Worst cvs in Houston. You only hire one person in the front to help 10+ people. Person in front of me is taking 10 + minutes to look up whatever information on the computer completely ignoring customers waiting behind. Chuks (pharmacist) and Chris (floor) displayed great courtesy and helpful teamwork. It made my trip to the pharmacy on a Sunday afternoon a easy, and surprisingly pleasant experience. CVS however really needs to make sure they provide the necessary pharmacy staff support to busy neighborhood stores like this one. read more

Horrible customer service!!!! The other day I was checking out and the girl was on her cell phone chatting the whole time she was ringing me up and I asked her a question and she answered me and then continued speaking Spanish on her phone, then as it was time to go she said Gracias instead of thank you keep in mind I speak 100% English and I am white rude rude rude and then I was there again today and when I walked in the girl almost walked past me so fast we Almost collided, and I had to literally stop!!! pharmacy staff are always over worked. They usually don't have some of my meds in stock, and it is a bitch trying to transfer a med to another CVS. And if I need to ask the pharmacist something. he is always rushing to get something else done, probably over worked by CVS. The stock on items is always low. I cant use my coupons because I have to buy say $15 worth of a type of item buy they only have 1 of the item i want. read more

I don't recommend this place, the managers are very discriminatory. I went to this CVS pharmacy to buy a pill for pain, and I tried to redeem a coupon from Pantene shampoo that I received in my email with $2.00 discount. The cashier told me that she is a manager and request me my CVS card, I showed the coupon from my email in my phone but she insisted on a CVS' card. When I insisted to redeem my coupon, she called other employee who speaks Spanish to translate to me what she was saying, like if I didn't understand English. Then she left and other manager "Terry" he told me the same, that I have to give the CVS card. I showed him again the reward that I received in my e-mail, but he told me that I need my card. I told him that $2.00 is not a big amount and if he can help me with that as a manager. In that moment I remembered other American customer before me was buying with a coupon from her phone and she bought and left the store. After I remember that, and facing me too much problems by the coupon, I said that all of that issues maybe is because I am Hispanic and make me feel that my English is not clear; but It's OK I'm just going to buy only the pills. The manager named Terry, hearing what I said got upset and was very rude with me and kicked me out of the store and refused to sell me the pills and told me that I can complaint anywhere and whoever, he didn't care and told me: you can call to 1800-CVS.
