Love this place so much. Nice managers and clean environment. I'm so glad Marshall has a CVS and one with this wonderful staff.

So my doctor filled my prescription at CVS in Marshall. I received a call from CVS that is was ready. I arrived about 20 minutes after the call. They had 3 customers in front of me. They are extremely slow. I waiting for 45 minutes before it was my turn. When she told me the price, I asked if my insurance was being used. She said no that I would have to speak to the lady at the last window if I want to use my insurance. I went to the last window and had to wait for her to finish with a drive through customer. She said she doesn't see my insurance in the system and she needed my card . I was baffled by this because I gave them my card a week prior for a different prescription. So it took her a few minutes to add it to the system and she then said it would be $10 but I have to go back to the other window. When I got back down there, there were now 2 people in front of me. I waited for another 20 minutes. When I got to the window, the lady said it wasn't ready yet. I said "what do you mean no ready...you just had it"...she said that since it was changed to insurance they have to start the whole process over. I was fumed! After waiting all that time and then I would have to wait again!! I told them never mind, I'm moving it to another pharmacy and I'll never be back. read more

The pharmacist here is a real jerk. He treats you like you are dirt. If you call with a question he is rude. If you ask him to look up a medication for you he hangs up on you because he can't be bothered. I have been a CVS customer for years but I am changing to Walgreens. I wish I could give a negative 1star. read more

They have what you're looking for a little bit of everything but the best part is the cashier who works the front with short red hair she's just so upbeat cheerful relatable and above all extremely kind and patient. I come to this store because of the cashier but also because they give me coupons to come back. read more

Never in my life have I had someone talk to me like the pharmacist at 400 E End Blvd North in Marshall Tx named Inoussa did. He is extremely rude and will cut you off mid sentence. I needed help transferring our prescriptions from Fort Worth to this location and neither he nor his supervisor the head pharmacist is willing to help. He needs to be fired for the way he treats customers. I have worked in customer service more than 25 yrs and I would never speak to anyone the way he spoke to me. Furthermore my husband overheard the conversation and said he was treated the same way by the head pharmacist. We will be pulling all our prescriptions out of CVS and going somewhere else all because of the type of service that is clearly being given to anyone using this location. read more

I have been in there several times and they don't ever seem to have the store fully stocked. In the past, they have been out of batteries, light bulbs, and pain medicine. This time, they were out of Red Diamond unsweet tea. They have a whole shelf counter to hold the tea and they had only one gallon of tea: sweet tea. I asked the clerk on duty and she says sorry, no we don't have any tea. Really? When do they stock the shelves? Once a month? Avoid; go across the street to Walgreens. read more

I want to start with saying I love CVS. Every one I have been in has been clean and neat and then I stumbled into this nightmare. I thought it was a gag at first. There was blood on the floor along with trash and popcorn and all sorts of disgusting nonsense. They need to shut it down, deep clean and maybe reopen in a year or two, once the bed bugs have been fumigated. Seriously, nasty cvs. No way upper management knows or visits. read more

This pharmacy is one of the worse pharmacies we have ever encountered. The pharmacist called me a bald face liar and I know better.i had spent 3 or 4 days trying to get my husbands test strips for diabeties and he was out. We was getting desperate so I talked to the doctor. He sent over the order, they told me they had the order and give them a couple of hours. I waited till the next day to go get his strips and they told me they did not have the order. This came from the pharmacist both times. That night and this morning, she told her employee that she did not say that and I was lying., I had been told by three seperate employees to transfer my perscriptions somewhere else. It seems they are trying to loose business. It is also one of the dirtiest stores I have ever been in. read more

I came to CVS to pick up a prescription. I was nice and friendly from the start. The pharmacist seemed irritated from the moment I walked up to the counter and acted like I was a burden for coming to get my prescription. I wanted to use my discount card but he said it already had a discount on it...my discount would have been $5 cheaper than whatever discount they'd put on there. But, because he seemed to be in such a bad mood, I didn't even bother trying to make him change it to my card and just let it go. Apparently when checking out I took too long, because he yelled at me very sharply to "PUSH THE BUTTON". Very unprofessional, and honestly a little frightening to be yelled at in that manner, especially so unexpectedly. After I finished paying, he handed me the bag and walked off without a word. Highly unprofessional to be yelling at customers and treating them like they're a burden for picking up a prescription, which is literally his job to handle. I won't be back. read more
