When I first walked into Marinco's, I felt like I did as a young girl again inside an old fashion pharmacy lol They carry everything but, if they don't have it, they'll get it for you without too long of a wait. Mike and Matt are seriously excellent, kind, and professional. I also adore Kayleigh (I didn't spell that right!) She is so nice, and it's just cool chatting with her. They know you by name, which really is so professional and a fantastic touch. For a while, my sons had to pick up my prescriptions, and they even knew their names. Chain pharmacies need to take a step back and try to learn who comes in every month. I won't name the other two pharmacies, but I'm telling you, they're so rude and act like they don't want to even be there working, let alone answering questions. So please be forewarned that this place definitely keeps weird hours! But finally, I was walking past it one day and had to do a double take because I found it to be open and I eagerly went in! I love that this place actually does contain a pharmacy in the back of the store! It's located right on the corner of Main and Fourth, so it's truly in such prime location and essentially is the heart of downtown Rochester! Hence why it's additionally so mystifying to me that they're never open on evenings and weekends it seems or during any special events that happen frequently in the downtown area. But nonetheless, Lytle is super cute! It's filled to the brim with all kinds of unique tchotchkes and other unique offerings for all kinds of people in your life -- kids, gardeners, those who love hosting and entertaining, etc. The goodies they have aren't super high end, but what they lack in quality they make up for in uniqueness, as there are a lot of things here that I have never seen carried anywhere else. However, with this CoVid crap going on, my doctor suggested I utilize Benzer as they can ship the Rx. Fine, so I had my doctor's office call in the prescription and the following day Benzer called me to confirm everything and get payment. Very reasonably priced. The woman on the phone said she lives one street over from me and wouldn't mind dropping it off on her way home. Oh my goodness, I couldn't believe it. They also stock some medical supplies and sell cold remedies, pain relief...standard pharmacy fare. If I ever have a problem with a prescription being sent in from my doctors office they are quick to call and get it straightened out for me. If they don't have a particular medication in stock they can always get it the next day and get it right out to me. The staff is proactive, friendly, and efficient.
