This CVS location has lost a customer! They tried to charge me 89.99 for a humidifier which they didn't have a tag for that price. The shelf clearly states the price for 34.99 and the manager refused to honor the price. She said they must have moved it from its location so I calmly told her the highest humidifier shows for 75.99, I'll pay that. She still wouldn't even honor that price. Plain and simple, I'd rather take my money else where. I'll be sure to tell my friends and family about this location! Management sucks! read more

Great pharmacy personnel. Very helpful, nice, kind and patient. Always willing to answer questions. My prescriptions are typically ready shortly after leaving my doctor's office. And they always call right away if a medication needs to be ordered, which has never taken over 24 hours to arrive and be ready for pickup. read more

Dealing with this particular location's pharmacy can be painful at times. They always seem understaffed when it comes to assisting customers. It is actually faster to go into the store and stand in line than to use the drive through. An Rx drop off at the drive through can take 10 minutes. If you are trying to pick up your Rx prepare to wait. And wait. And wait. And then find out they didn't fill it because they had a question for the prescribing doctor or because of a hold up with insurance. Of course they didn't call the doctor to get the question answered or call the customer to resolve the insurance issue. They just tell you when you show up to pick up your prescription and have waited in line for a while. Unfortunately the competitor across the street offers pretty much the same experience. One redeeming quality about this location is that it does offer a RedBox kiosk at the front door. read more

I went through drive through and the person in the w in window was not wearing a mask. Ridiculous and irresponsible. I said "where is your mask?" " Right here on counter she says" "put it on!" She ignores me. I get home and call manager of pharamacy, and store manager and they say it is voluntary. Corporate headquarters is not requiring that. I call corporate and they say they will look into it. I will not use them again. How do I know my pills were not coughed on if none of the pharmacists are following guidelines! read more

This location is always busy. There are a lot of middle schoolers that hang out after school & parents take up the parking lot to meet their kids for pick up. There are often homeless outside the door. The pharmacy is poor at communicating with customers. They can't tell you when they are out of something or that there is an issue with insurance unlike other pharmacies for whatever reason. read more

Terrible customer service at pharmacy and general store counter. I've had several negative encounters . Pharmacists on duty are never helpful nor do they attempt to be. I was sent home twice without my medication because they couldn't find my prescription. Yet, i received a confirmation text from cvs that my order was ready at this location. On another visit I I asked the pharmacist (young middle eastern female) which sore throat medication she recommended out of the two I grabbed. She replied with a sarcastic laugh and said "just gargle salt water I guess" without making a single second of eye contact with me. General store clerks stand around at the cash register to socialize amongst themselves and when you attempt to check out they seem upset you interrupted their social hour. Walgreens across the street seriously dropped the ball (after 5 hours of waiting) so I called CVS to ask them to get the prescription from Walgreens. That was the only call I had to make, they took the prescription and filled it and was able to pick it up within an hour. Beautiful! read more

Haven't had issues with pharmacy yet thankfully but the 2/5 stars is for the terrible photo and front register staff. Called to inquire about 1 hour photos I sent in and received no notifications for. After being put on hold for 10 minutes to check, they hung up on me. Called back, waited 15 minutes for them to pick up phone only to be told they have no record of my order in their system even though I have an order number from online. Said there was nothing they could do to assist further. Called corporate number, who resent the order to the store and even called the photo staff at this location to try to resolve the issue. Still have 2 pending photo orders that haven't gone through and nothing I can do. This CVS sucks. I just want my photos. Why is it so hard?! Also, never try to use manufacturer coupons here. They make your life so difficult at the front register when you try. It's as if you're taking money from them when you're just using valid coupons... read more

I go here twice a month every month at least... The pharmacy is good, actually in about the past 5 months it has gotten much better I guess they finally realized they do enough business to staff around 5 people there vs 2. Not usually a ton of sale or clearance items at the store but I can image the turn over in products is pretty high. The Walgreens across the street sucks as far as the pharmacy, maybe the new one will be better, but I assume not as they probably kept their same staff! read more

This is the most disorganized pharmacy I've ever seen. I set up auto-refill but it didn't "work" most of the time. They changed my prescription once without notifying me meaning that I went from paying ~$15 to $50 without any kind of notice even though they claim that I should've received a call. I've wasted a lot of time here and cannot wait to move pharmacies. read more

After telling me they were going to re run my insurance, I sat and waited for AN HOUR. I got back in line to ask if they forgot about me. If this sounds like a rant to you, deal with it. It's a statement of facts: I had to start using CVS 1/1/2011 because our prescription service changed with the new year. Either online pharmacy or any CVS pharmacy. They never have any of my medicines in stock, all have to be special ordered (and the medicines aren't that unusual, Target and Kroeger had them all the time); the lines at the pharmacy are long long long!! They will wait on people who drive up in cars before they wait on the customer in front of them in the store. Twice I've had to leave and get my car and drive up to the drive through to get waited on after waiting in line for over 25 minutes.; They don't heed the directions of my insurance: 90 days of medicine at a time. If I order a long term medicine instead of giving me 90 days worth of medicine they give me 30 days of medicine. I haven't thought to remind them. Now I have to go back to my doctor and get new prescriptions because when the insurance company refused to fill any more prescriptions there was only one more month left on the prescription. There has to be 90 days left in order for them to fill the prescription. How hard does this have to be? I've NEVER run into this problem with any other pharmacy or drug store! Abhorrent customer service. I selected this CVS location as a UPS delivery site for an expensive item I needed expedited from Best Buy. I got the notification from Best Buy that it had been delivered, but when I arrived at the store they told me they REFUSED THE PACKAGE ?? Guess what happens when it is refused- UPS marks it like I refused delivery and it gets returned to Best Buy even though I, the ACTUAL owner of the item, had no input in this situation. I drove to the UPS store to figure out how to reroute my package but at that point they said it was already on its way back and to deal directly with Best Buy. Luckily, Best Buy is expediting a new package back to me (NOT TO CVS THOUGH BECAUSE Y'ALL ALREADY FAILED AT THE FIRST ATTEMPT!). Unfortunately I did have to purchase the second item and will be waiting for the refund in 2-3 weeks when the erroneously returned one gets processed as a return. So now I am out over $400 for a few weeks, didn't get what I needed on time, and the icing on the cake is that I had a couple of skincare items I was also wanting to purchase while I picked up my order and after informing me they had played god with my package the associate left me standing at the check out counter with my items and moved on to help the next customer so I left without my face wash and now I have a pimple. In a time when a lot of people are out of work and looking for jobs you would think the people who still had them would try a little harder. read more

If you enjoy waiting in lines for long period of time due because of understaffed pharmacy group that doesn't appear to do a very good job of prioritizing, then this a five star establishment. For those that just want to drop off or pick up a px and get on with life, this place is the worst. The wait is always long, but tonight they hit a new record - 3 people in line, 45 minutes to get to the counter in order pick up the px which had been filled for hours. The checkout took an additional 10 min so I spent 1 hour just waiting to pay for a previously filled px. read more

Hands down this is the worst pharmacy staff i have ever encountered. The entire staff thats here tonight needs to be replaced. Every single individual thats in line has had an issue with this staff. They cant get anything right and every single person has walked away upset due to this staff. If walmart and walgreens wasnt back ordered on this medicine i would even be here. This is probably the worst CVS I have been to. The staff at the front register is very rude. Last time I went to pick up my prescription there was a line of 15 people waiting. It took me 30 minutes plus to wait in line after waiting for about 1 hour for me prescription to be filled back home ...Only one pharmacy attendant was working. They had a huge pile of prescriptions to be filed away. I even noticed an attendant shopping in the cosmetics aisle. Very disorganized. In general store is very unkept especially outside garbage is overflowing etc. etc. etc. read more

WORST cvs pharmacy I have ever used! I've used cvs for over 8 years to fill all of my prescriptions and never had a major issue that is until I transferred to this location. Every single month there's another issue. The latest issues: suddenly deactivating my text message updates which I use as reminders to pick up a refill for the last 2+ years. They not only unexpectedly deactivate those messages but didn't tell me I was out of a prescription I take daily. It's been a week since I've been out and repeatedly have to call to check on the status. I'm very close to pulling all the prescriptions and having them sent across the street to Walgreens read more

I've been using this CVX pharmacy for about 4 years now. It seems to have gotten much worse in the last year or so. There are always long lines and slow service. I am now averaging 15-20 minutes wait time just to get to the counter. It's unfortunate because I live so close by, and I will have to change my prescriptions to another place, but I think it's worth it at this point. read more

Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT waste your time going to this pharmacy!! Like the majority of the reviews state, and I will now agree with, the staff from the Pharmacy Tech to the Manager are RUDE and INCOMPETENT. I took three prescriptions in to fill, all being from the same doctor and same date, dropped them off and when I returned home the pharmacy tech was calling me to state they could not fill one of the prescriptions because they could not read. I asked them if they could just call the doctor to find out exactly what it says and was told NO, I would have to drive back to the doctor's office, which is on the other side of town, and have them rewrite the prescription. I was appauld by the response and lack of compassion and respect given to me as a "paying customer", that I returned to the CVS pharmacy and requested all three prescriptions back and that I would take my business elsewhere. Needless to say, I went across the street to the Walgreens and had all three filled without any issues and was treated like a human being. So please, a word of advise, STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this pharmacy unless you want to deal with the aggregation and humility that obviously most customers have had to deal with. This place is a joke and a sorry excuse for a pharmacy. read more
