99% of the staff are so helpful and truly care about the customers. The pharmacist there is not only highly knowledgeable, efficient, compassionate and kind but she is STUNNING (queen with the british accent). My goodness, even my son and niece (age 9/10) noticed her and said she looks like a barbie doll LOL! Yes thats not related to pharma but I need to give all credit where its due! But really Ive never met a more caring Pharmacist, she goes out of her way to address questions thoroughly and with all the customers she has I have no freakin idea how she remembers off the top of her head what meds I was on, waiting on, was backlogged from months ago or what not. So surprising and just goes to show how seriously she takes her job and her customers. I am GRATEFUL. Yes it can get busy, I usually go in the morning or early afternoon, as it can be a bit of a wait once school is out. I get my meds promptly and feel like the staff cares and has my best interest at heart, thats all that matters! Thank you CVS pharma team! read more

I had a very disappointing experience with this CVS pharmacy. I called multiple times, but no one answered the regular phone line. Out of curiosity, I called the doctor line, and they answered immediately. When I explained that I was trying to reach the pharmacy, I was told I would have to wait because I was not a doctor. To make matters worse, their lunch break is posted as 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., but they didn't reopen until about 2:10 p.m. By then, there was already a long line of customers waiting. It's frustrating to see different treatment depending on who is calling, and the delayed reopening only made the wait even longer. I expect better customer service and more respect for customers' time. read more

This CVS is located inside Target. So far I haven't been liking the service when I have to pick up my prescription. There is only one cashier, service is slow and the line is always long. I picked this location because it is convenient and close to where I live but I think I'm better off going to the actual CVS store because service there seems way better. read more

I was in a line not even 5pm yet n she helping another customer on front of me didn't done it n I still waiting after 5pm she said do you pick up description I said yes and she said we are close Jus helping last customer!!! Went visit my friends in the area and noticed I didn't bring enough medication. Ran down to the pharmacy and get refill earlier than my normal schedule. Technician/Pharmacist was patience and able to contact doctor's office to get authorization. The pharmacy seemed very busy and glad they could help. read more

Nice people work at this Pharmacy inside Target Store, Lathrop, CA. In person, my son made request to CVS to transfer important medication prescriptions from Costco, Manteca Pharm to CVS, Lathrop Pharm. He was told he'd be notified via Text within 24hours when prescriptions were ready (prescription carrier: Express Scripts). However, after three days he did not receive a text regarding prescription status. I called CVS on his behalf to check status. Told by Intern he could not find anything in database about transfer. Thank goodness he/Intern had the wherewithal to transfer my call to a Tech. Technician Dee located transfer request made three days earlier. She offered to re-submit transfer request to Costco. I will check at end of day if FAX request was sent & its status. What a darn fiasco. Makes grateful to be a member of Kaiser HMO. read more

I gave them one star because zero is not an option. My husband went in to get a box of cold medicine. He showed the pharmacist a picture of the box. Since it is kept behind the counter the rude gentleman was required to get it. He held up the box and rang it right up. When my husband brought it home it was the wrong one. My husband went back and was not allowed to purchase the right medication and they would not take it back. I went down and was told by the same rude man that he showed my husband the box and he bought it. So basically it's my husbands fault the pharmacist made a mistake. read more

So I called to have some prescriptions transfered over to CVS was told it would take about a hour or so for them to be transferred and to call before I arrive. I called 3 hours later and waited on hold for 15 minutes for nobody to answer so I drive down there while still calling to see if CVS would answer (never got through). After arriving I was told they had the information they needed they just need to type it in and it will be another hour.I was a little frustrated but said ok I left to go run some errands and came back 2 and a half hours later to be told again it would about 30 more minutes at least. I just said screw it and walked away some of the worst service I have ever had. Please do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. read more

After reading the two ridiculous reviews on this pharmacy, I felt I should leave one of my own. The customer service is actually very good, and it isn't their fault if you choose to mismanage your time and get there late. Their location, their policy, the end. Also, it is quite easy to transfer to another location, and here is anecdotal evidence of that: During Christmastime of 2018, we had to travel to Oregon. By the time we arrived I realized I had forgotten to pack my kid's Rx vitamins. Luckily, she was due for a refill, so I contacted the closest CVS (also located inside a Target), and they said I could pick up her refill there. Easy as pie. I was actually quite shocked at how easy it was. Thankfully, they had one of the Rx vitamins left in stock, otherwise we would have had to pick it up the next day. Couldn't get any better customer service than that, I must say. read more

This Pharmacy staff is just HORRIBLE!!! I called to request if they can give me prescription if I am late by 2 minutes. They said no the register closes at sharp 7pm. I have picked up my prescription from Lathrop rd location a few time a few minutes late and they have always helped with a smile. I told the employee if you are in the middle of transaction or let's say there is a line of people who are there before 7pm so your register will close automatically and all those people will have to go home without their medication. She replied past 7pm register shuts off and we cannot give you medication past 7pm. I know for sure that is not correct since the other location has helped me past their closing time. Than she said she can have my prescription transferred to a location which is open in Stockton for 24hrs. I told her no since it's far from my home and I will pick it tomorrow. I than called CVS customer service to have my prescription transferred and was told I have to call the pharmacy where my prescription is being held currently and have them transfer to different location since the order is filled. I left Work early So I can pick up my but with traffic I was running late and I called again to have it transferred but than the staff at cvs Lathrop tells me they cannot transfer my medication since my doctors has to submit that request. Pharmacy technician was rude, not knowledgeable, not supportive and she did not has a will to help. She was so rude that she said we are going in circle and hung up on me. THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS!!! read more
