This Pharmacy is independent, it's IN Publix but they do not WORK for Publix. Thus, they have a bravado of "I'll do whatever I want"; no empathy, no compassion. Nothing. No fear of accountability as their managers enforce this behavior! Revel in it! My adult daughter still had her medications at this Publix and once I said I was leaning, they would not fill her medications anymore. Cold turkey! Could care less. So, beacuse I'm leaving they withhold medication for my daughter with 3 diseases. Punitive! Not even legal. We are two different customers. This "Publix" Pharmacy is out of control. You are obviously doing something wrong here. I've gone to CVS in Target for years and years and I've never waited more than 5 minutes. If someone is in the drive through and you can't fill their order in a timely manner we, have them move up so the next person can get their prescription! Maybe a line for drop offs and one for just pickups? I should not have to wait 30+ minutes to pick up a prescription that is ready. I'm likely switching back to CVS and I will pay the small additional fees.

But after needing medication here recently I felt the what others wrote about. They charged me a copay but that day I was too sick to think about it and I knew they had my primary and secondary Insurance information so I believed it was right. ACouple days later when I felt better I revisited the issue, called my Insurance to inquire and found out that the RX was not even submitted to my secondary. The answer to that question from the pharmacy was that they can only do what the computer lets them and they could not submit it any other way. That happened again a couple days later when my medication had to be changed. They will not work with you and they make you feel you are stupid and have no idea what you are talking about. Maybe it's just that pharmacy location, I hope so, like I said I always thought Publix very customer oriented. Very frustrating
