This is never the case at Covenant. I'm always greeted by name and with a smile. There's never a ridiculous wait for getting anything filled and if it's not in stock, the pharmacist can usually have it ready the following day. I stopped using Walgreen's years ago due to their refusal to order a specific medication because it was one that they didn't normally carry. Never a problem at Covenant...they aim to please. Don't be fooled by the small store - they have a fair collection of everyday essentials in there also.

Their store carries most anything you can need so there's no running to Walmart afterward. Their techs are efficient and helpful and I feel like they all work as a team to take care of my family. I recently had to shop around prescriptions at the Pharmacy due insurance coverage and when moving this one script over the staff treated me as a disruption vs a valued customers. The prescriptions are filled quickly, correctly, and with great care. The prices are good as they can be for drugs these days. But the STAFF is what makes this pharmacy really stand out. They are very caring and want to make sure you have the best , latest information & aren't taking any prescriptions which will negatively interact with each other. Every staff member there is so personable, kind, knowledgeable, and caring. The Pharmacists, Megan, Kristi, and Sandy are incredibly knowledgeable & kind.
