The girl at the pharmacy has terrible customer service. My medication wasn't there, and she refused to tell me which CVS location had it.

Awful new payment system has lost all the previous capability to store cc info. I took card in, put card in app, everything the store staff told me to do. Still doesn't work. It's a terrible inconvenience when picking up for an elderly parent. So....after being treated poorly in the past by one of the pharmacists, meds not being ready on time, mistakes in prescriptions - I'm officially done and moving the meds. to another pharmacy. Will NEVER use a CVS again. read more

I always went here for my prescriptions because it was the closest pharmacy to my house. I have had so many bad run ins with the manager of the pharmacy with prescriptions not being ready in time and a price that is way higher than every other pharmacy in town. The pharmacy manager is always in a bad mood and always very disrespectful no matter how nice I've tried to be. Today was my last day giving this location a chance. I would strongly urge everyone to check out some of the local pharmacy's in town because they're always much nicer and prices are always way better. Another option is Cost Plus... an online way to get your prescriptions and by far the cheapest and most affordable way. Anyways- that's my rant! read more

Nope. Unacceptable. Moving to another pharmacy. Following a doctor's, this is where I go to pick up the prescription called in by the clinic. NOT ONCE has the medicine been ready for a smooth, convenient coordination of care. Never. The kicker is, I have always had to wait in like at the pickup window behind several cars. Twenty-five minutes upon finally reaching the window, the clerk reveals the prescription is not ready and instruct me to circle back around to get back in line. Why? What is the purpose of the call-in if the order will not be ready upon arrival? Going inside is no better. More inconvenient, really. When feeling crummy, the last thing anyone wants to do is sit waiting for an hour. CVS needs to better streamline this process; it's what a pharmacy is supposed to do - receive prescription orders, fill and dispense to patients. The process should not take up a good part of an hour. read more

This pharmacy staff is AMAZING!!! We were traveling through Lubbock and my daughter was running low on insulin. This team went above and beyond to get us what we needed especially Shelsi. She was very patient and went the extra mile to get us an insulin pen to make it home. read more

If I could I would fully give 0 stars I've been here maybe 6 months and every time they make everything a hassle. They are also very very rude, think they are always right even without listening to the whole story of anyone. I actually called them and after I told them my issue all they said was okay just call back later and hung up without actually helping me any. Ps the medicine i needed i needed that day I am type 1 diabetic and almost out, without my medication I would die and no one seemed to care or in a rush!! Hate this place I would never recommend here, go anywhere else!!!! read more

I have literally been in this drive through line five time in three days and have waited so long that other obligations forced me to get out of line. The cars are always around the side of the building in the drive through. The lines are no better inside either. Right now I have been in this drive through line for 30 minutes and there still two cars ahead of me. SOMETHING HAS GOT TO CHANGE!!!! Because of the nature of my meds they can't be delivered or paid for in advance. I am so frustrated by this CVS store. read more

Caleb and Norma at the Front Store were thanked for nothing. They offered help and then took it back. I sarcastically called them professional. Caleb was claimed to be in question of uniform. He said he was male. Norma said she was female. Caleb removed $1.00 donation at self check out. read more

Hello, I have been a customer at this CVS location for many years. I know that during their transition to a new building was difficult for the retail and the RX staff. The ones that have been there forever try to work with all the new employees, especially Isabell and Mason. They always go out of their way to be helpful even during the difficult transition. I believe that some of the other comments do not take into account that all the sudden there were many more customers and still not enough employees (specifically in RX) to answer the phone and fill all the RX. read more

They are extremely slow . Most of the time I have to call to get my prescriptions refilled even though they are on auto refill. The customers are very rude also . Wanting to check out at the pharmacy with a whole basket of stuff and a long line of people behind them and no lines at the front of the store. read more

The worst service I've ever had at any CVS. They have called 3 times that my prescription is ready then when I get here they can't find it.
