I had been using CVS Wrightstown but their Rx pricing was ever increasing and finally I called Jerry. the price for mt Rx was $90+ at CVS and $12 at Whitman , after insurance plan. This is my new go to place, even if the front of store stuff turns out to be a bit more expensive....which it may or may not be. I went in looking for an ankle brace and the pharmacists immediately asked if I needed help and got someone to come onto the floor to help measure me for an ankle brace with a tape measure. She gave me two different sizes to try and helped me pick an appropriate option for my injury. She let me try them on and test which one worked best for me. Overall, I had a great experience here and they do have a lot of medical supplies more than your average drug store. I definitely can not recommend them enough due to their kindness and willingness to help. If I lived in town I would for sure make this my regular pharmacy.

They answer the phone, I no longer wait for an hour (literally) and get disconnecte. The staff is wonderful and treat their customers with kindness and compassio. They offer in store pick up or 2 day delivery which is great incase you can not make it there in time, they close at 5 daily. I have opted for both in-store pick up or delivery. Today, I stopped in to pick up a prescription and was disappointed once again by the lack of courtesy and professionalism. There was one person at the counseling window, one car at the drive-thru, three customers at the island, and no one actively at the main counter when I approached. The staff member abruptly shouted, "I CAN TAKE THE NEXT PERSON!"--with no greeting or acknowledgment. When I stepped forward, she immediately demanded, "LAST NAME. DATE OF BIRTH," without a single polite phrase or tone. I mentioned I was picking up three prescriptions. She bluntly responded, "There is only one," and made no effort to look further or offer assistance in checking for the others. There was no conversation, no attempt to be helpful--just short, clipped commands. At checkout, she barked, "SIGN THE PAD!" again with no pleasantries or basic customer courtesy. The transaction ended without even a "thank you" or any closing acknowledgment. With so many options now available--from online pharmacies to in-store services at Target and grocery chains--you'd expect CVS to prioritize customer experience. Unfortunately, this visit reflects a serious lack of care and training in customer interaction. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made.

This is the best of the 3 CVS's in Doylestown "proper". The…read moreone on Ferry Road is super slow. The one near the Giant (CrossKeys Plaza) is fine. The one here (South Main Street) has friendlier staff and I can get in and out the quickest. I am thankful that my "little" home town has grown enough to support 3 CVS locations. How times have changed.
