Upon visiting the store today a young woman who works there was crouched by the carts unmasked making it impossible to enter the store and maintain a 6 foot social distance. Two people working on the floor were wearing face shields rather than masks and handling all types of products. No one is monitoring the number of customers entering the store. Finally, two men who appeared to be managers were walking the wrong way down a one way aisle. So basically other than mostly wearing masks an example of what not to do. I called to alert the managers to this unacceptable behavior, looking only for an "I'll look into it". As a manager, you should be open to ways in which your team can improve.
