My youngest requires compounded medications due to their extensive medical needs. Lenny and everyone there always gets it right and always reaches out to the doctors and insurance if they need any additional information. Lenny's also helped the rest of our family to track down very important prescription medications that no other pharmacies could obtain, not the big box pharmacy chains and not even the few small independent family pharmacies close to our home. They always go above and beyond to help. There was one time a few years back when Epi-pens were impossible to locate anywhere. Lenny happened to have some in the pharmacy and set 2 aside for my son and I as he knows what severe allergies we both have. We hadn't contacted him looking for them but he knew from our records that was something we definitely both needed. I was very impressed at how far they went out of their way for my youngest and I. Consideration and kindness like this is not something a big box pharmacy is going to provide. I've also found a number of hard to find non-pharmacy items there, like unscented deodorant, unscented soaps and other similar products, dye free OTC medicines and different DME products. The prices on those items were excellent. We live out by Fair Haven but I'd drive anywhere for service like this. I can't recommend them enough!

Produce sections has really gone south so to speak. Avocados have fingernail gouges, the lettuce is brown, there is barely walking area, don't get me started on the meat section or that they decided to move everything around- which is fine, change it to try to keep shoppers in longer.. but OPEN ALL THE SELF CHECK OUT STANDS OKAY!!!!!!!! ALso, this whole new section for cosmetics and stuff- when I need to buy anything in that section, I also have to pay for it before I can continue on my way to other parts of the store!! and hold on to that precious receipt. Look I get it costs are high everywhere, but this is getting ridiculous and the inventory is lacking and when they are restocking- why are the pallets in the walkways? the aisles, everywhere, its like massive u-turns every where I am heading, I cannot be the only one feeling this way. Also that Sparks delivery check out- that should not be, I have been is this store often enough and not seen any "Sparks".

The genius monitoring the area wouldn't let anyone use the completely empty lane reserved for their Sparks Delivery Drivers who apparently shop for you and deliver (and put away) your food purchases inside your home. That's a big no thank you... but back to my original point. Even though no driver was using the reserved lane the min-wage sentinel refused to let anyone use it. I love employees with zero autonomy and less common sense. Keep it up Walmart. One sparkless star.

I stood there at…read morethe pharmacy for 15 minutes unnoticed until they heard me tell the guy behind me what was going on. It was around 5:15. I needed 20 tabs of doxy. I used to go to rite aide and they would fill it because I walked in they say give us 15 mins. Well Walgreens told me to come back at 6:30..... I said why? I'm here now .. he said I need to come back later .. I said what if I waited I. These chairs.. he said I'd be waiting until 6:30. I said can I get a flu shot... he said we schedule those and I said what for 6:30? This place is a complete joke... why do they even have chairs to sit in if you have to wait an hour and a half to fill 20 tabs. I used to work as a tech at rite aide.... It's not that hard or time consuming to get it filled as the patient is in front of you needed relief from antibiotics. I had everything transferred to future pharmacy that place is terrible and forget even trying to get anyone on the phones

I went to go pick up two prescriptions, one of which was filled, but the other wasn't. I was told…read morethat they would not fill the script because there is an OTC option available. I looked in store, and there was no OTC option available at all. I took a look online, and Walgreens does not even offer that product. I am not sure why my script was refused to be filled for an OTC that they do not carry. Why the pharmacist did not just ask if I would like it filled regardless is beyond me, and it's a sign of disregard for my medical needs. Any time your doctor sends a script, and they tell you it should be ready by the time you get there, you still have to wait a minimum of twenty minutes. Sometimes you're told to wait while they help others behind you. If you call ahead, that does not change anything. If you are a day late, you have to wait for a refill. Honestly, pharmacists get paid way too much to treat their patients poorly, and I think no one should use this pharmacy in its current state. I have used this pharmacy for years and service has only gotten worse.

so i go here a ton. the reason for the four stars instead of five is due to the occurrence of…read moretoday. i walk into the store and the person at the front was very nice and welcomed my mom and me into the store and helped us with finding some isles his name was jamie. when checking out there was a different guy there who's name i can't remember but it was not jamie. but while checking out i was buying some skin care products and on one of my skin care products there was a coupon on it and i tried to use the coupon because it was five dollars off and who doesn't want to save some money. and the guy said it was expired so he called over james and james was kinda rude and wouldn't let me use it even though it was on the product. i'm disappointed just because it was on the product i got and it's not my fault it was on there. if it was expired why would they be promoting it?
