTES TELLING YOU ABOUT HOW IM GOING OUT OF TOWN AND THAT I NEEDED SOMETHING FAST. She basically just wanted me to pay then get out. What a waste of money and time. read more
