Appointment scheduled at 930AM and the pharmacy was CLOSED. Checked in for my vaccination at 9:25AM as instructed and waited until 9:45AM. Not one person came to help while there were several employees working. There was also 3 managers standing in a circle and they made eye contact with me as I was in the waiting area and did not say a thing to me so I got up and left. Their store then cancelled my appointment claiming it was an issue with my insurance, which I can assure you this is false. Unprofessional, unorganized, and shady practices. Will never go back to this location. read more

Great experience getting my second dose covid shot here. Huge difference from another CVS location I went to in Yonkers for my first (check my review on that). Everyone at the pharmacy was super friendly. The only thing that would have made my experience here even better was not waiting as long as I did. I waited almost 25 min for the pharmacist to get to me after my scheduled time. However, in her defense, I believe it was around her lunch time, and they were also pretty busy in general with prescriptions and regular customers. She did make an effort to apologize for the wait though- a huge step up from the other pharmacist I encountered at the other location. This pharmacist was great! She was friendly and personable. She asked me if I had any questions or concerns and she was able to ease my fear and hesitation around the whole Covid vaccine issue that I have. After the vaccine was done she gave me a timer for 15 minutes to wait around for monitoring. They even have a "minute clinic" at this location which I never really saw at other CVS' I've frequented. The lady who works concierge at the minute clinic, (which I believe is similar to an urgent care, although maybe they don't offer as many services) did mention that they are sometimes short on NPs so to call and make sure a medical professional is available that day before you show up. Otherwise, great CVS location and they look to be very well stocked and clean! If I lived just a tiny bit closer this would have been my go to CVS location. read more

Avoid this place like the plague. The staff are not helpful, and nobody seems to care. There is no such thing as customer service here. For example, I was supposed to get a prescription delivered, and when it did not arrive by the end of the second day , I called. I got vague answers about if and when my medicine would be delivered. Very frustrating. They kept saying that "it is an outside company that delivers...." Then don't advertise that you provide delivery service. I try to use private pharmacies in the area. Immunizations given there are not recorded properly in the NY State database, and there is difficulty getting records of shots. read more

This branch states they have delivery of prescriptions available. My doctor called in a prescription early in the afternoon. I was told that I had missed that day's delivery, and I would have to wait until the next day. When by 4PM the next day I had not gotten delivery, I called to see what the problem was. I could not get a straight answer about when I was going to get my medicine. The person on the phone was vague and not concerned with assisting me. She said things like "it is in the computer...." "we use an outside service". She finally admitted that the delivery service "didn't show up yesterday or today..." . I ended up having it picked up. This CVS should not advertise that they deliver if there is no way of providing this service. There was a delay in my treatment as a result. If I did not call, my prescription would be still sitting there. The staff seemed uncaring. The pizzeria up the street does a better job of providing good customer service and tracking deliveries. read more

Entering this pharmacy we were greeted by Wendy, the consierge who immediately introduced us to the pharmacist in order to get our annual flu shots. This was impressive as it made the entire experience first rate. Having never been to this location before I had no idea what to expect and after speaking with the pharmacist last week and meeting her , I'm glad that I was able to connect with someone knowledgeable and aware of patient needs. My husband received the flu shot but I needed one without egg protein and the pharmacist said there were 2. Flublok is the one she said would' be perfect for me. No side effects at all and I barely felt the shot. Sometimes in life you are lucky enough to meet people that really care about the patients they meet. I also met Heather the other consierge and was equally impressed with her as she explained how the mini clinic works should we need it. Thank you for making this experience outstanding. 0 stars if I could. Staff at pharmacy are the worst. Can't figure out how to transfer scripts from one cvs to another. I even had the doctor send a new prescription and they couldn't figure it out. Called another cvs who literally said the staff at this cvs were idiots for being unable to figure out how to do such a simple thing ( I swear I am not paraphrasing). Never apologized once for being unwilling to help (they are the ones who told me to call the other cvs myself). I would do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy (even another cvs if you have to). read more

Horrible experience. Teach your employees at the register how to treat a paying customer. Opted to go to the employee at the register to check out and asked for a bag for my items just to have her shove a bag my way. Where is the customer service? If a customer asks for a bag you should pack them and not act like it's a hassle. Nasty attitude as well... Please hire more mature employees that can treat customers with the proper respect they deserve when they bring you business. Thank you. read more

I love going to this CVS. It is 24/7 which is the best and I've never had a problem. Staff are friendly. Never had a problem going to this CVS. I honestly would recommend going to this CVS if you're in the mamaroneck/ larchmont location. read more

This review is for the Minute Clinic at this CVS. I was there today with my 4 year-old son and thought that the person who saw him (not sure if she was a nurse practitioner or Physician's Assistant) was very good. She was very good at dealing with a small child and did not rush us out. Also, I love the website feature that allowed me to see wait times at the various Minute Clinics in my area (sooooo nice not to wait, especially when with a child). read more

Visited this clinic location (as well as a few other locations in Westchester, NY ) with my family to inquire about hours and to schedule flu shots. We wanted to get our shots in early September but none of the pediatricians or primary care doctors in our area would receive the flu vaccination until October (the height of flu season). Initially another CVS location was a bit aggressive and wanted us to have our shot a different day than our child. Our child needed to be seen by Minute Clinic Staff because the CVS pharmacist was not licensed to vaccinate children. We prefer to have our shots administered to all our family members at the same time so politely declined. We were told we didn't need an appointment, could walk in and just sign our child into the computer station - which we eventually did. The individual spent a good 30 minutes talking to the previous patients, so we knocked on the door to alert her we were waiting to be seen before closing. She finished up with her patients and administered the flu shot to our child several minutes later. We (adults) received our shot from the CVS pharmacist immediately afterward and we all went home. Literally that evening our child had a fever of over 100 degrees, chills and body aches so we administered Children's liquid Tylenol. The next day one of us (adults) began coughing excessively, had a fever and major upper respiratory issues. After several weeks of feeling sick and not getting better, we went to primary care physician who diagnosed us with Pertussis (or whooping cough). We have never been so ill after receiving a flu shot!!! If you are considering getting your flu shot here, have everyone in your family vaccinated at the same time to avoid getting family members sick. We gave two stars because two out of three of us became extremely sick after receiving our flu shot here. We will opt to receive our flu shot elsewhere next year... **Update 10/26/18: One of our family members is still having issues with their lungs and being treated by specialists for over a year after receiving a flu shot. We have decided to discontinue using CVS services for any medical or shopping needs. read more

Its not the pharmacy I have an issue with, its the sales people, especially the woman in cosmetics. Long dark hair, always looking over your shoulder. She keeps recommending things even after I tell her IM ok. She tries to up sell me. And a few weeks ago she recommended Rosy Tone moisturizer (think Helen Mirren). This is for old women. I am not old and I felt insulted. I finally called her on the up selling and told her to go away. Makes shopping there not as fun. read more
