My husband picked up, so I did not know until he got home with it. The pharmacist response when I raised an issue " it is your responsibility what you put in your body " direct quote! Now, I am a nurse, so I DO pay attention-especially when I have had medication reactions that have stopped my breathing! But what if you don't pay attention close enough-or you don't know? It is a pharmacist MAIN RESPONSIBILITY to not dispense a medication that causes a known reaction! I would not trust them to fill the correct prescription-it could have killed me! The fact that people will blindly follow non-existent and/or incorrect policy and completely neglect the humanity in the situation they are dealing with when it comes to medical products/customer service is insane. I was seen ahead of schedule for my appointment time and greeted with a very friendly physician assistant and the medical provider was fantastic. My concern was handled with a complete exam, explained easy to understand what the care plan was. The pharmacy quickly filled the script and I was able to get on my way to enjoy the rest of the day. The store itself though (retail side) had very high prices and looked inviting. Did not see one staff member of the retail floor and the floor was unkept with freight all over the aisles making it so you had to navigate around totes that were not being used CVS clearly has a long ways to go when making the retail side better but from the health side they are on the right track.

I would honestly go with one star, but before switching pharmacies due to insurance, I had a few good interactions with the pharmacists here. Outside of the pharmacy, this location is a hot mess. Cleanliness is lacking, inside and out, while conditionally, it needs some help. It almost feels like a neglected store that Walgreens corporate forgot existed. Store service is abysmal, and when you do interact, you feel as though you are being a bother. When I come through this location, I try to do all my bidding at the pharmacy counter.
