Our neighborhood CVS here is 24/7 and boy has that been clutch on those times the family has been sick. This location is conveniently located off West Pike Street (aka Duluth Hwy) and Hurricane Shoals in Lawrenceville, GA. Parking: As much as you need. There has never been an instance when there wasn't a place to park. Employees: Employees generally greet you when you walk in. Depending on how busy they are...most employees will help you find what you need. Amenities: This location has a self serve photo kiosk (you can also order from home and pick up in store). Pharmacy of course. The robo prescription alert isn't always accurate...but it works most times. Good bit of grocery essentials and alcohol available as well. read more

Wow! 0 Stars isn't an option to choose from so I gave 1 star here instead. I had a DEEPLY DISTURBING AND DISAPPOINTING experience at cvs Lawrenceville this morning at around 12:30/1am. I was followed throughout the store by Patricia and Katherine and wrongfully accused, with police even being called, despite having done nothing wrong. The store rep Katherine ignored my request for help multiple times and gave me the nastiest look for asking "excuse me, can you help" This was my first time in this store and The treatment I received felt discriminatory and humiliating. The humiliation and harassment was not warranted and has even caused me emotional distress and anxiety. It even caused me to a lot more time in the store away from my children because we were held in the store while police had to review the whole video to prove we did nothing wrong! Patricia stalked me and my fiancé around the store without asking if we needed help, although we clearly needed their help. Katherine tried to make it appear as though I didn't pay for something that was already in my shopping bag but the item had already been rung up. Which is clearly seen on the checkout screen. Then they tried to tell the police that they saw me put something in my purse (small purse backpack) which was completely untrue! If there was a policy of no purse backpack then they could have asked at the door for me to leave my bag but they chose to harass me and falsely accuse me to the authorities! No customer should ever be profiled or made to feel unsafe while shopping. I hope CVS takes immediate action to train employees on proper conduct and respectful treatment of all customers. These employees should be fired immediately. read more

It's pretty hard to do a review for a drug store as all of them are one in the same. I mean, it's not like they're major things on display to make you oohhh and ahhhh. At the end of the day, I stepped in, got what I needed and left. It was very simple. read more

This is the worst CVS I've ever been too. The pharmacy tech either tells me that my daughter is not in the system or there are no prescriptions ready. If they are not ready then why send an alert saying they are. One time I dropped off two prescriptions at 7:45am and came back after work at 4pm just for the pharmacy tech to tell me that my daughter didn't have any prescriptions for on file. I argued with the lady, informing her that I hand delivered the scripts. They magically appeared 10minutes later. When you complained to the pharmacist, he act like he don't care. I wish there was another 24 hour pharmacy near by. read more

The absolute worst CVS I've ever dealt with. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I'm visiting long term from out of state and was told my prescription from Nurse Practitioner will not be accepted by GA law. Ok, not a big deal. I just need my doctor to send the prescription electronically. Before I left, I made sure to ask the pharmacist if they had my medicine in stock. He assured me that they did. I notified my doctor's office and they send the prescription over. A couple days later, I called to check the status of my prescription (I usually get a call and text when it is ready). After several calls and several techs that obviously didn't know what was going on, I fond out they ran out of stock and it will be the following Thursday before they can fill it. This means that I will have to cut back on the medication that I need to stretch it. Again, no update from the pharmacy. Due to additional travel, I called today to find out the status of my prescription only to find out they have no clue when they can fill it. They tried to tell me it will be next Thursday at first (another week delay) but told me the truth after I pushed. I've now waited 2.5 weeks for them to fill a prescription they told me they had in stock. Medicine that I very much need. They will not transfer my prescription to another CVS. My only recourse would be to call another pharmacy to see if they have anything in stock then wait for my doctor's office opens on Monday to resend the prescription to the new location; hoping they don't lie to me like this one has. At this rate, I might as well wait until I go back home next week. WORST CVS EVER! I would not recommend anyone to do business here. read more

I'd always wondered why anyone needed a 24 hr store until I found myself without deodorant with a 7am appointment to get to. So after some online searching, I found this CVS open and not too far from me. Customer service was surprisingly nice and helpful, which I actually wasn't expecting, especially at 3am. Pretty well stocked store, very clean and organized, i.e your pretty standard CVS. Decent sized parking lot with pretty easy to get out of exits on either Hurricane shoals or Duluth Hwy. I can't really speak on the pharmacy as I didn't interact with them, but there is a drive thru if that's your thing. Don't forget the movies! There's a redbox outside. read more

This is BY FAR the worst CVS Pharmacy I have ever been to and has the worst customer service. The pharmacy staff will see you sitting in the drive thru lane and no assist you for upwards of 10, sometimes, 15 minutes. We have also had our prescriptions shorted so make sure you count the pills before you leave. I am sitting in the drive thru as I type this and have been here now for 5 minutes and have yet to be acknowledged, although the pharmacist has looked over at me. Unfortunately this is the only 24 hour CVS in Gwinnett County. I certainly hope someone from CVS reads this an can remedy this problem. Until then, I will be switching pharmacies. read more

This store is the best. They have a young lady there named Stacy who I know had been there for several years (at least 12) she is the kindest person ever will help you find what you need with a smile on her face. CVS should be proud to have such employees like her she is the best that's for sure. read more

I get my presciptions filled at CVS and experienced good service in that area, but today's visit to the non-pharmacy area was unbelievably terrible. I went in to buy a tube of toothpaste - that's it, nothing special, nothing difficult. It turns out that that the cashier didn't know how to process a 40% off coupon. After numerous attempts at getting the price correct (entering 50 cents off, 30% off instead of 40%, and scanning my CVS card 4 times), I said I would come back tomorrow when a different cashier was there. She starting yelling and waving her hand about 6 inches from my face. She didn't like it when I did the same. I was leaving when I heard her say to another employee - what the H### is wrong with that A######? That upset me and I went back and asked her what was the reason for that? Then she throws the race card out there! C'mon, really. Is this behavior taught by CVS mgmt? I tried calling CVS customer service, but I have been on hold 44 minutes so far. I give up. This place sucks. Specifically, the pharmacy sucks. The drive thru has always taken me over 20?? Minutes to go through and the staff is always rude. If they weren't the only 24 hour place around 8 would switch in a heartbeat. The Walgreens on river side is way mite friendly. These guys are just plain apathetic about their customers. read more
