Parking is ample and it is a large store. The restrooms were less than ideal in cleanliness. There was a question of safety in the parking lot with quite a lot of cars (not a car show) clustered together with a load of men outside talking together. Sweetest woman greeted me at the door. She was stocking shelves, greeting & jumping on register as folks were ready to go. Always smiling, asking if they found what they needed, offered suggestions- man, I wish I got her name, but something tells me she's the ONLY associate with such a demeanor! Isles are clean & organized- stocked too. Seems prices are a little high, but not as high as Walgreens!! They have a cute area for seasonal- cards, even liquor! I don't love the Minute Clinic here- rude "nurses" that really need to be more comforting. I wasn't here for that this time. Just tossing this info out there since they reside IN the store. Not sure about the pharmacy, so can't speak to that! Driving in & out is challenging. They are on a busy corner by Discover Mills, off Duluth Hwy. and pulling into the parking lot seems off too, AND the door being situated at an angle with columns is weird too. When you go to the doctor, feeling ill, I expect prescribed medication. I was diagnosed with a URI (Upper Respiratory Infection). To save everyone time who expects to get prescribed medicine when you are feeling ill ... I highly suggest never visiting a MinuteClinic. Needed some first aid stuff so stopped by and I was helped by a lady named Kim who was very nice, helpful, and pleasant! She dropped everything that she was doing and attended to my needs right away! The location of this CVS is poorly situated in a shopping center that is not busy so I don't imagine this store doing too well but it isn't because of customer service IMO! read more

I love this CVS! It's about 5 minutes away from my office building and really convenient to get to on my drive home when I need to pick up my prescriptions. The staff here are very friendly and kind, and I've gotten to know a few as they're always typically scheduled 5 - 5:30 when I swing by after work. They're always more than happy to answer any questions you have regarding new prescriptions, old ones, or just medication information in general. The drive-thru window is pretty popular but I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to pull up. Once there, you're served efficiently and able to get on with your other errands. As you fill your prescriptions, you also earn points on your ExtraCare card which gives you coupons for $5 or $10 off your next purchases (whether at the pharmacy or in another area of the store). Did not use the pharmacy or the minute clinic. But the employees were super nice and helpful! One guy even took me to exactly what I was looking for. The other nice thing is they now have a price look up kiosk that gives you coupons and can price check items for you. Great CVS! read more

The girl who helped checked and then I asked for the person who received it. She said she will call. I waited and waited and then as if she forgot. upon asking she said he is in the meeting, come back later. So I went back and then Mr. Fedrick comes and I asked him abpur my package, so he asks what about that. I asked his name and he said read it on my shirt. This CVS suffers from the same problems as every CVS. Namely, it's CVS. I went in to grab a prescription today, and the pharmacy was swarming with customers. The technicians on hand were nice enough, although admittedly they were trying to move the lines as quickly as possible and you could pick up the vibe that they just wanted you out of there. I get it, I just wish they were slightly more friendly. There is a drive thru for the pharmacy, although i've never tried it, but it seems to move at a steady pace. The actual CVS store? I must admit, I haven't been in CVS for much else than the pharmacy...well, that and redbox, of which they have two boxes outside. Fairly easy to exit onto either sugarloaf or duluth hwy, although the traffic you should be worried about is inside CVS, not outside of it. read more

Where do I begin. I had to go to their Minute Clinic in order to help fight whatever I was having. I walked in at 2:50 pm. There were quite a few people ahead of me and the nurse came back from her lunch break at 3 pm (although it says that they have lunch from 1-2). Anyway, I did not get seen until...not 4 pm, not even 5 pm...but SIX PM. I waited a little over THREE HOURS in order to be seen by her. All we could hear was her laughing with some of her patients behind the door, then for them to walk out. I was so bored by just waiting there that I managed to walk around the store, practically memorize all the aisles and what they had in them, as I walked there, bought a drink and a snack, and still not be seen. The nurse finally saw me, even after helping another family that had come an hour after me, but whatever. I was given some medication along with an inhaler for whatever I had. I'm glad that she was able to put in the prescription for the location that I requested, a Kroger, but she didn't even know that there was another CVS across the street. How did you know the name of the supermarket that I mentioned but not the store that's part of the SAME company, located across the street? Very very very VERY slow. It should be called the "Someday Clinic". I wish the nurse were a little more serious and professional but I'm glad that I never have to deal with that ever again. I have been coming go this store for 7 years now since I moved to GA. However, I went to the store today to pick up a prescription I dropped off yesterday but they said it would take an hour. Wasn't feeling well so I came into the store to pick up the meds and a few additional items. This lady was being helped by a pharmacist Julissa. As I took a seat because again I am not feeling. I watched how the Pharmacist interacted with this Customer. She was totally rude, out of line, no smile, no tact or anything. So when I was being helped by another Pharmacist this lady was still being assisted by Julissa due to the amount of the total of her medicines. They finally came back to the pick up side and she was still being rude to this lady. The lady was so upset by the tone the Pharmacist was taking with her and asked can she be helped by someone else. She tossed the lady meds to the side and said fine. The lady told Julissa (Pharmacist) that she would be doing a formal compliant about her because every time she comes in she is rude, doesn't speak, no smile or anything. Julissa replies and says I never help you and rambles off at the mouth at the drop off computer. I just never experienced anything like this this location. Everyone is always helpful etc. I was very disturbed and thrown off. read more

I called the main office to conform that they take medicaid for Flu shot the lady who pick up the phone said they will take medicaid and I can go there for any time in the office hour. So I took my two kids and drive 40 minutes and waited 50 minutes to see the nurse. The nurse took the medicaid card and told they will not take medicaid. I was very much disappointed because when I called they told they will take medicaid and I was there they didn't . Just waste my time and energy. The lady on the phone was bull shit. She should know that being a CVS staff what are insurance they accept. They just want to give trouble to costumer. I will never go to CVS for any purpose. read more

The ABSOLUTE worst pharmacy I have been to. The pharmacy tech and the pharmacist were so rude and unprofessional that i would not even trust them for band-aid recommendation much less a prescription drug. The unprofessionalism by these 2 individuals on 3/13 @ 9pm was so surprising that i am not sure how they could continue to have a job in this economy when there so many qualified / educated / customer focused individuals looking for work. To CVS corportate / pharmacy leadership, there is an urgnet opportunity to make changes here for your customers as well as your corporate image.
