The older African American gentleman with the glasses follows me around the store just staring as if I was stealing. And it feels like racial profiling since I've gone when there's other people in the store and he only ever follows me. Even when I'm only grabbing one thing. He's also rude. A couple of times I've asked him to unlock something for me and he acts like it's a huge inconvenience, which I don't understand since he's following me anyways. He then stands right behind me at self checkout. If he's that pressed that I might steal something open the register and check me out there. It became so uncomfortable I asked my husband to get down with me just to get wipes to see if it was in my head, it was the exact same. I've switched to going here only if it's absolutely necessary since they "open late". Other than that the drive to another cvs isn't too bad. read more

The line takes forever! I could drive out of the way to shadow creek and check out faster than being at this place. I'm not sure why but it's consistently like this. One more register open would make a huge difference. I like to get out during my lunch break and this cvs is really close to me. I try to get some the high dollar savings items here. They never ever have any good sale items! Such a disappointment, I have to leave with all my unused coupons. I tried transferring a prescription to this place and they had no idea what to do to help me. They said I had to call the other pharmacy, so I did. I waited a few hours and called to see if the transfer was in process. They said the other pharmacy hadn't called them yet. So I call the other pharmacy back and they say they've already called. Oye! So I call them back but the phone just rang and rang and rang. I ended up canceling the transfer. read more

REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE ! My mom went today at 4:40pm to get some milk and soap because is the closest store to our house. The cashier had a long line but decided to gossip with another employee and a customer for a long time and not get the other customers through soo everyone could leave. What's the point of y'all been open when y'all ain't gonna do shit and gossip around and be lazy than working. This store has an incompetent photo department. This store will not check their inbox and send false "order complete" emails. Additionally, their management is poor. They would rather have their employees walk around the store and hide while one cashier handles a big line. By big I mean 7-9 people. CVS is not made for that. I prefer to go to the CVS on Buffalo Speedway and Main street. There they have adequate staffing and a better selection of products. Also, they actually have a competent photo department. read more

This CVS is always out of random items on their shelves and not just because of extreme couponers. The line moves like a snail and the cashiers hardly ever have a reasonable answer when I ask them simple questions like why isn't the coupon print-out machine working or where are all your baskets. I went in there once because I was having some type of allergic reaction in my eyes, I could barely see and they were burning and all watery. I went to the pharmacist - squinting and desperate - to ask what he suggested and he just pointed to the aisle for 'Eye Care' and told me to look over there. Really bruh? I can hardly even see you but you're telling me to "look" in the Eye Care section. Luckily, my sense of touch kicked into overdrive and I was able to feel my way to the aisle and find some eye drops for irritation. See you later! read more

The pharmacy is usually pretty efficient with filling scripts while you shop. I usually have like a 15 min wait because I try to use the same pharmacy every time. They use to stay open 24/7 but lately been closing at 1am. Red box located outside the store. Parking lot can be a bit congested during the daytime! read more

THE WORST. "Sorry ma'am. We're under-staffed today." I've been living near this pharmacy for three years and they have ALWAYS been short staffed. Ridiculous wait times. Came THREE times and they keep telling me my scripts will be ready tomorrow... Tomorrow... Always tomorrow! The last trip, I was told it would be ready Thursday.. Today, Saturday, it still isn't ready. 15 minute wait. Just awful!! A select few employees are nice but the most are quite rude. And I'm certain it's because those poor people are running around like chickens with their head cut off. DISORGANIZED. CROWDED. INACCURATE. AWFUL. Transferring all my scripts to another pharmacy. The rest of the store is just fine to me. But if you need scripts, run in the opposite direction! read more

Worst CVS they take for ever... I called in a prescription 3 PM they said it would be ready by 7. Got there at 7 still had to wait a hour in the store. Cash paying customer and the wait was crazy. The excuse was short staffed there was 6 people working and no customer line. I got my prescription no consultation given guess there were to busy. Get home information not printed on the bottle it just says delete. I had to call to find out the time and qty to take my medication. I have gone to CVS for many years this is the first and last time to visit this location. It is poorly run. read more

CVS Pharmacyon West Fuqua is a nightmare. It is the worst Pharmacy I have ever experienced or used. They are so unprofessional and not concerned about their customers at all. You will not get your medication field in a timely manner and that if they have the medication there. I had called in my pain medication and it was on back order so long that prescription had expired. My nurse had to call the Pharmacy they lied and told me that they didn't carry a prescription when they did have it they just where low and had to back order it. They never ordered it and when I called they told me that the drug was never called in from my doctor. So my nurse called me to tell me the truth that they had it but, the pharmacy had to reorder it because they where out. Why lie to me the customer. They had me upset at my doctor's office when the issue was them and their lazy tactics. If you truly want a headache go to this pharmacy. I'm reporting this incident to all sites that have a review because if I'd had known that this Pharmacy was so horrible I would have never gotten one prescription field. Trust me! read more
