    This is a good place to shop , you have many choices in what you want to buy.The prices are fare compared to many stores. I find they have more stock than most stores and most of the time you can find an associate. The check out is not available until 11am with a life cashier but, like everyone else I am getting used to scanning and bagging my own things. I am 70 and it gets a little tuff at times I wish they had a senior register for those hours, at least one and handicap people too need the register too. I shop for food not clothes, they look great and reasonable but that's not my reason for shopping there. Try the store you will like it

    So I purchased an apple gift card from Walmart 7/20/23 spoke to cortney your store manager who told me to call cooperate . When I asked her for the number she sat here and stated she didn't know the number to call 1800 Walmart didn't make any amept in trying to help me solve the matter when your selling the product out of your store .FYI that's Evers store policy if you buy any type of gift card and there's an issue for it to return it to the place you purchased it from then wants to sit here and agate because they couldn't do anything . Well I contacted your cooperate office who literally sat here and told me to go back into the store and get the gift card returned for another one boy oh boy well Walmart in Howell have news for you that's not what cooperate says after speaking to them on the phone .

    Cake cancellation

    I ordered a cake for my daughter about a week ago. I was going to pick up the cake at 8am, thank god I checked my email. 7:20am same day of pick up which was in 40 minutes my order was cancelled. I understand emergencies happen but they need to have a back up plan for moments like this! Less than an hour of pick up time and my cake is cancelled and I'm stuck trying to find a birthday cake for my daughter's birthday party which is in 5 hrs!!! The lady on the phone was rude and nasty when I called! I would have been fine with picking it up a little later or something but no options or care given for the customer! They had no one the replace the baker! How about outsourcing to another Walmart or something I would have driven to another Walmart! Idk like I said I understand emergencies happen but at least have a back up plan for those moments or at least have sympathy for the customer who felt bad for the baker and understood, but when rudeness is given I'm going to give it back it's not my fault your baker had an emergency!

    Let me play the pity card and beg outside for hours instead of seeking work to feed my "3Kids"

    This Walmart is the stereotypical Walmart, when you enter you see some of the nastiest looking people, weirdest people, and see the weirdest things. Also, the store is usually pretty crowded so nothing is ever stocked on the shelfs. Gatorades that are stocked on the shelfs are always damaged. Since the store is usually pretty crowded and only have 1 or 2 registers open to check out it takes forever. Self checkout usually has a long line as well it is irritating when you only have a few things and have to wait 10 minutes to pay and leave. Not the best of places I wouldn't suggest this place to go to. Shop at your local farmers market and other small businesses. This Wal-Mart even has people begging outside for your groceries.

    The stores were fully stocked, but they did seem to be a little low on staff last night. They also have pretty cheap pricing!

    I have been trying to call walmar in Howell all afternoon. NO ONE WILL ANSWER THE PHONE. I left some grocery items behind that I paid for .

    Never enough registers open. Employees are rude. This store is just a matter of convenience, quite frankly.

    I want to share my outstanding, shopping experience at Rielo, hoping it will benefit others as…read morewell. Earlier today, I went there looking for a few pairs of pants and suits. I was hoping for a LOT OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Not only would I need assistance with sizing, but I would need feedback on other important details as well. (I want to preface that over the years I have shopped at many places and have come to realize that the sort of customer service I am looking for is possibly unrealistic. Even in some places, where I have been, where they actually do give customers more attention, it has its limit. If they answer your questions, they are distracted. If they help you with sizing, they do it casually and not carefully. If there is a problem with a suit, they say, "Oh, it's fine! You can just do XYZ to make it work," instead of taking the time to find a better option. Basically, I had high hopes to find something more than the stores I was used to.) Upon walking in to Rielo, I first told them that I was looking for a few pairs of pants. They responded courteously, measured me, and gave me multiple pants so that I could find which ones fit best. For many of these pants, I asked for feedback with sizing and overall look. To my delight, they were always happy to assist me. They offered advice on everything I asked about, as if it were just as important to them. It was a pleasure that my inquiries were being given so much undivided attention. My goal became theirs. I knew that I would be getting fitted pants that also looked great. We narrowed the options down to the best ones, and then discussed how many of each I would like. Next, I told them that I needed suits. After being measured, I tried on a number of jackets, to find which of them fits the best. (By doing this, I realized that they didn't just want me to have clothes that more-or-less fit, but they wanted me to look my best.) I told them I wanted their honest opinion about sizing and the overall look regarding the suits, and they came through like before. They noticed what didn't fit or didn't look so nice on me, even when I didn't pick up on it. They went to get more options, even if it meant they would have to look around more. I could tell that they were being honest when they said something was good. Soon enough, I had the best suits and pants. Truthfully, I was a little nervous about HOW MUCH EVERYTHING WOULD COST. I was a little desperate for more clothing and was short on time to go anywhere else. So I felt that under the circumstances I would have to stretch my wallet. However, I was surprised and relieved to hear that this was not going to be the case. To get a sense of my price-expectations, I am used to spending $20 on pants that are decent quality and are not fitted so well. The pants I bought at Rielo were $30 each. For me, the $10 extra per pants was spent on excellent customer service to ensure the pants were fitted and looked good, and on the quality, which I could tell was much better than I was used to. Well worth it! Regarding the suits, I still remember what it was like to get a good quality suit at Syms for under $200. Since they closed, I have not been able to bring myself to shop at the pricey places and have been buying decent suits at a bargain. Today, I found that I could once again buy a real, good quality suit for under $200. (That is what each suit cost me.) While I was there, I was asking them about their store, and they told me about how their goal is to provide GREAT QUALITY clothing at a reasonable cost. For myself, I found that to be true. They told me about how they do extensive research in order to give the customer the best selection. One of the workers there even went to Italy to examine different black hats. He went there to find black hats that match the high end ones but that only cost half as much to the customer. They indeed found such hats and have them at the store. To wrap up, I encourage others to see for themselves the superb customer service at Rielo. Since they also offer quality clothing at a reasonable cost, you're not even sacrificing anything for the service! This is my new place to shop for clothing. I only wish I had been shopping here already.

Prior to my appointment, I even contacted the designer in California and was told that Diane & Co should at least have fabric swatches available if I decided to order through them. When I arrived for my appointment, there was already an uncomfortable situation unfolding in the store involving another customer and a disputed sale. While I chose to overlook that and proceed with my appointment, the overall experience only declined from there. The owner greeted me abruptly and, after I showed her an inspiration photo, immediately told me that a ball gown "would not look good" on me--an unnecessary and unprofessional comment. I then worked with a sales associate, who informed me that the dress I was looking for had just been sold. She proceeded to bring out two heavy, winter-style gowns that were completely inconsistent with what I had described (a formal summer garden wedding) and in a size (16) that did not match mine (4). Despite being told the store carries thousands of dresses, I was ultimately told there was nothing suitable for me. Given my budget of up to $3,000, this was both surprising and disappointing. Having worked in the retail and service industry myself, I can honestly say this was one of the most discouraging and unprofessional shopping experiences I've had. I left feeling dismissed rather than assisted. I ended up going to Emily's Boutique, where the experience could not have been more different--welcoming, attentive, and ultimately successful, as I found the perfect gown. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Diane & Company to others looking for a positive, customer-focused shopping experience.
