I recently had a pain medication prescription sent to this Pharmacy. The medication was pre approved by my Doctor, Walgreens and the Insurance Company. Loganville was the only location that had it in stock. So, I drove the 3 hours to Loganville to pick it up. Staff there refused to fill the prescription saying it was not pre authorized when it had. The time it took to clear this up with Walgreens extended past my current medication and caused me to go through withdrawals. Everyone involved in this should be terminated.

Their bakery was always the best. Their cookies and scones are totally over cooked and last cake…read morewas dry. I called the customer service line and they had the store call me back . I'd already talked to store customer service when taking back scones we Cldnt eat. The store manager called and told me the scone cooking time was 1 minute over but the sugar cookies were done the right way and that other stores must have been doing it wrong. I've been using Covenant since shortly after its opening and have been very happy with the service…read more In the past, I've had nothing but problems getting prescriptions filled at the big name pharmacies and have been treated poorly by employees who always seem unhappy with their jobs. This is never the case at Covenant. I'm always greeted by name and with a smile. There's never a ridiculous wait for getting anything filled and if it's not in stock, the pharmacist can usually have it ready the following day. I stopped using Walgreen's years ago due to their refusal to order a specific medication because it was one that they didn't normally carry. Never a problem at Covenant...they aim to please. Don't be fooled by the small store - they have a fair collection of everyday essentials in there also.

Had to wait thirty minutes for them to have it ready. This past month, I called ahead a week early... never received notice that it was ready so called back and they told me I was requesting it to early and it could not be filled. So we waited until he had one pill left and had to wait for an hour for them to fill it! So ridiculous! I will be moving his script to the Athens Kroger since I work in Athens and get my meds there. It's always so easy- I call it in, and get a text when it's ready! Kroger Loganville needs to get their stuff together!

I'm not a pill popper, no "pain meds" mainly my blood pressure meds...I'm on several but all of a sudden.....(last 6 months), I've had to wait more than 4 days to have my prescriptions ready. Seems like there's enough people in the pharmacy that they should be able to fill and dispense prescriptions in a timely manner....when ever I go, I'm usually in line out side for more than 45 minutes just to gather my medicine. If I go in, I stand in line and watch the employees come in and out, for about the same amount of time before some kid gives me a crappy attitude when I just want what my doctor called in for me. This Kroger has really gotten to be a crappy place to buy groceries, they don't stock the store like they used to, they can't do their jobs like they used to..It's easier to find help in the always changing produce section than it is to have your prescriptions given to you in a timely matter. I try not to run out of medicine, but sometimes that's not an easy thing to do. Get on the ball Kroger....I'm thinking I need to make a change. Just wanted anybody thinking about using this Kroger to have your prescriptions filled, think again....and look elsewhere if you want your prescriptions in a timely manner.

I had a very disappointing experience at the pharmacy drive-through at the Walgreens located at…read more2075 Grayson Hwy in Grayson. I pulled up around 2:35 PM with no one in line to pick up my prescription, yet it took quite a while before anyone assisted me. The pharmacist confirmed my prescription and began merging my accounts, but when I showed my prescription discount card through the window, he suddenly told me I had to come inside the store. I explained that I have previously used the same card at the drive-through without any issue. The only time I have ever been asked to come inside is when a prescription was not ready, which I completely understand. That was never given as the reason in this case. After waiting nearly 30 minutes with confusing instructions, the pharmacist refused to fill my prescription and stated he was also the manager. The situation escalated unnecessarily and he even called the police. When the officers arrived and I explained what happened, they agreed the situation was ridiculous. This interaction showed extremely poor communication and customer service for someone in a managerial role. I hope Walgreens corporate reviews this location's practices so other customers do not experience the same situation.
