I have been going to this drugstore for 23 years and I've seen employees come and go. One thing for sure I've come across several employees in that time spand. So take this for what it's worth. The employees here are customer driven and customer service is status quo. I've never had a bad experience here. Although I've had an incident when communication was a challenge but that was nothing to complain about. I know that navigating the aisles can be a bit challenging due to the employees are labeling the produce and restocking the shelves and carts are blocking the aisles. Just say EXCUSE me and keep it moving. Now why did I capitalize the word excuse, because people need to use yhat word more often. The phrase is not, I'M SORRY, it's EXCUSE ME!! I no longer shop at CVS due to their persistent self service tactics but some people like that service. May I be a little selfish and say that I don't work there as a cashier.... Nevermind, I'll get off my soap box and tell you about a pro tip. Pro Tip- If you have a big ticket item, hold your receipt if you have a problem with said item, don't let the subordinates handle it, go directly to the person in charge and build a good repore with them. The new phone tree CVS has put in place is AWFUL! No one at this pharmacy returns calls or picks ip the phone. Use any other pharmacy if possible. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

I am a Larchmont resident and live 3 blocks from this CVS so it's convenient, however their service and cleanliness factor leaves a lot to be desired. I just had major surgery and they don't have the pain medication that my Dr sent in, they said they wouldn't have it ready for 48 hrs. they didn't provide an alternative nor offered any other option... cleanless factor als so is not good. This location requires an update, at a minimum they need to wash the carpets read more

Worst pharmacy experience ever. Never pick up the phone, close for lunch in the middle of day like it's the 1950's, and pharmacy staff all aggressively rude to customers. Use Amazon, Larchmont Pharmacy, or literally any other location besides this store. read more

Well, it's a CVS, so you get what they offer - a clean, well stocked store with good prices. Not fancy but steady and utilitarian. There are literally four CVS stores within a 2 mile radius of my house but this one is my favorite despite the relatively tight hours they're open. It's smaller than the others but cleaner and the lines always seem to move more quickly here. read more

I have been going to this CVS for several years. Not sure what happened because it is impossible to now get meds here. I had 3 prescriptions that were "in process" for several days. I tried calling the pharmacy but no one answers the phone. I had to have my husband go down there to beg the pharmacist to fill my prescriptions. It took almost an hour. It shouldnt take this much effort to have routine prescriptions filled. read more

Worst CVS in the area, staff is rude and treats all adult customers as though they are going to steal from them, even though it is Larchmont. Poor selection and small store. Other CVS in the area are far better and worth going out of your way to go to instead of this one, which only gets customers because of its location. read more

If there could be less stars to express my dissatisfaction with this CVS location I would use it. Issues Dirty location, not sufficient lighting, crooked and uneven floors Staff is unfriendly, unhelpful and doesn't provide any guidance HSA doesn't work at this location, postnet declines it. Left the pharmacy and called the HSA and validated I have sufficient balance in it for purchases. Had the same issue at CVS pharmacy in New Rochelle Finally, NONE of the CVS staff members I this and other US locations (including Florida) help you save on medication. Since I don't live near here, I only run in for occasional health related items, tissues, antacids, chocolate. I usually find the store to be missing huge sections of product and poorly staffed at the registers. The one great thing is the municipal parking lot next to the store. It's sometimes full with shoppers or locals eating at some of the nearby restaurants, but if you time your visit, you can park right next to the store. CVS, step it up! read more
