I did NOT enjoy my interaction w/ Dr. Rudayna Hachem - the GRUMPIEST pharmacist I have ever…read moreencountered. I initially came in on Friday to fill my prescription, however after waiting for about 20 minutes the pharmacist sent a technician out to let me know that it was too early for me to fill. She said I could come back the following day to pick it up and gave me an expected time frame of noon (even though they open at 9AM and she had the prescription a day in advance - but whatever lol). I thanked her and said I would be back. Noon didn't work for me - so i got there when they opened. Sounds like it must have been a pretty busy morning - I overheard Rudayna loudly grumbling to the pharmacy technicians about the inordinate number of narcotic prescriptions that were waiting to be filled. I guess that is irritating to her..? Well she did NOT like when I said I would be waiting on my meds - so she sends the technician back out to tell me it was going to take three hours and that I should come back later. I said that was perfectly fine to wait - I remarked that I had never gotten such a hard time about waiting on a prescription before. Dr. Rudayna (AKA the SUPREME GUARDIAN OF ADDERALL) then came out and loudly reminded me (across the waiting area) that I had tried to fill my RX early and that i needed to come back at 12 because they were busy and that's what time she told me it would be ready. I politely let her know that, AGAIN, waiting wasn't an issue for me, and that I was not interested in making another trip back and forth from Columbia. She huffed off to the back where I then heard her complaining about me to the techs and that she didn't like me waiting out in the waiting area LMAO. As a lifelong homosexual that resembles big-bird, I'm very accustomed to being discussed - go for it I totally get how busy, understaffed and worn out our pharmacy industry friends are - I SALUTE each of y'all for the awful couple of years you've dealt with. Please don't take it out on your patients though! If I want to wait in person on my medicine and am not concerned about it taking you 3 hours to count out 60 little pills - you don't need to be upset either, boo! Despite ALL of that - they SOMEHOW managed to get my prescription filled in about an hour after all . I bet if you hadn't argued with me about it for 10 minutes we could've been done even quicker! I'm not even going to try and figure out why the bottle had FRIDAY'S date as the fill date - because that would literally be INSANE if y'all had it ready the entire time and just had me wait out of spite..! PS - to anyone in SC having difficulty filling their ADHD meds due to the shortage - THIS particular location has PLENTY in stock, although she probably won't be happy to see you - PLEASE tell her I sent you and enjoy the pleasant waiting area
