My experience at this CVS varies a lot. The staff is so extreme with it being either SUPER friendly…read morestaff or very unfriendly staff. I appreciate that I get tons of coupons almost every time I make a purchase at CVS. However it is sad that CVS is so wasteful with paper at the same time. The pharmacy is overall typically on top of things. I personally would suggest going in on a weekday when they are less busy. There are two pharmacist in particular I recognize when I go in that are extremely friendly. CVS has a lot of overpriced items that I would personally rather just buy on AMAZON. However after major holidays a lot of their seasonal products go on sale, and are sold at an excellent price. I have gotten tons of cute items from this CVS such as a musical Mickey's 90th Birthday celebration Christmas decoration, Charlie Brown Christmas tree, etc. The location is great because Publix is only a few feet away. Sometimes I like to grab my groceries first then make a quick run into CVS.

There is never enough staff on duty. The pharmacy is always understaffed and the online system does not work correctly 95% of the time. Whenever the pharmacist sends prescriptions to the central pharmacy in Orlando, I never get my refills for at least 2-3 days and at times, like right now, it is going to be 5-6 days. Some of the people who work at the pharmacy window are downright rude and it is not unusual to have to sit in the drive through line for up to 15 minutes when there are only 2 cars ahead of you. When I called to ask about a prescription, the pharmacist (I presume) kept trying to talk over me when I tried to explain to him when I put in the request, the MD refilled it, and the fact that I knew why and how it went to Orlando for refill. When he finally said he could give me a partial fill, I check the website only to find "temporarily closed"! As I said, the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever used. Computer system goes down frequently or no staff to work, so the pharmacy has to close. Don't use this pharmacy, if possible. I may change soon.

I had a CVS call Poincianna Walgreens to get a script transferred, the…read morePointcianna Walgreens that could see the script in their system said call Grady Mock Walgreens because they are open until 8. Think about that, if Grady Mock was open, it was 6:40 pm then, I would go to Grady Mock instead of CVS, but Grady closed at 6 while their internal system said was open to 8. The only reason I was telling CVS to call Poincianna was that was the only open Walgreens in the area on a Saturday after 6 pm so they could transfer the script. (Poincianna is an hour from me) Result -- CVS calls Grady Mock, gets no answer. So I call Poincianna Walgreens which tells me they told CVS to call GRady Mock (even though they are staring at the script in their system) and of course since Walgreens caused the delay they also refused to fix it by calling CVS. So I call CVS and ask them to call again Walgreens. Turns out Walgreens internal data on store hours is wrong. But they 'care' about you. Sure. Walgreens pretends to be National but they are only owned that way; after that they are local. Then there is the new computer system they are using to better allocate inventory sending my Wife's rare med to another Walgreens 90 minutes away. They're incompetent.
